1: Show compassion [G1653] on me [G1473], O the [G3588] God '[G2316], show compassion [G1653] on me [G1473]! For [G3754] upon [G1909] you [G1473] yielded [G3982] the [G3588] soul [G5590] of me [G1473]. And [G2532] in [G1722] the [G3588] shadow [G4639] of the [G3588] your wings [G4420][G1473] I will hope [G1679], until [G2193] of which [time] [G3739] should go by [G3928] the [G3588] lawlessness .
2: I will cry out [G2896] to [G4314] the [G3588] God '[G2316] the [G3588] highest [G5310]; the [G3588] God '[G2316] the [G3588] benefiting [G2109] me [G1473].
3: He sent out [G1821] from [G1537] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772], and [G2532] he delivered [G4982] me [G1473]. He put [G1325] unto [G1519] scorn [G3681] the [G3588] [ones] trampling [G2662] me [G1473]. sent out [G1821] the [G3588] God '[G2316] the [G3588] his compassion [G1656][G1473] and [G2532] the [G3588] his truth [G1473];
4: and [G2532] he rescued [G4506] the [G3588] soul [G5590] of me [G1473] from [G1537] midst [G3319] [of lion] cubs . I went to bed [G2837] being disturbed [G5015]; sons [G5207] of men the [G3588]ir teeth [G3599][G1473] [are] weapons [G3696] and [G2532] arrows , and [G2532] the [G3588]ir tongue [G1100][G1473] sword [G3162] a sharp [G3691].
5: Be raised up high [G5312] above [G1909] the [G3588] raised-places-above (skies) '[G3772], O the [G3588] God '[G2316], and [G2532] above [G1909] all [G3956] the [G3588] land '[G1093] the [G3588] your glory [G1391][G1473]!
6: a snare [G3803] They prepared [G2090] [for the [G3588] my feet [G4228][G1473], and [G2532] bent down the [G3588] soul [G5590] of me [G1473]. They dug [G3736] before [G4253] my face [G4383][G1473] a cesspool , and [G2532] they fell [G1706] into [G1519] it [G1473]. PAUSE .
7: is prepared [G2092] the [G3588] My heart [G2588][G1473], O the [G3588] God '[G2316], is prepared [G2092] the [G3588] my heart [G2588][G1473]. I will sing and [G2532] I will strum [G5567] in [G1722] the [G3588] my glory [G1391][G1473].
8: Awaken [G1825], the [G3588] my glory [G1391][G1473]! Awaken [G1825], O psaltery and [G2532] harp [G2788]! I will awaken [G1825] at dawn [G3722].
9: I will make acknowledgment [G1843] to you [G1473] among [G1722] peoples [G2992], O Boss '[G2962], I will strum [G5567] to you [G1473] among [G1722] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484].
10: For [G3754] was magnified [G3170] unto [G2193] the [G3588] raised-places-above (skies) '[G3772] the [G3588] your compassion [G1656][G1473]; and [G2532] unto [G2193] the [G3588] clouds [G3507] the [G3588] your truth [G1473].
11: Be raised up high [G5312] above [G1909] the [G3588] raised-places-above (skies) '[G3772], O the [G3588] God '[G2316], and [G2532] above [G1909] all [G3956] the [G3588] land '[G1093] the [G3588] your glory [G1391][G1473]!
