Mark Chapter 13 - | Early Church Bible

1: And [G2532] as he was going forth [G1607][G1473] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] temple [G2413], says [G3004] to him [G1473] one [G1520] of the [G3588] his disciples [G3101][G1473], Teacher [G1320] ["Rabbi [G4461]" John 1:38], look [here]! [G2396] what [G4217] stones [G3037] and [G2532] what [G4217] constructions [G3619]!
2: And [G2532] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) responding said [G2036] to him [G1473], You see these [G3778] the [G3588] great [G3173] constructions [G3619]; in no way will there be left stone [G3037] upon [G1909] stone [G3037] which [G3739] will not be broken up [G2647].
3: And [G2532] as he was sitting [G2521][G1473] in [G1519] the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] of the [G3588] olives [G1636] opposite [G2713] the [G3588] temple [G2413], asked [G1905] him [G1473] 10> in [G2596] 11> private [G2398] Peter and [G2532] James and [G2532] John and [G2532] Andrew],
4: Tell [G2036] to us [G1473] when [G4219] these [things] [G3778] will be , and [G2532] what [G5100] the [G3588] sign [is [G4592] whenever [G3752] are about [G3195] all [G3956] these [things] [G3778] to be completed [G4931]!
5: And the [G3588][G1161] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) answering them [G1473] began to say [G3004], Take heed that not [G3361] anyone [G5100] should mislead you [G1473][G4105]!
6: For many [G4183][G1063] will come [G2064] in [G1909] the [G3588] name [G3686] of me [G1473], saying [G3004] that [G3754], I [G1473] am [he . And [G2532] many [G4183] they will mislead [G4105].
7: But whenever [G3752][G1161] you should hear of wars [G4171] and [G2532] reports of wars [G4171], be not [G3361] alarmed [G2360]! for it is necessary [G1163][G1063] to take place [G1096], but not yet [G3768] [is] the [G3588] end [G5056].
8: For will rise up [G1453][G1063] tradition-people (ethnic) '[G1484] against [G1909] tradition-people (ethnic) '[G1484], and [G2532] government ' against [G1909] government '; and [G2532] there will be earthquakes [G4578] in [different [G2596] places [G5117], and [G2532] there will be famines [G3042] and [G2532] disturbances [G5016]; beginnings of pangs [G5604] these [are [G3778].
9: take heed And [G1161] you [G1473] to yourselves [G1438]! for they will deliver [G3860][G1063] you up [G1473] unto [G1519] sanhedrins [G4892]; and [G2532] in [G1519] synagogues [G4864] you will be flayed [G1194]; and [G2532] before [G1909] governors [G2232] and [G2532] kings you will be conveyed ' because of [G1752] me [G1473], for [G1519] a testimony [G3142] to them [G1473].
10: And [G2532] unto [G1519] all [G3956] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] must [G1163] first [G4412] be proclaimed [G2784] the [G3588] good-word-conveyed (good message) '[G2098].
11: And whenever [G3752][G1161] they should convey ' you [G1473] being delivered up [G3860], do not [G3361] be anxious beforehand [G4305] what [G5100] you should speak [G2980], nor [G3366] meditate upon [G3191]! But what [G3739] ever [G1437] should be given [G1325] to you [G1473] in [G1722] that [G1565] the [G3588] hour [G5610], this [G3778] speak [G2980]! not [G3756] for [G1063] are you [G1473] the [G3588] [ones] speaking [G2980], but the [G3588] wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151] of the [G3588] [one] pure '.
12: will deliver up [G3860] And [G1161] brother brother unto [G1519] death [G2288], and [G2532] a father [G3962] a child [G5043]; and [G2532] will rise up [G1881] children [G5043] against [G1909] parents [G1118], and [G2532] will put them to death [G2289][G1473].
13: And [G2532] you will be [a thing] being detested [G3404] by [G5259] all [G3956] on account of [G1223] the [G3588] name [G3686] of me [G1473]; but the [G3588] [one] [G1161] remaining [G5278] unto [G1519] end [G5056], this one [G3778] will be delivered [G4982].
14: And whenever [G3752][G1161] you should look [at] [G1492] the [G3588] abomination of the [G3588] desolation [G2050], the [thing] [G3588] having been spoken [G4483] by [G5259] Daniel the [G3588] prophet [G4396], standing [G2476] where [G3699] [it] must not [G3756][G1163], (let the [G3588] [one] reading comprehend! [G3539]) then [G5119] the [G3588] [ones] in [G1722] the [G3588] Judea let] flee [G5343] into [G1519] the [G3588] raised-places (mountains) '[G3735]!
15: And the [G3588] [one] [G1161] upon [G1909] the [G3588] roof [G1430], let [him] go not down [G3361][G2597] into [G1519] the [G3588] house [G3614], nor [G3366] enter [G1525] to take anything [G5100] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] his house [G3614][G1473]!
16: And [G2532] the [G3588] [one] in [G1519] the [G3588] field being , let him not [G3361] turn [G1994] back [G1519] the [G3588][G3694] to take the [G3588] his cloak [G2440][G1473]!
17: And woe [G3759][G1161] to the [G3588] [ones] in [G1722] womb [G1064] having [one [G2192], and [G2532] to the [G3588] [ones] nursing [G2337] in [G1722] those [G1565] the [G3588] days [G2250].
18: And pray [G4336][G1161] that [G2443] might not [G3361] be [G1096] in the [G3588] your flight [G5437][G1473] winter [G5494]!
19: will be For [G1063] the [G3588] those days [G2250][G1565] an affliction [G2347], such as [G3634] has not [G3756] taken place [G1096] with this kind [G5108] from beginning of creation [G2937] of which [G3739] God created [G2936] the [G3588][G2316] until [G2193] the [G3588] present [G3568], and [G2532] in no way will be [G1096].
20: And [G2532] unless [G1508] Boss '[G2962] cut short [G2856] the [G3588] days [G2250], not [G3756] would have escaped [G4982] any [G3956] flesh [G4561]; but on account of [G1223] the [G3588] chosen ones [G1588] whom [G3739] he chose [G1586], he cut short [G2856] the [G3588] days [G2250].
21: And [G2532] then [G5119] if [G1437] any [G5100] should say to you [G1473][G2036], look [G2400], here [G5602] [is] the [G3588] [one] Anointed '[G5547], or [G2228], look [G2400], there [G1563]; do not [G3361] trust '[G4100] [it]!
22: For will arise [G1453][G1063] lying Anointed Ones [G5580] and [G2532] lying prophets [G5578], and [G2532] they will give [G1325] signs [G4592] and [G2532] miracles [G5059] to [G4314] the [G3588] lead astray , if [G1487] possible [G1415], even [G2532] the [G3588] chosen ones [G1588].
23: But you [G1473][G1161] take heed ! look [G2400], I have described beforehand [G4280] to you [G1473] all [things] [G3956].
24: And in [G1722] those [G1565] the [G3588] days [G2250] after [G3326] the [G3588] that affliction [G2347][G1565], the [G3588] sun [G2246] will be made dark [G4654], and [G2532] the [G3588] moon [G4582] will not give [G3756][G1325] the [G3588] its brightness [G5338][G1473];
25: and [G2532] the [G3588] stars of the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772] will be falling off [G1601], and [G2532] the [G3588] powers [G1411], the [G3588] [ones] in [G1722] the [G3588] raised-places-above (skies) '[G3772], will be shaken [G4531].
26: And [G2532] then [G5119] they will see [G3708] the [G3588] son [G5207] of the [G3588] man coming [G2064] in [G1722] clouds [G3507] with [G3326] power [G1411] great [G4183] and [G2532] glory [G1391].
27: And [G2532] then [G5119] he will send the [G3588] his word-conveyers (messengers) '[G1473], and [G2532] they will assemble [G1996] the [G3588] his chosen ones [G1588][G1473] from [G1537] the [G3588] four [G5064] winds , from uttermost part of land '[G1093] unto [G2193] uttermost part of raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772].
28: But from [G1161] the [G3588] fig-tree [G4808] learn [G3129] the [G3588] paralell '[G3850]! Whenever [G3752] already her [G1473][G2235] the [G3588] branches [G2798] tender come to pass [G1096], and [G2532] she should spring forth [G1631] the [G3588] leaves [G5444], know [G1097] that [G3754] near [G1451] the [G3588] summer [G2330] is !
29: So [G3779] also [G2532] you [G1473], whenever [G3752] you should see these [G3778][G1492] taking place [G1096], know [G1097] that [G3754] it is near [G1451] at [G1909] doors [G2374]!
30: Amen I say [G3004] to you [G1473] that [G3754], in no way should pass by [G3928] the [G3588] this generation [G1074][G3778], until [G3360] of which [time] [G3739] all [G3956] these [things] [G3778] should take place [G1096].
31: The [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772] and [G2532] the [G3588] land '[G1093] will pass away [G3928]; but the [G3588][G1161] my words [G3056][G1473] in no way will pass away [G3928].
32: But concerning [G4012][G1161] the [G3588] that day [G2250][G1565] and [G2532] of the [G3588] hour [G5610] no one [G3762] knows [G1492], not even [G3761] the [G3588] word-conveyers (messengers) ', the [G3588] [ones] in [G1722] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772], nor [G3761] the [G3588] son [G5207] -- only [G1508] the [G3588] father [G3962].
33: Take heed , be awake and [G2532] pray [G4336]! you know not [G3756][G1473] for [G1063] when [G4219] the [G3588] time [G2540] is .
34: [It is] as [G5613] a man going abroad leaving the [G3588] his house [G3614][G1473], and [G2532] giving [G1325] [to the [G3588] his servants [G1401][G1473] the [G3588] authority [G1849], and [G2532] to each one [G1538] the [G3588] his work [G2041][G1473]; and [G2532] to the [G3588] doorkeeper [G2377] he gave charge [G1781] that [G2443] he should be vigilant [G1127].
35: Be vigilant [G1127] then [G3767]! you know not [G3756][G1492] for [G1063] when [G4219] the [G3588] boss [G2962] of the [G3588] house [G3614] comes [G2064] -- [at] evening [G3796], or [G2228] [at] midnight [G3317], or [G2228] [at the] crowing of a rooster , or [G2228] [in the] morning [G4404];
36: lest [G3361] coming [G2064] suddenly [G1810] he should find [G2147] you [G1473] sleeping [G2518].
37: And what [G3739][G1161] will I say to you [G1473][G3004] -- to all [G3956] I say [G3004], Be vigilant [G1127]!
