But still [G2089][G1161] Job proceeding [G4369] spoke [G2036] the [G3588] retort .

O that [G5100] he might have put me [G1473][G5087] according to [G2596] month [G3376] before [G1715] days [G2250] of which [G3739] me [G1473] the [G3588] God '[G2316] guarded [G5442];

as [G5613] when [G3753] shone the [G3588] his lamp [G3088][G1473] over [G5228] my head [G2776][G1473]; when [G3753] the [G3588] by his light [G5457][G1473] I went [G4198] through [G1722] darkness [G4655];

when [G3753] I was in [G1722] days [G2250] of my youth [G3503][G1473]; when [G3753] the [G3588] God '[G2316] overseeing [G1984] dealt with [G4160] the [G3588] my house [G3624][G1473];

when [G3753] I was flush exceedingly [G3029], and round about [G2945][G1161] me [G1473] the [G3588] [were] my children [G3816][G1473];

when [G3753] poured forth the [G3588] my ways [G3598][G1473] butter , the [G3588] and [G1161] my raised-places (mountains) '[G3735][G1473] poured forth milk [G1051];

when [G3753] I went forth [G1607] at daybreak [G3721] into [G1722] city [G4172], in [G1722] and [G1161] squares [G4113] they placed [G5087] my [G1473] the [G3588] chair .

In looking [at] [G1492] me [G1473], young men [G3495] hid [G2928], old men [G4246] and [G1161] all [G3956] stood [G2476].

And stout [men [G1161] ceased [G3973] speaking [G2980], [their] finger [G1147] placing [G2007] to [G1909] [their] mouth [G4750].

And the [G3588] [ones] [G1161] hearing declared me blessed [G3106][G1473]; and [G2532] their tongue [G1100][G1473] [to the [G3588]ir throat [G2995][G1473] cleaved [G2853].

For [G3754] ear [G5621] heard , and [G2532] blessed [G3106] me [G1473]; and eye [G3788][G1161] looking [at] [G1492] me [G1473], turned aside [G1578].

For I delivered [G1295][G1063] a one begging [G4434] from out of [G1537] hand [G5495] of mighty one [G1413]; and [G2532] orphan [G3737] in whom [G3739] no [G3756] there was helper , I helped .

blessing [G2129] of the one perishing upon [G1909] me [G1473] May come [G2064]; for mouth [G4750][G1161] of widow [G5503] blessed me [G1473][G2127].

And righteousness [G1343][G1161] I had put on [G1746], and I clothed on [G1161] judgment [G2917] equal [G2470] to a double garment .

I was eye [G3788] of blind [G5185], and foot [G4228][G1161] for lame [G5560].

I [G1473] was father [G3962] of the disabled ; cause [G1349] and [G1161] which [G3739] I knew not [G3756][G1492] I tracked out .

And I broke [G4937][G1161] molars of unjust ones ; and from out of [G1537][G1161] midst [G3319] of the [G3588]ir teeth [G3599][G1473] prey I pulled out .

And I said [G2036][G1161], the [G3588] My stature [G2244][G1473] will grow old [G1095] as [G5618] trunk of a palm [G5404]; with much [G4183] time [G5550] I will spend life .

The [G3588] root [G4491] was widened [G1272] upon [G1909] water [G5204], and [G2532] dew lodged among [G1722] the [G3588] my harvest [G2326][G1473].

the [G3588] My glory [G1391][G1473] [was] new [G2537] with [G3326] me [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] my bow [G5115][G1473] in [G1722] his hand [G5495] went forth [G4198].

Men hearing of me [G1473] took heed [G4337], and kept silent [G4623][G1161] over [G1909] the [G3588] my [G1699] counsel [G1012].

At [G1909] the [G3588] my [G1699] word [G4487] they proceeded not [G3756][G4369]; overjoyed but [G1161] they became [G1096] when [G3698] I spoke to them [G1473][G2980].

As [G5618] land '[G1093] thirsting [G1372], favorably receiving [G4327] the [G3588] rain [G5205], so [G3779] [were] these [G3778] the [G3588] at my [G1699] speech [G2981].

If [G1437] I should have laughed [G1070] on [G4314] them [G1473], in no way should they have trusted '[G4100] [the thing]; and [G2532] light [G5457] of the [G3588] my face [G4383][G1473] was not [G3756] fallen away .
25
I chose [G1586] their way [G3598][G1473], and [G2532] I sat down [G2523] [as] ruler ; and [G2532] I encamped [G2681] as [G5616] king among [G1722] armed ones , in which [G3739] manner [G5158] mourners comforting [G3870].
