1: look [G2400], Boss '[G2962] lays waste [G2704] the [G3588] inhabitable world [G3611] whole [G3650], and [G2532] will make it desolate [G2049][G1473], and [G2532] will uncover the [G3588] its surface [G4383][G1473], and [G2532] disperse [G1289] the [G3588] [ones] dwelling [G1774] on [G1722] it [G1473].
2: And [G2532] will be the [G3588] people [G2992] as [G5613] priests [G2409]; and [G2532] the [G3588] servant [G3816] as [G5613] the [G3588] boss [G2962]; and [G2532] the [G3588] female attendant as [G5613] the [G3588] boss lady [G2959] will be ; the [G3588] [one] buying as [G5613] the [G3588] [one] selling [G4453]; the [G3588] [one] borrowing [G1155] as [G5613] the [G3588] [one] lending [G1155]; and [G2532] the [G3588] [one] owing [G3784] as [G5613] the one who [G3739] is owed [G3784].
3: By corruption [G5356] will be corrupted [G5351] the [G3588] land '[G1093]; and [G2532] by plunder will be plundered the [G3588] land '[G1093]; for the [G3588][G1063] mouth [G4750] of Boss '[G2962] spoke [G2980] these [things] [G3778].
4: mourns [G3996] the [G3588] land '[G1093], and [G2532] [is] corrupted [G5351] the [G3588] world [G3611]; mourn [G3996] the [G3588] lofty ones [G5308] of the [G3588] land '[G1093].
5: And [G2532] the [G3588] land '[G1093] acted lawlessly on account of [G1223] the [G3588] [ones] inhabiting [G2730] her [G1473]; because [G1360] they transgressed [G3845] the [G3588] law [G3551] of Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] effaced and [G2532] bartered away the [G3588] orders -- covenant [G1242] of the term (age) '.
6: Therefore [G1223] this [G3778] curse will devour [G2068] the [G3588] land '[G1093]; for [G3754] sinned the [G3588] [ones] dwelling [G2730] on it [G1473]; on account of [G1223] this [G3778] will be ones begging [G4434] the [G3588] [ones] dwelling [G1774] on [G1722] the [G3588] land '[G1093], and [G2532] will be left behind [G2641] men a few [G3641].
7: will mourn [G3996] wine [G3631], will mourn [G3996] grapevine , will moan [G4727] all [G3956] the [G3588] [ones] being glad [G2165] the [G3588] in soul [G5590].
8: has ceased [G3973] gladness [G2167] of tambourines ; have ceased [G3973] self-sufficiency and [G2532] riches [G4149] impious ; has ceased [G3973] sound [G5456] of the harp [G2788].
9: They are ashamed , they did not [G3756] drink [G4095] wine [G3631]; bitter [G4089] became [G1096] the [G3588] liquor [G4608] to the [G3588] [ones] drinking [G4095].
10: was desolate [G2049] Every [G3956] city [G4172]. One will lock [G2808] house [G3614] the [G3588] to not [G3361] enter [G1525].
11: Shriek [G3649] for [G4012] the [G3588] wine [G3631] everywhere ! has ceased [G3973] All [G3956] gladness [G2167] of the [G3588] land '[G1093]; departed all [G3956] gladness [G2167] of the [G3588] land '[G1093];
12: and [G2532] will be left behind [G2641] cities [G4172] desolate [G2048], and [G2532] houses [G3624] being abandoned [G1459] will be consumed .
13: All these [things] [G3778][G3956] will be on [G1722] the [G3588] land '[G1093] in [G1722] midst [G3319] of the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484]. In which [G3739] manner [G5158] as if [G1437] one [G5100] should glean an olive tree [G1636], thus [G3779] will they glean them [G1473], even [G2532] as if [G1437] should cease [G3973] the [G3588] gathering a crop ,
14: And [G2532] these [G3778] in a voice [G5456] will yell out ; but the [G3588] [ones] [G1161] being left behind [G2641] upon [G1909] the [G3588] land '[G1093] will be glad [G2165] together in the [G3588] glory [G1391] of Boss '[G2962]; will be disturbed [G5015] the [G3588] water [G5204] of the [G3588] sea [G2281].
15: On account of [G1223] this [G3778] the [G3588] glory [G1391] of Boss '[G2962] among [G1722] the [G3588] islands [G3520] will be of the [G3588] sea [G2281]; the [G3588] name [G3686] of Boss '[G2962] will be honored [G1741].
16: O Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of Israel, from the [G3588] wings [G4420] of the [G3588] land '[G1093] miracles [G5059] we heard -- hope [G1680] to the [G3588] pious [G2152]; but [G2532] they will say [G2046], Woe [G3759] to the [G3588] [ones] annulling -- the [G3588] [ones] annulling the [G3588] law [G3551].
17: Fear [G5401], and [G2532] a pit , and [G2532] a snare [G3803] is upon [G1909] you [G1473], O ones the [G3588] dwelling [G1774] upon [G1909] the [G3588] land '[G1093].
18: And [G2532] it will be the [G3588] [one] fleeing [G5343] the [G3588] fear [G5401] will fall [G1706] into [G1519] the [G3588] pit ; and [G2532] the [G3588] [one] going up from out of [G1537] the [G3588] pit will be captured by [G5259] the [G3588] snare [G3803]; for [G3754] windows [G2376] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772] were opened , and [G2532] will be shaken [G4579] the [G3588] foundations [G2310] of the [G3588] land '[G1093].
19: By disturbance [G5016] will be disturbed [G5015] the [G3588] land '[G1093]; and [G2532] with perplexity will be perplexed the [G3588] land '[G1093].
20: It leans [G2827] and [G2532] will be shaken [G4579] as [G5613] a storehouse of fruits the [G3588] land '[G1093]; as [G5613] the [G3588] [one] being intoxicated [G3184] and [G2532] dizzy ; and [G2532] it will fall [G4098], and [G2532] in no way be able [G1410] to rise up . will grow strong [G2729] For [G1063] upon [G1909] it [G1473] the [G3588] lawlessness .
21: And [G2532] it will be in [G1722] the [G3588] that day [G2250][G1565] will bring [G1863] the [G3588] God '[G2316] against [G1909] the [G3588] arrangement '[G2889] of the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772] the [G3588] hand [G5495], and [G2532] against [G1909] the [G3588] kings of the [G3588] land '[G1093].
22: And [G2532] they will gather [G4863] its congregation [G4864][G1473], and [G2532] will lock [them into [G1519] a fortress [G3794] and [G2532] in [G1519] a jail [G1201]; through [G1223] many [G4183] generations [G1074] visited [G1984] will be they [G1473].
23: And [G2532] will melt away [G5080] the [G3588] brick , and [G2532] will fall [G4098] the [G3588] wall [G5038], and [G2532] will feel remorse [G1788] the [G3588] moon [G4582], and [G2532] will be ashamed the [G3588] sun [G2246], for [G3754] BOSS will reign [G2962] in [G1722] Zion, and [G2532] from out of [G1537] Jerusalem, and [G2532] before [G1799] the [G3588] elders [G4245] he will be glorified [G1392].
