1: The [G3588] concern which [G3739] saw [G1492] Habakkuk the [G3588] prophet [G4396].
2: For how long [G2193][G4214], O Boss '[G2962], will I cry out [G2896], and [G2532] in no way should you listen [G1522]? [For how long] will I yell to [G4314] you [G1473] being wronged , and [G2532] you should not [G3756] deliver [G4982]?
3: Why [G2444] did you show [G1166] to me [G1473] toils [G4192] and [G2532] troubles [G2873], to look upon [G1914] misery [G5004] and [G2532] impiety ? Right opposite me [G1473] takes place [G1096] judgment [G2920], and [G2532] the [G3588] judge [G2923] takes away [G2983].
4: On account of [G1223] this [G3778] is effaced law [G3551], and [G2532] is not [G3756] administered unto [G1519] end [G5056] judgment [G2917], for [G3754] impious tyrannize over [G2616] the [G3588] just [G1342]. Because of [G1752] this [G3778] will go forth [G1831] the [G3588] judgment [G2917] being perverted [G1294].
5: look [at] [G1492], O the [G3588] despisers [G2707], and [G2532] look [G1914]! and [G2532] wonder [G2296] wonders [G2297], and [G2532] vanish ! 10: And [G2532] he [G1473] among [G1722] kings will revel [G1792], and [G2532] sovereigns [G5181] [are] his playthings [G1473]. And [G2532] he [G1473] at [G1519] every [G3956] fortress [G3794] will mock [G1702], and [G2532] will throw up an embankment , and [G2532] will prevail over [G2902] it [G1473].
11: Then [G5119] he will turn [G3328] the [G3588] wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151], and [G2532] will go through [G1330], and [G2532] will make atonement, [saying , Tof him '[G1473] the [G3588] strength [G2479] [is to the [G3588] my god [G2316][G1473].
12: Are you not [G3756][G1473] from beginning , O Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of me [G1473], the [G3588] my holy one [G1473]? In no way should we die . O Boss '[G2962], for [G1519] judgment [G2917] -- you have ordered [G5021] it [G1473]. And [G2532] he shaped [G4111] me [G1473] the [G3588] to reprove [G1651] for his discipline [G3809][G1473].
13: Pure [G2513] [is] the [G3588] eye [G3788] the [G3588] to not [G3361] see [G3708] evil [things] [G4190], and [G2532] to look [G1914] upon [G1909] evils [G4190] you are not able [G3756][G1410]. 14: And [G2532] will you make [G4160] the [G3588] men as [G5613] the [G3588] fishes [G2486] of the [G3588] sea [G2281], and [G2532] as [G5613] the [G3588] reptiles [G2062] not [G3756] having [G2192] one taking the lead [G2233]?
15: consumption [G4930] with [G1722] a hook He pulled up , and [G2532] drew [G1670] it [G1473] with [G1722] his casting-net [G1473], and [G2532] gathered [G4863] it [G1473] in [G1722] the [G3588] his dragnets [G4522][G1473]. Because of [G1752] this [G3778] he will be glad [G2165] and [G2532] will rejoice [G5463].
16: Because of [G1752] this [G3778] he will sacrifice [G2380] [to the [G3588] his dragnet [G4522][G1473], and [G2532] burn incense [G2370] [to the [G3588] his casting-net [G1473]; for [G3754] by [G1722] them [G1473] he fattened his portion [G3310][G1473], even [G2532] the [G3588] foods [G1033] of him '[G1473] choice [G1588].
17: On account of [G1223] this [G3778] he will cast his casting-net , and [G2532] always [G1275] to kill tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] -- not sparing [G3756][G5339]?
