Revelation Chapter 8 - | Early Church Bible

1: And [G2532] when [G3753] he opened the [G3588] seal [G4973] the [G3588] seventh [G1442], there became [G1096] quietness [G4602] in [G1722] the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772] about [G5613] a half-hour [G2256].
2: And [G2532] I saw [G1492] the [G3588] seven [G2033] word-conveyers (messengers) ', the ones which [G3739] before [G1799] the [G3588] God '[G2316] stand [G2476], and [G2532] were given [G1325] to them [G1473] seven [G2033] trumpets [G4536].
3: And [G2532] another word-conveyer (messenger) ' came [G2064] and [G2532] he stood [G2476] at [G1909] the [G3588] altar [G2379], having [G2192] censer [G3031] a golden [G5552]; and [G2532] [were] given [G1325] to him [G1473] incenses [G2368] many [G4183], that [G2443] he should offer [it [G1325] with the [G3588] prayers [G4335] the [G3588] [ones] pure ' of all [G3956] upon [G1909] the [G3588] altar [G2379] the [G3588] golden [G5552], the [G3588] [one] before [G1799] the [G3588] throne [G2362].
4: And [G2532] went up the [G3588] smoke [G2586] of the [G3588] incenses [G2368], with the [G3588] prayers [G4335] of the [G3588] [ones] pure ', out of [G1537] hand [G5495] of the [G3588] word-conveyer (messenger) ', before [G1799] the [G3588] God '[G2316].
5: And [G2532] took [G2983] the [G3588] word-conveyer (messenger) ' the [G3588] censer [G3031], and [G2532] filled [G1072] it [G1473] from [G1537] the [G3588] fire [G4442] of the [G3588] altar [G2379], and [G2532] cast unto [G1519] the [G3588] land '[G1093]; and [G2532] there became [G1096] sounds [G5456], and [G2532] thunders [G1027], and [G2532] lightnings , and [G2532] an earthquake [G4578].
6: And [G2532] the [G3588] seven [G2033] word-conveyers (messengers) ', the [G3588] [ones] having [G2192] the [G3588] seven [G2033] trumpets [G4536], prepared [G2090] themselves [G1438] that [G2443] they should trump [G4537].
7: And [G2532] the [G3588] first [G4413] trumped [G4537], and [G2532] came to pass [G1096] hail [G5464] and [G2532] fire [G4442] being mixed [G3396] in [G1722] blood , and [G2532] was cast unto [G1519] the [G3588] land '[G1093]; and [G2532] the [G3588] third [G5154] of the [G3588] land '[G1093] was incinerated [G2618], and [G2532] all [G3956] grass [G5528] green [G5515] was incinerated [G2618].
8: And [G2532] the [G3588] second [G1208] word-conveyer (messenger) ' trumped [G4537]; and [G2532] [it was] as [G5613] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] a great [G3173] burning [G2545] was cast into [G1519] the [G3588] sea [G2281]; and [G2532] became [G1096] the [G3588] third [G5154] of the [G3588] sea [G2281] blood ;
9: and [G2532] died the [G3588] third [G5154] of the [G3588] creatures [G2938] in [G1722] the [G3588] sea [G2281], the [G3588] [ones] having [G2192] lives [G5590]; and [G2532] the [G3588] third [G5154] of the [G3588] ships [G4143] were utterly destroyed [G1311].
10: And [G2532] the [G3588] third [G5154] word-conveyer (messenger) ' trumped [G4537]; and [G2532] fell [G4098] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772] star a great [G3173], burning [G2545] as [G5613] a lamp [G2985], and [G2532] it fell [G4098] upon [G1909] the [G3588] third [G5154] of the [G3588] rivers [G4215], and [G2532] upon [G1909] the [G3588] springs [G4077] of the [G3588] waters [G5204].
11: And [G2532] the [G3588] name [G3686] of the [G3588] star is called [G3004] the [G3588] Absinthium ; and [G2532] became [G1096] the [G3588] third [G5154] of the [G3588] waters [G5204] into [G1519] absinthium , and [G2532] many [G4183] of the [G3588] men died because of [G1537] the [G3588] waters [G5204], for [G3754] they were made bitter [G4087].
12: And [G2532] the [G3588] fourth [G5067] word-conveyer (messenger) ' trumped [G4537], and [G2532] was struck [G4141] the [G3588] third [G5154] of the [G3588] sun [G2246], and [G2532] the [G3588] third [G5154] of the [G3588] moon [G4582], and [G2532] the [G3588] third [G5154] of the [G3588] stars ; that [G2443] should be darkened [G4654] the [G3588] a third [G5154] of them [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] day [G2250] should not appear [for [G3361][G5316] the [G3588] a third [G5154] of it [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] night [G3571] in like manner [G3668].
13: And [G2532] I saw [G1492] and [G2532] heard one [G1520] eagle flying [G4072] in [G1722] the-middle-of-the-raised-place-above (mid-sky) '[G3321], saying [G3004] voice [G5456] with a great [G3173], Woe [G3759], woe [G3759] woe [G3759], to the [G3588] [ones] dwelling [G2730] upon [G1909] the [G3588] land '[G1093], because of [G1537] the [G3588] remaining [G3062] sounds [G5456] of the [G3588] trumpet [G4536] of the [G3588] three [G5140] word-conveyers (messengers) ', of the [G3588] [ones] being about [G3195] to trump [G4537].
