1: concern of word [G3056] of Boss '[G2962] against [G1722] land '[G1093] of Hadrach, and [G2532] of Damascus his sacrifice [G2378][G1473]. For [G1360] Boss '[G2962] inspects men , and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] tribes [G5443] of the [G3588] Israel;
2: and [G2532] Hamath among [G1722] the [G3588] her limits [G3725][G1473], Tyre and [G2532] Sidon, for [G1360] they thought [G5426] exceedingly [G4970].
3: And [G2532] Tyre built [G3618] a fortress [G3794] to herself [G1438], and [G2532] treasured up [G2343] silver as [G5613] dirt [G5522], and [G2532] gathered [G4863] gold [G5553] as [G5613] mud [G4081] of streets [G3598].
4: On account of [G1223] this [G3778], Boss '[G2962] will inherit [G2816] her [G1473], and [G2532] he will strike [G3960] in [G1519] sea [G2281] her power [G1411][G1473]; and [G2532] she [G3778] by [G1722] fire [G4442] will be consumed [G2654].
5: Ashkelon will see [G3708], and [G2532] will fear [G5399]; and [G2532] Gaza, even [G2532] she will grieve [G3600] exceedingly [G4970]; and [G2532] Ekron, for [G3754] she will be ashamed over [G1909] the [G3588] her transgression [G3900][G1473]; and [G2532] will perish king from [G1537] Gaza; and [G2532] Ashkelon in no way should be inhabited [G2730].
6: And [G2532] foreigners will dwell [G2730] in [G1722] Ashdod, and [G2532] I will demolish [G2507] insolence [G5196] of Philistines .
7: And [G2532] I will lift away [G1808] the [G3588]ir blood [G1473] from out of [G1537] their mouth [G4750][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir abominations [G1473] from [G1537] between [G3319] their teeth [G3599][G1473]. And [G2532] they will leave behind [G5275] also [G2532] these [G3778] [to the [G3588] our God '[G2316][G1473]; and [G2532] they will be as [G5613] [under] a commander of a thousand [G5506] in [G1722] Judah; and [G2532] Ekron [will be] as [G5613] the [G3588] Jebusite.
8: And [G2532] I will stand the [G3588] my house [G3624][G1473] on a height , [so as to the [G3588] not [G3361] travel through [G1279] nor [G3366] return . And [G2532] in no way should there come [G1904] upon [G1909] them [G1473] any longer [G3765] ones launching an expedition , because [G1360] now [G3568] I have seen [G3708] with [G1722] the [G3588] my eyes [G3788][G1473].
9: Rejoice [G5463] exceedingly [G4970], O daughter [G2364] of Zion! Proclaim [G2784], O daughter [G2364] of Jerusalem! look [G2400], the [G3588] king of you [G1473] comes [G2064] to you [G1473], righteous [G1342] and [G2532] delivering [G4982]. 10: And [G2532] he will utterly destroy [G1842] chariots from [G1537] Ephraim, and [G2532] horse [G2462] from [G1537] Jerusalem; will be utterly destroyed [G1842] bow [G5115] of warfare , and [G2532] abundance [G4128] and [G2532] peace [G1515] out of [G1537] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484]. And [G2532] he will rule waters [G5204] unto [G2193] sea [G2281], and [G2532] from rivers [G4215] of passes of land '[G1093].
11: And [G2532] you [G1473], by [G1722] blood of your covenant [G1242][G1473], sent out [G1821] your prisoners [G1198][G1473] from [G1537] pit not [G3756] having [G2192] water [G5204].
12: You will settle [G2521] in [G1722] fortresses [G3794] prisoners [G1198] of the [G3588] congregation [G4864]; and [G2532] for one [G1520] day [G2250] of your sojourning [G1473] double [G1362] I will recompense to you [G1473].
13: For [G1360] I stretched you tight [G1473] to myself [G1683], O Judah, [as] a bow [G5115]. I filled [G4130] the [G3588] Ephraim, and [G2532] I will awaken [G1825] the [G3588] children [G5043] of you [G1473], O Zion, against [G1909] the [G3588] children [G5043] of the [G3588] Greeks. And [G2532] I will handle [G5584] you [G1473] as [G5613] broadsword [G4501] of a warrior .
14: And [G2532] Boss '[G2962] over [G1909] them [G1473] will be seen [G3708], and [G2532] will go forth [G1831] as [G5613] lightning his arrow [G1002][G1473]. And [G2532] Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] God '[G2316] by [G1722] a trumpet [G4536] will trump [G4537], and [G2532] goes [G4198] for [G1722] tossing about [G4535] his intimidation [G1473].
15: Boss '[G2962] almighty [G3841] will shield them [G1473]; and [G2532] they will consume [G2654] them [G1473], and [G2532] will heap upon them [G1473] with [G1722] stones [G3037] of a sling ; and [G2532] they will drink the [G3588]ir blood [G1473] as [G5613] wine [G3631], and [G2532] will fill [G4130] the [G3588] bowls [G5357] as [G5613] an altar [basin [G2379].
16: And [G2532] will deliver [G4982] them [G1473] Boss '[G2962] the [G3588]ir God '[G2316][G1473] in [G1722] the [G3588] that day [G2250][G1565] as [G5613] sheep [G4263] the [G3588] people [G2992] of him [G1473]. For [G1360] stones [G3037] pure ' will roll [G2947] upon [G1909] his land '[G1093][G1473].
17: For [G3754] if anything [G1536] [be] good of of him '[G1473], and [G2532] if any [G1536] be fair [G2570] of of him '[G1473], grain [G4621] [will be for the] young men [G3495], and [G2532] wine [G3631] being fragrant for [G1519] virgins [G3933].
