1: Hear , O islands [G3520]! and [G2532] take heed [G4337], O tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484]! Through [G1223] time [G5550] a long [G4183] it will be established [G2476], says [G3004] Boss '[G2962]. From out of [G1537] belly [G2836] of my mother [G3384][G1473] he called [G2564] the [G3588] name [G3686] of me [G1473].
2: And [G2532] he made [G5087] the [G3588] mouth [G4750] of me [G1473] as [G5613] sword [G3162] a sharp [G3691], and [G2532] under [G5259] the [G3588] protection of the [G3588] his hand [G5495][G1473] he hid [G2928] me [G1473]. He made [G5087] me [G1473] as [G5616] arrow a chosen [G1588]; and [G2532] in [G1722] the [G3588] his quiver [G1473] he hid [G2928] me [G1473].
3: And [G2532] he said [G2036] to me [G1473], my servant [G1401][G1473] You are [G1473], O Israel, and [G2532] in [G1722] you [G1473] I will be glorified [G1740].
4: And [G2532] I [G1473] said [G2036], Uselessly [G2761] I tired [G2872] in [G1519] vain [G3152], and [G2532] for [G1519] nothing [G3762] I gave [G1325] the [G3588] my strength [G2479][G1473]. On account of [G1223] this [G3778] the [G3588] my judgment [G2920][G1473] [is] from [G3844] Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] the [G3588] my toil [G4192][G1473] before [G1726] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of me [G1473].
5: And [G2532] now [G3568], thus [G3779] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], the [G3588] [one] shaping [G4111] me [G1473] from out of [G1537] belly [G2836], servant [G1401] [to be] his own [G1438], the [G3588] to gather [G4863] the [G3588] Jacob to [G4314] him [G1473], And [G2532] Israel I will have gathered [G4863], and [G2532] I will be glorified [G1392] before [G1726] Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of me [G1473] will be my strength [G2479][G1473].
6: And [G2532] he said [G2036], a great [thing] [G3173] for you [G1473] It is the [G3588] to be called [G2564] my servant [G3816][G1473]; the [G3588] to establish [G2476] the [G3588] tribes [G5443] of Jacob, and [G2532] the [G3588] dispersion [G1290] of the [G3588] Israel to return [G1994]. Look [G2400], I have given [G1325] you [G1473] for [G1519] a covenant [G1242] of a race [G1085], for [G1519] a light [G5457] of tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484], for the [G3588] you to be [G1473] for [G1519] deliverance [G4991] unto [G2193] end [G2078] of the [G3588] land '[G1093].
7: Thus [G3779] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], the [G3588] [one] rescuing [G4506] you [G1473], the [G3588] God '[G2316] of Israel, Sanctify the [G3588] [one] treating as worthless the [G3588] his life [G5590][G1473], the [G3588] [one] being abhorred by [G5259] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] of the [G3588] servant [G1401] of the [G3588] rulers . Kings will see [G3708] him [G1473], and [G2532] will rise up rulers , and [G2532] they will do obeisance to [G4352] him [G1473] because of [G1752] Boss '[G2962]; for [G3754] is trustworthy [G4103] the [G3588] holy one of Israel], and [G2532] I chose [G1586] you [G1473].
8: Thus [G3779] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], time [G2540] In accepted [G1184] I heeded [G1873] you [G1473], and [G2532] in [G1722] day [G2250] of deliverance [G4991] I helped you [G1473], and [G2532] I shaped [G4111] you [G1473], and [G2532] I gave [G1325] you [G1473] for [G1519] a covenant [G1242] of tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484], the [G3588] to establish [G2525] the [G3588] land '[G1093], and [G2532] to inherit [G2816] inheritances [G2817] desolate [G2048].
9: Saying [G3004] to the [G3588] [ones] in [G1722] bonds [G1199], Come forth [G1831]! and [G2532] to the [G3588] [ones] in [G1722] the [G3588] darkness [G4655] to be uncovered . In [G1722] all [G3956] the [G3588] ways [G3598] they will be grazing [G1006], even [G2532] in [G1722] all [G3956] the [G3588] roads [G5147] of the [G3588]ir pasture [G3542][G1473].
10: They will not [G3756] hunger [G3983] nor [G3761] thirst [G1372], nor [G3761] will strike [G3960] them [G1473] a burning wind [G2742], nor [G3761] sun [G2246]. But the one who [G3739] shows compassion on [G1653] them [G1473] will comfort [G3870] them [G1473], and [G2532] by [G1223] springs [G4077] of waters [G5204] he will convey ' them [G1473].
11: And [G2532] I will establish [G5087] every [G3956] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] for [G1519] a way [G3598], and [G2532] every [G3956] road [G5147] for [G1519] a pasture to them [G1473].
12: look [G2400], these [G3778] from a distance [G4207] will come [G2240]; these [G3778] from north [G1005], and [G2532] west [G2281], and others [G1161] from out of [G1537] land '[G1093] of Persians.
13: Be glad [G2165], O raised-places-above (skies) '[G3772], and [G2532] jump much , O the [G3588] land '[G1093]! Break asunder [G4486], O the [G3588] raised-places (mountains) '[G3735], with gladness [G2167]! for [G3754] showed compassion on [G1653] the [G3588] God '[G2316] the [G3588] his people [G2992][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] humble [G5011] the [G3588] people [G2992] of him [G1473] he comforted [G3870].
14: Zion said [G2036], abandoned [G1459] me [G1473] Boss '[G2962], and [G2532], the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] forgot [G1950] My [G1473].
15: will [G3361] forget [G1950] a woman [G1135] the [G3588] her child [G3816][G1473], or [G2228] to the [G3588] not [G3361] show compassion on [G1653] on the [G3588] progeny [G1549] of the [G3588] her belly [G2836][G1473]? But even if these [things] [G3778] might forget [G1950] a woman [G1135], I [G1473] will not [G3756] forget [G1950] you [G1473], says [G3004] Boss '[G2962].
16: look [G2400], upon [G1909] the [G3588] my hands [G5495][G1473] I portrayed your [G1473] the [G3588] walls [G5038]; and [G2532] before [G1799] me [G1473] you are always [G1275].
17: And [G2532] quickly [G5036] you will be built [G3618] by [G5259] whom [G3739] you were demolished [G2507]; and [G2532] the [G3588] [ones] making you desolate [G2049][G1473] will go forth [G1831] from out of [G1537] you [G1473].
18: Lift up round about [G2945] the [G3588] eyes [G3788] of you [G1473], and [G2532] perceive [G1492] all [G3956]! look [G2400], they were brought together [G4863], and [G2532] they come [G2064] to [G4314] you [G1473]. As I live [G2198][G1473], says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], that [G3754], them all [G3956][G1473] as [G5613] a arrangement '[G2889] You will clothe yourself with [G1746], and [G2532] you will put them on [G4060][G1473] as [G5613] a arrangement '[G2889] of a bride [G3565].
19: For [G3754] the [G3588] your desolate places [G2048][G1473], and [G2532] the [places [G3588] utterly destroyed [G1311], and [G2532] the places the [G3588] having fallen down [G4098], that [G3754] now [G3568] they will be confining [G4729] because off the [G3588] [ones] dwelling [G2730], and [G2532] will be far from you [G1473] the [G3588] [ones] swallowing you down [G2666][G1473].
20: will say [G2046] For [G1063] in [G1519] the [G3588] your ears [G3775][G1473] the [G3588] your sons [G5207][G1473] whom [G3739] you have lost , [is too] narrow [G4728] for me [G1473] the [G3588] place [G5117], make [G4160] for me [G1473] a place [G5117] that [G2443] I will dwell [G2730]!
21: And [G2532] you will say [G2046] in [G1722] the [G3588] your heart [G2588][G1473], Who [G5100] engendered [G1080] to me [G1473] these [G3778]? For I [am [G1473][G1161] childless and [G2532] a widow [G5503], a sojourner [G3941] and [G2532] excluded [G1576]. But these [G3778][G1161], who [G5100] nourished [G1625] for me [G1473]? For I [G1473][G1161] was left [G2641] alone [G3441]. But these [G3778][G1161] to me [G1473] from where [G4226] were these ?
22: Thus [G3779] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], Boss '[G2962], look [G2400], I lift unto [G1519] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] the [G3588] my hand [G5495][G1473], and [G2532] unto [G1519] the [G3588] islands [G3520] I will lift my agreed upon sign [G4953][G1473]. And [G2532] they will convey ' the [G3588] your sons [G5207][G1473] in [G1722] [their] bosom [G2859]; the [G3588] and [G1161] your daughters [G2364][G1473] upon [G1909] [their] shoulders [G5606] they will lift .
23: And [G2532] will be kings your wet-nurses [G1473]; the [G3588] and [G1161] their ruling women [G1473] your nurses [G5162][G1473]. upon [G1909] face [G4383] of the [G3588] land '[G1093] They will do obeisance [G4352] to you [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] dirt [G5522] of the [G3588] your feet [G4228][G1473] they will lick . And [G2532] you will know [G1097] that [G3754] I [am [G1473] Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] will not [G3756] be ashamed the [G3588] [ones] waiting [G5278] for me [G1473].
24: Will [G3361] anyone take [G2983][G5100] from [G3844] a giant spoils [G4661]? and [G2532] if [G1437] should be captured anyone [G5100] unjustly , will he be delivered [G4982]?
25: For [G3754] thus [G3779] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], If [G1437] any [G5100] should capture a giant , he will take [G2983] spoils [G4661]. And one taking [G2983][G1161] from [G3844] one being strong [G2480], will be delivered [G4982]. But I [G1473][G1161] the [G3588] your case [G2920][G1473] will plead [G2919], and [G2532] I [G1473] the [G3588] your sons [G5207][G1473] will rescue [G4506].
26: And [G2532] will eat [G2068] the [G3588] [ones] afflicting [G2346] you [G1473] the [G3588]ir [own] flesh [G4561][G1473]; and [G2532] they will drink [G4095] as [G5613] wine [G3631] new [G3501] the [G3588]ir [own] blood [G1473], and [G2532] will be intoxicated [G3184]. And [G2532] will perceive all [G3956] flesh [G4561] that [G3754] I [am [G1473] Boss '[G2962], the [G3588] [one] rescuing [G4506] you [G1473], and [G2532] assisting strength [G2479] of Jacob.
