And [G2532] these [are [G3778] the [G3588] rulers of their families [G3965][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] genealogy [G1076] of the [G3588] [ones] going up with [G3326] me [G1473], in [G1722] the [G3588] government ' of Artaxerxes the [G3588] king of Babylon.

Of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Phinehas -- Gershom; off sons [G5207] of Ithamar -- Daniel; off sons [G5207] of David -- Hattush;

off sons [G5207] of Shechaniah off sons [G5207] of Pharosh -- Zechariah, and [G2532] with [G3326] him [G1473] having traced descent [G1075] the [G3588] males -- a hundred [G1540] and [G2532] fifty [G4004].

Of sons [G5207] Pahath-moab -- Elihoenai son [G5207] of Zerahiah, and [G2532] with [G3326] him [G1473] two hundred [G1250] the [G3588] males .

Of sons [G5207] Shechaniah -- son [G5207] Jahaziel, and [G2532] with [G3326] him [G1473] three hundred [G5145] the [G3588] males .

Of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Adin -- Ebed son [G5207] of Jonathan, and [G2532] with [G3326] him [G1473] fifty [G4004] the [G3588] males .

Of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Elam -- Jeshaiaih son [G5207] of Athaliah, and [G2532] with [G3326] him [G1473] seventy [G1440] the [G3588] males .

Of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Shephatiah -- Zebadiah son [G5207] of Michael, and [G2532] with [G3326] him [G1473] eighty [G3589] the [G3588] males .

Of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Joab -- Obadiah son [G5207] of Jehiel, and [G2532] with [G3326] him [G1473] two hundred [G1250] eighteen the [G3588] males .

From the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Shelomith -- son [G5207] of Josiphiah, and [G2532] with [G3326] him [G1473] a hundred [G1540] sixty [G1835] the [G3588] males .

From the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Bebai -- Zechariah son [G5207] of Bebai, and [G2532] with [G3326] him [G1473] twenty-eight the [G3588] males .

From the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Azgad -- Johanan son [G5207] of Hakkatan, and [G2532] with [G3326] him [G1473], a hundred [G1540] ten [G1176] the [G3588] males .

Of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Adonikam last [G2078], and [G2532] these are [G3778] the [G3588] names [G3686] of them [G1473] -- Eliphelet, Jeiel, and [G2532] Shemaiah, and [G2532] with [G3326] them [G1473] sixty [G1835] the [G3588] males .

Of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Bigvai -- Uthai and [G2532] Zabbud, and [G2532] with [G3326] them [G1473] seventy [G1440] the [G3588] males .

And [G2532] I gathered [G4863] them [G1473] to [G4314] the [G3588] river [G4215], the [G3588] [one] coming [G2064] to [G4314] the [G3588] Ahava; and [G2532] we camped there [G1563] days [G2250] three [G5140]. And [G2532] I perceived [G4920] among [G1722] the [G3588] people [G2992], and [G2532] among [G1722] the [G3588] priests [G2409], [any [G2532] from sons [G5207] of Levi [there were] not [G3756] found [G2147] there [G1563].

And [G2532] I sent [to the [G3588] Eleazar, [to the [G3588] Ariel, [to the [G3588] Shemaiah, and [G2532] [to the [G3588] Elnathan, and [G2532] [to the [G3588] Jarib [to the [G3588] Elnatham, [to the [G3588] Nathan, [to the [G3588] Zechariah, [to the [G3588] Meshullam, rulers ; [to the [G3588] Joiarib, and [G2532] [to the [G3588] Elnathan, ones perceiving [G4920].

And [G2532] I gave charge [G1781] to them [G1473] to [G4314] Iddo the [G3588] ruler of [G1537] Casiphia of the [G3588] place [G5117]. And [G2532] I put [G5087] in [G1722] their mouths [G4750][G1473] words [G3056] to speak [G2980] to [G4314] Iddo, and [G2532] to [G4314] the [G3588]ir brothers [G1473] of the [G3588] Nethinim, of the [G3588] [ones] with [G1722] money of the [G3588] place [G5117] Casiphia, the [G3588] to bring [G5342] to us [G1473] ministers [G3011] and [G2532] singers into [G1519] house [G3624] of our God '[G2316][G1473].

And [G2532] they came [G2064] to us [G1473] as [G5613] the [G3588] hand [G5495] of the [G3588] our God '[G2316][G1473] the [G3588] good [was] upon [G1909] us [G1473], man [with] a discerning [G4908] from sons [G5207] of Mahli, the [son the [G3588] of Levi the [G3588] of Israel. And [G2532] Sherebiah, and [G2532] the [G3588] his sons [G5207][G1473], and [G2532] brothers of him [G1473] -- eighteen .

And [G2532] the [G3588] Hashabiah and [G2532] the [G3588] Jeshaiah from the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Merari, brothers of him [G1473] and [G2532] his sons [G5207][G1473] -- twenty [G1501].

And [G2532] from the [G3588] Nethinim, whom [G3739] David appointed [G1325] and [G2532] the [G3588] rulers for [G1519] service [G1397] of the [G3588] Levites -- Nethinim two hundred [G1250] twenty [G1501]; all [G3956] these [G3778] were named [G3687].

And [G2532] I called [G2564] there [G1563] a fast [G3521] at [G1909] the [G3588] river [G4215] Ahava, the [G3588] to humble [ourselves [G5013] before [G1799] the [G3588] our God '[G2316][G1473], to seek [G2212] by [G3844] him [G1473] way [G3598] a straight [G2117] for us [G1473], and [G2532] for the [G3588] our children [G5043][G1473], and [G2532] [for] all [G3956] the [G3588] our property [G1473].

For [G3754] I was ashamed to ask from [G3844] the [G3588] king for a force [G1411] and [G2532] horsemen [G2460] to deliver [G4982] us [G1473] from enemy [G2190] in [G1722] the [G3588] way [G3598]; for [G3754] we said [G2036] to the [G3588] king , saying [G3004], hand [G5495] of the [G3588] God '[G2316] of us [G1473] [is] upon [G1909] all [G3956] the [G3588] [ones] seeking [G2212] him [G1473] for [G1519] good , and [G2532] his might [G2904][G1473] and [G2532] his rage [G2372][G1473] [is] upon [G1909] all [G3956] the [G3588] [ones] abandoning [G1459] him [G1473].

And [G2532] we fasted [G3522] and [G2532] sought [G2212] from [G3844] the [G3588] our God '[G2316][G1473] concerning [G4012] this [G3778]; and [G2532] he heeded [G1873] us [G1473].

And [G2532] I separated [G1291] off rulers of the [G3588] priests [G2409] twelve [G1427], [to the [G3588] Sherebiah, [to the [G3588] Hashabiah, and [G2532] with [G3326] them [G1473] from their brothers [G1473] -- ten [G1176].

And [G2532] I set [before [G2476] them [G1473] the [G3588] silver and [G2532] the [G3588] gold [G5553], and [G2532] the [G3588] items [G4632] of the [G3588] first-fruit of house [G3624] of our God '[G2316][G1473], which [G3739] separated [in dedication the [G3588] king , and [G2532] the [G3588] his counselors [G4825][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] his rulers [G1473], and [G2532] all [G3956] of Israel the [G3588] [ones] being found [G2147].

And [G2532] I set [G2476] in [G1909] their hands [G5495][G1473] silver -- talents [G5007] six hundred [G1812] fifty [G4004], and [G2532] vessels [G4632] made of silver -- a hundred [G1540], and [G2532] talents [G5007] of gold [G5553] -- a hundred [G1540];

and [G2532] bowls of gold [G5552] twenty [G1501] drachmas [G1406] of a thousand [G5507], and [G2532] vessels [G4632] of brass [G5475], shining [G4744], good [quality , diverse [G1313], desirable as [G5613] gold [G5553].

And [G2532] I said [G2036] to [G4314] them [G1473], You [G1473] [are] pure ' [to the] Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] God '[G2316], and [G2532] the [G3588] vessels [G4632] pure ', and [G2532] the [G3588] silver , and [G2532] the [G3588] gold [G5553] [are] a voluntary [offering [G1595] to the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] God '[G2316] of the [G3588] fathers [G3962] of us [G1473].

Be awake and [G2532] give heed [G5083] until [G2193] you set [them [G2476] before [G1799] the [G3588] rulers of the [G3588] priests [G2409] and [G2532] the [G3588] Levites, and [G2532] rulers of the [G3588] families [G3965] of the [G3588] Israel in [G1722] Jerusalem, in [G1519] cubicles of house [G3624] of Boss '[G2962]!

And [G2532] took [G1209] the [G3588] priests [G2409] and [G2532] the [G3588] Levites] the [G3588] weight of the [G3588] silver , and [G2532] the [G3588] gold [G5553], and [G2532] the [G3588] vessels [G4632], the [G3588] to bring them [G5342] into [G1519] Jerusalem into [G1519] house [G3624] of the [G3588] God '[G2316] of us [G1473].

And [G2532] we lifted away [G1808] from the [G3588] river [G4215] the [G3588] Ahava on [G1722] the [G3588] twelfth [G1428] of the [G3588] month [G3376] the [G3588] first [G4413], the [G3588] to come [G2064] unto [G1519] Jerusalem. And [G2532] hand [G5495] of our God '[G2316][G1473] was upon [G1909] us [G1473], and [G2532] he rescued [G4506] us [G1473] from [G1537] hand [G5495] of enemy [G2190], and [G2532] warlike [people along [G1722] the [G3588] way [G3598].

And [G2532] we came [G2064] into [G1519] Jerusalem, and [G2532] we sat down [G2523] there [G1563] days [G2250] three [G5140].

And [G2532] on the [G3588] day [G2250] the [G3588] fourth [G5067] we set [G2476] the [G3588] silver , and [G2532] the [G3588] gold [G5553], and [G2532] the [G3588] vessels [G4632] in [G1722] house [G3624] of the [G3588] God '[G2316] of us [G1473] into [G1909] hand [G5495] of Meremoth son [G5207] of Uriah the [G3588] priest [G2409]; and [G2532] with [G3326] him [G1473] [was] Eleazar son [G5207] of Phinehas; and [G2532] with [G3326] them [G1473] [was] Jozabad son [G5207] of Jeshua, and [G2532] Noadiah son [G5207] of Binnui -- the [G3588] Levites.

By [G1722] number and [G2532] by [G1722] weight the [G3588] all [were measured [G3956]; and [G2532] was written down [G1125] all [G3956] the [G3588] weight at [G1722] the [G3588] that time [G2540][G1565].

[And] the [G3588] [ones] coming [G2064] out off the [G3588] captivity , sons [G5207] of the [G3588] sojourn [G3940], brought [G4374] whole burnt-offerings to the [G3588] God '[G2316] of Israel; calves [G3448] -- twelve [G1427] for [G4012] all [G3956] Israel, rams -- ninety-six , lambs -- seventy-seven , winter yearlings [of the goats for [G4012] sin [offering -- twelve [G1427]; the [G3588] whole [amount [G3956] [for] whole burnt-offerings [G3646] to the [G3588] Boss '[G2962].

And [G2532] they gave [G1325] the [G3588] mandate [G3546] of the [G3588] king to the [G3588] administrators of the [G3588] king , and [G2532] chief rulers on the other side [G4008] of the [G3588] river [G4215]; and [G2532] they glorified [G1392] the [G3588] people [G2992], and [G2532] the [G3588] house [G3624] of the [G3588] God '[G2316].
