Leviticus Chapter 16 - | Early Church Bible

1: And [G2532] spoke [G2980] Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] Moses after [G3326] the [G3588] coming to an end [G5053] of the [G3588] two [G1417] sons [G5207] of Aaron in [G1722] the [G3588]ir offering [G4374][G1473] fire [G4442] alien before [G1725] Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] they came to an end [G5053].
2: And [G2532] BOSS said [G2036][G2962] to [G4314] Moses, Speak [G2980] to [G4314] Aaron the [G3588] your brother [G1473]! that [G2532] he enters not [G3361][G1531] at any [G3956] hour [G5610] into [G1519] the [G3588] holy [place] the [G3588] inside the [G3588] veil [G2665], at [G1519] the [G3588] front [G4383] of the [G3588] atonement-seat [G2435] which [G3739] is upon [G1909] the [G3588] ark [G2787] of the [G3588] testimony [G3142], that [G2532] he will not [G3756] die . For in [G1722][G1063] a cloud [G3507] I will appear [G3708] upon [G1909] the [G3588] atonement-seat [G2435].
3: Thus [G3779] Aaron will enter [G1525] into [G1519] the [G3588] holy [place] with [G1722] a calf [G3448] of [G1537] oxen [G1016] for [G4012] a sin [offering , and [G2532] a ram for [G1519] a whole burnt-offering [G3646].
4: And [G2532] an inner garment [G5509] of flaxen linen having been sanctified he will put on [G1746], and [G2532] pants flaxen linen will be upon [G1909] the [G3588] his flesh [G5559][G1473], and [G2532] belt [G2223] a flaxen linen will be tied around [G2224], and [G2532] turban a flaxen linen will be placed [G4060] -- garments [G2440] pure ' they are . And [G2532] he will bathe [G3068] in water [G5204] all [G3956] the [G3588] his body [G4983][G1473]. And [G2532] he will put [G1746] them on [G1473].
5: And [G2532] from [G3844] the [G3588] congregation [G4864] of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel he will take [G2983] two [G1417] young he-goats of [G1537] goats for [G4012] a sin [offering , and [G2532] ram one [G1520] for [G1519] a whole burnt-offering [G3646].
6: And [G2532] Aaron will bring [G4317] the [G3588] calf [G3448], the [G3588] [one] for [G4012] a sin [offering , the [G3588] [one] for himself [G1438], and [G2532] he will atone for [G4012] himself [G1438] and [G2532] the [G3588] his house [G3624][G1473].
7: And [G2532] he will take [G2983] the [G3588] two [G1417] young he-goats , and [G2532] present [G3936] them [G1473] before [G1725] Boss '[G2962] by [G3844] the [G3588] door [G2374] of the [G3588] tent [G4633] of the [G3588] testimony [G3142].
8: And [G2532] Aaron will place [G2007] upon [G1909] the [G3588] two [G1417] young he-goats lots [G2819]; lot [G2819] one [G1520] to the [G3588] Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] lot [G2819] one [G1520] to the [G3588] scapegoat .
9: And [G2532] Aaron will bring [G4317] the [G3588] young he-goat , upon [G1909] which [G3739] came [G1904] unto [G1909] it [G1473] the [G3588] lot [G2819] to the [G3588] Boss '[G2962]. And [G2532] he will offer it [G4374] for [G4012] a sin [offering .
10: And [G2532] the [G3588] young he-goat , upon [G1909] which [G3739] came [G1904] unto [G1909] it [G1473] the [G3588] lot [G2819] of the [G3588] scapegoat , he will set [G2476] it [G1473] living [G2198] before [G1725] Boss '[G2962], so as [G5620] to atone for [G1909] him [G1473], so as [G5620] to send him out [G1821][G1473] as [G1519] the [G3588] scapegoat , and [G2532] to let him go [G1473] into [G1519] the [G3588] wilderness [G2048].
11: And [G2532] Aaron will bring [G4317] the [G3588] calf [G3448], the [G3588] [one] for [G4012] the [G3588] sin [offering , the [G3588] [one] for himself [G1438]; and [G2532] he will atone for [G4012] himself [G1438], and [G2532] the [G3588] his house [G3624][G1473]. And [G2532] he will slay [G4969] the [G3588] calf [G3448], the [G3588] [one] for [G4012] the [G3588] sin [offering , the [G3588] [one] for himself [G1438].
12: And [G2532] he will take [G2983] the [G3588] censer full [G4134] of coals of fire [G4442] from the [G3588] altar [G2379], of the [G3588] [one] before Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] he will fill [G4137] the [G3588] his hands [G5495][G1473] incense [G2368] composition of fine [G3016], and [G2532] he will carry [it [G1533] inside the [G3588] veil [G2665].
13: And [G2532] he will place [G2007] the [G3588] incense [G2368] upon [G1909] the [G3588] fire [G4442] before [G1725] Boss '[G2962]. And [G2532] will cover [G2572] the [G3588] vapor of the [G3588] incense [G2368] the [G3588] atonement-seat [G2435], the [G3588] [one] upon [G1909] the [G3588] testimonies [G3142], and [G2532] he will not [G3756] die .
14: And [G2532] he will take [G2983] some off the [G3588] blood of the [G3588] calf [G3448], and [G2532] he will sprinkle [with his the [G3588] finger [G1147] on [G1909] the [G3588] atonement-seat [G2435], according to [G2596] east ; in [G2596] front [G4383] of the [G3588] atonement-seat [G2435] he will sprinkle seven times [G2034] off the [G3588] blood [with] the [G3588] his finger [G1147][G1473].
15: And [G2532] he will slay [G4969] the [G3588] young he-goat , (the [one] [G3588] for [G4012] a sin [offering , the [G3588] [one] for [G4012] the [G3588] people [G2992]) before [G1725] Boss '[G2962]. And [G2532] he will carry [G1533] the [G3588] its blood [G1473] inside the [G3588] veil [G2665]. And [G2532] he will offer [G4160] the [G3588] its blood [G1473] in which [G3739] manner [G5158] he offered [G4160] the [G3588] blood of the [G3588] calf [G3448]. And [G2532] he will sprinkle the [G3588] its blood [G1473] on [G1909] the [G3588] atonement-seat [G2435], in [G2596] front [G4383] of the [G3588] atonement-seat [G2435].
16: And [G2532] he will atone the [G3588] holy [place] off the [G3588] uncleannesses of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel, and [G2532] off the [G3588]ir offences [G1473] for [G4012] all [G3956] the [G3588]ir sins [G1473]. And [G2532] thus [G3779] he will do [G4160] to the [G3588] tent [G4633] of the [G3588] testimony [G3142], to the [G3588] [one] created [G2936] among [G1722] them [G1473] in [G1722] midst [G3319] of the [G3588]ir uncleanness [G1473].
17: And [G2532] every [G3956] man will not [G3756] be in [G1722] the [G3588] tent [G4633] of the [G3588] testimony [G3142], of his entering [G1531][G1473] to atone in [G1722] the [G3588] holy [place] , until [G2193] whenever he should come forth [G1831]. And [G2532] he will atone for [G4012] himself [G1438], and [G2532] the [G3588] his house [G3624][G1473], and [G2532] for [G4012] all [G3956] congregation [G4864] of Israel.
18: And [G2532] he will come forth [G1831] unto [G1909] the [G3588] altar [G2379], the [G3588] [one] before Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] he will atone upon [G1909] it [G1473]. And [G2532] he will take [G2983] from the [G3588] blood of the [G3588] calf [G3448], and [G2532] from the [G3588] blood of the [G3588] young he-goat , and [G2532] he will place [it [G2007] upon [G1909] the [G3588] horns [G2768] of the [G3588] altar [G2379] round about [G2945].
19: And [G2532] he will sprinkle upon [G1909] it [G1473] some off the [G3588] blood [with] the [G3588] his finger [G1147][G1473] seven times [G2034]; and [G2532] he will cleanse [G2511] it [G1473], and [G2532] will sanctify it [G1473] from the [G3588] uncleannesses of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel.
20: And [G2532] he will complete [G4931] making atonement for the [G3588] [holy] place , and [G2532] the [G3588] tent [G4633] of the [G3588] testimony [G3142], and [G2532] the [G3588] altar [G2379]; and [G2532] for [G4012] the [G3588] priests [G2409] he will make a cleansing [G2511]. And [G2532] he will bring [G4317] the [G3588] young he-goat the [G3588] living [G2198].
21: And [G2532] Aaron will place [G2007] the [G3588] two [G1417] hands [G5495] of him '[G1473] upon [G1909] the [G3588] head [G2776] of the [G3588] young he-goat the [G3588] living [G2198]; and [G2532] he will declare openly over [G1909] it [G1473] all [G3956] the [G3588] lawless deeds of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel, and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588]ir iniquities [G1473], and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588]ir sins [G1473]. And [G2532] he will place [G2007] them [G1473] upon [G1909] the [G3588] head [G2776] of the [G3588] young he-goat the [G3588] living [G2198], and [G2532] he will send it out [G1821] by [G1722] hand [G5495] man of a prepared [G2092] into [G1519] the [G3588] wilderness [G2048].
22: And [G2532] will take [G2983] the [G3588] young he-goat upon [G1909] himself [G1438] the [G3588]ir lawlessnesses [G1473] into [G1519] a land '[G1093] untrodden . And [G2532] he will send out [G1821] the [G3588] young he-goat into [G1519] the [G3588] wilderness [G2048].
23: And [G2532] Aaron will enter [G1525] into [G1519] the [G3588] tent [G4633] of the [G3588] testimony [G3142], and [G2532] will take off [G1562] the [G3588] apparel [G4749] the [G3588] flaxen linen which [G3739] he put on [G1746] of his entering [G1531][G1473] into [G1519] the [G3588] holy [place] . And [G2532] he will put it aside [G1473] there [G1563].
24: And [G2532] he will bathe [G3068] the [G3588] his body [G4983][G1473] in water [G5204] in [G1722] place [G5117] pure '. And [G2532] will put on [G1746] the [G3588] his apparel [G4749][G1473], and [G2532] coming forth [G1831] will offer [G4160] the [G3588] his whole burnt-offering [G3646][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] whole offering [G3646] of the [G3588] people [G2992]; and [G2532] he will atone for [G4012] himself [G1473], and [G2532] for [G4012] the [G3588] his house [G3624][G1473], and [G2532] for [G4012] the [G3588] people [G2992] as [G5613] for [G4012] the [G3588] priests [G2409].
25: And [G2532] the [G3588] fat for the [G3588] [G4012] the [G3588] sin [offerings he will offer upon [G1909] the [G3588] altar [G2379].
26: And [G2532] the [G3588] [one] sending out [G1821] the [G3588] young he-goat , the [G3588] [one] having been drawn apart [G1291] for [G1519] release , will wash [G4150] the [G3588] his garments [G2440][G1473] and [G2532] will bathe [G3068] the [G3588] his body [G4983][G1473] in water [G5204], and [G2532] after [G3326] these [things] [G3778] he will enter [G1525] into [G1519] the [G3588] camp [G3925].
27: And [G2532] the [G3588] calf [G3448], the [G3588] [one] for [G4012] the [G3588] sin [offering , and [G2532] the [G3588] young he-goat , the [G3588] [one] for [G4012] the [G3588] sin [offering which [G3739] the [G3588]ir blood [G1473] was carried [G1533] to atone in [G1722] the [G3588] holy [place] , they will bring [G1627] them [G1473] outside [G1854] the [G3588] camp [G3925], and [G2532] they will incinerate [G2618] them [G1473] in [G1722] fire [G4442], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir skins [G1192][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir meats [G2907][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir dung [G1473].
28: And the [G3588][G1161] one incinerating [G2618] them [G1473] will wash [G4150] the [G3588] his garments [G2440][G1473], and [G2532] will bathe [G3068] the [G3588] his body [G4983][G1473] in water [G5204], and [G2532] after [G3326] these things [G3778] he will enter [G1525] into [G1519] the [G3588] camp [G3925].
29: And [G2532] this will be [G3778] to you [G1473] law an of the term (age) '. In [G1722] the [G3588] month [G3376] the [G3588] seventh [G1442] tenth [G1181] of the [G3588] month [G3376] humble [G5013] the [G3588] your souls [G5590][G1473]! And [G2532] any [G3956] work [G2041] you will not do [G3756][G4160] -- the [G3588] native born and [G2532] for the [G3588]eigner [G4339] the [G3588] joining up with [G1722] you [G1473].
30: For in [G1722][G1063] the [G3588] this day [G2250][G3778] he will atone for [G4012] you [G1473], to cleanse [G2511] you [G1473] from all [G3956] the [G3588] sins of you [G1473] before [G1725] Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] you will be cleansed [G2511].
31: A Sabbath [G4521] of Sabbaths [G4521] it will be [G3778] to you [G1473]. And [G2532] you will humble [G5013] the [G3588] your souls [G5590][G1473] -- law an of the term (age) '.
32: And [G2532] he will make atonement -- the [G3588] priest [G2409] whom [G3739] ever they should anoint [G5548] him [G1473], and [G2532] whom [G3739] ever will perfect [G5048] the [G3588] his hands [G5495][G1473] the [G3588] to officiate as priest [G2407] after [G3326] the [G3588] his father [G3962][G1473]; and [G2532] he will put on [G1746] the [G3588] apparel [G4749] the [G3588] flaxen linen -- apparel [G4749] pure '.
33: And [G2532] he will atone the [G3588] pure ' of the [G3588] pure '; and [G2532] the [G3588] tent [G4633] of the [G3588] testimony [G3142] and [G2532] the [G3588] altar [G2379] he will atone ; and [G2532] for [G4012] the [G3588] priests [G2409] and [G2532] for [G4012] all [G3956] the [G3588] congregation [G4864] he will atone .
34: And [G2532] this will be [G3778] to you [G1473] law an of the term (age) ' to atone for [G4012] the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel from all [G3956] the [G3588]ir sins [G1473]. Once of the [G3588] year [G1763] you will do [G4160] as [G2505] BOSS gave orders [G4929][G2962] [to the [G3588] Moses.
