Jonah Chapter 3 - | Early Church Bible

1: And [G2532] came to pass [G1096] word [G3056] of Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] Jonah second [time] [G1537][G1208], saying [G3004],
2: Rise up , go [G4198] unto [G1519] Nineveh the [G3588] city [G4172] the [G3588] [one] great [G3173]! and [G2532] proclaim [G2784] in [G1722] it [G1473]! according to [G2596] the [G3588] proclamation [G2782] the [G3588] before [G1715] which [G3739] I [G1473] spoke [G2980] to [G4314] you [G1473].
3: And [G2532] Jonah rose up , and [G2532] went [G4198] into [G1519] Nineveh as [G2505] spoke [G2980] Boss '[G2962]. And the [G3588][G1161] Nineveh was city [G4172] a great [G3173] the [G3588] to God '[G2316], as [G5616] goings [G4197] of a journey [G3598] of three [G5140] days [G2250].
4: And [G2532] Jonah began the [G3588] to go [G4198] into [G1519] the [G3588] city [G4172], as [G5616] going [G4197] day [G2250] of one [G1520]. And [G2532] he proclaimed [G2784] and [G2532] said [G2036], Yet [G2089] three [G5140] days [G2250], and [G2532] Nineveh will be eradicated [G2690].
5: And [G2532] trusted '[G4100] the [G3588] men of Nineveh the [G3588] in God '[G2316], and [G2532] they proclaimed [G2784] a fast [G3521], and [G2532] put on [G1746] sackcloths [G4526], from their great [G3173][G1473] unto [G2193] their small [G3397][G1473].
6: And [G2532] approached [G1448] the [G3588] word [G3056] to [G4314] the [G3588] king of Nineveh. And [G2532] he rose up [G1817] from the [G3588] throne [G2362] of him [G1473], and [G2532] he removed [G4014] the [G3588] his apparel [G4749][G1473] from himself [G1438], and [G2532] he wore [G4016] sackcloth [G4526], and [G2532] sat down [G2523] upon [G1909] ashes [G4700].
7: And [G2532] it was proclaimed [G2784] and [G2532] was spoken [G2046] in [G1722] the [G3588] Nineveh by [G3844] the [G3588] king , and [G2532] by [G3844] the [G3588] his great men [G3175][G1473], saying [G3004], the [G3588] men , and [G2532] the [G3588] cattle [G2934], and [G2532] the [G3588] oxen [G1016], and [G2532] the [G3588] sheep [G4263] -- let them not [G3361] taste [G1089], nor [G3366] feed , and [G2532] water [G5204] let them not drink [G3361][G4095]!
8: And [G2532] put around [G4016] sackcloths [G4526] the [G3588] men and [G2532] the [G3588] cattle [G2934]. And [G2532] they yelled out to [G4314] the [G3588] God '[G2316] fervently [G1619]. And [G2532] turned each [G1538] from the [G3588] way [G3598] their [G1473] the [G3588] wicked [G4190], and [G2532] from the [G3588] iniquity the [G3588] in [G1722] their hands [G5495][G1473], saying [G3004],
9: Who [G5100] knows [G1492] if [G1487] will change his mind [G3340] the [G3588] God '[G2316], and [G2532] he will turn from [G1537] anger [G3709] of his rage [G2372][G1473], and [G2532] in no way should we perish ?
10: And [G2532] God saw [G1492] the [G3588][G2316] the [G3588]ir works [G2041][G1473], that [G3754] they turned from the [G3588] ways [G3598] their [G1473] the [G3588] wicked [G4190]; and [G2532] God changed his mind [G3340] the [G3588][G2316] over [G1909] the [G3588] evil [G2549] which [G3739] he spoke [G2980] the [G3588] to do [G4160] to them [G1473]; and [G2532] he did not do it [G3756][G4160].
