Jeremiah Chapter 34 - | Early Church Bible

1: The [G3588] word [G3056] the [G3588] coming [G1096] to [G4314] Jeremiah from [G3844] Boss '[G2962] [when [G2532] Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] his encamped army [G4760][G1473], and [G2532] to all [G3956] the [G3588] kingdoms of the [G3588] land '[G1093], to the [G3588] [ones] under [G5259] the [G3588] dominion of the [G3588] his hand [G5495][G1473], all [G3956] the [G3588] peoples [G2992] waged war [G4170] against [G1909] Jerusalem, and [G2532] against [G1909] all [G3956] the [G3588] cities [G4172] of Judah, saying [G3004],
2: Thus [G3779] said [G2036] Boss '[G2962], the [G3588] God '[G2316] of Israel, Proceed to [G4314] Zedekiah king of Judah! and [G2532] you will say [G2046] to him [G1473], Thus [G3779] said [G2036] Boss '[G2962], In delivering up [G3862], I will deliver up [G3860] the [G3588] this city [G4172][G3778] into [G1519] hands [G5495] of king of Babylon, and [G2532] he will seize [G4815] it [G1473], and [G2532] will burn [G2545] it [G1473] with [G1722] fire [G4442].
3: And [G2532] you [G1473] in no way will be delivered [G4982] from out of [G1537] his hand [G5495][G1473]; and [G2532] by seizure you will be seized [G4815], and [G2532] into [G1519] his hands [G5495][G1473] you will be given [G1325]; and [G2532] the [G3588] eyes [G3788] of you [G1473] the [G3588] his eyes [G3788][G1473] will see [G3708] and [G2532] the [G3588] mouth [G4750] of him [G1473] with [G3326] the [G3588] your mouth [G4750][G1473] will speak [G2980], and [G2532] into [G1519] Babylon you will enter [G1525].
4: But hear the [G3588] word [G3056] of Boss '[G2962], Zedekiah, O king of Judah! Thus [G3779] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] you [G1473], you will not die [G3756] by [G1722] broadsword [G4501].
5: In [G1722] peace [G1515] you will die , and [G2532] as [G5613] they burned [odors [G1572] for the [G3588] your fathers [G3962][G1473] the [G3588] reigning prior [G4387] of you [G1473], [so] they will burn [G1572] also [G2532] for you, [saying [G1473], O [G5599] Boss '[G2962]. And [G2532] they will lament [G2875] you [G1473], for [G3754] word [G3056] I [G1473] spoke [G2980], said [G2036] Boss '[G2962].
6: And [G2532] Jeremiah spoke [G2980] to [G4314] the [G3588] king Zedekiah all [G3956] the [G3588] words [G3056] these [G3778] in [G1722] Jerusalem.
7: And [G2532] for the [G3588]ce [G1411] of king of Babylon waged war [G4170] against [G1909] Jerusalem, and [G2532] against [G1909] the [G3588] cities [G4172] of Judah, the [G3588] [ones] remaining [G2641], and [G2532] against [G1909] Lachish, and [G2532] against [G1909] Azekah, for [G3754] these [G3778] were left [G2641] among [G1722] cities [G4172] of Judah -- cities [G4172] fortified .
8: The [G3588] word [G3056] the [G3588] coming [G1096] to [G4314] Jeremiah by [G3844] Boss '[G2962], after [G3326] the [G3588] completing [G4931] by the [G3588] king Zedekiah covenant [G1242] with [G4314] the [G3588] people [G2992], the [G3588] [one] in [G1722] Jerusalem, the [G3588] to call [G2564] indeed [G1211] for a release ;
9: the [G3588] to send out [G1821] for each [G1538] the [G3588] his manservant [G3816][G1473], and [G2532] each [G1538] the [G3588] his maidservant [G3814][G1473], the [G3588] Hebrew man and [G2532] the [G3588] Hebrew woman free [G1658], so that [G4314] the [G3588] no [G3361] should slave [G1398] man from [G1537] Judah].
10: And [G2532] heeded [G1873] all [G3956] the [G3588] great men [G3175], and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] people [G2992], the [G3588] [ones] entering [G1525] into [G1519] the [G3588] covenant [G1242] the [G3588] to send each [G1538] the [G3588] his manservant [G3816][G1473] and [G2532] each [G1538] the [G3588] his maidservant [G3814][G1473] free [G1658], to the [G3588] not [G3361] serve [G1398] any more [G2089] to [G1722] them [G1473]. And [G2532] they heeded , and [G2532] let [them] go .
11: And [G2532] they were turned [G1994] after [G3326] these [things] [G3778], and [G2532] they led the [G3588] bondmen [G1401] and [G2532] the [G3588] maidservants [G3814] whom [G3739] they sent free [G1658], and [G2532] they subjected [G5293] them [again [G1473] as [G1519] manservants [G3816] and [G2532] maidservants [G3814].
12: And [G2532] came to pass [G1096] word [G3056] of Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] Jeremiah, saying [G3004],
13: Thus [G3779] said [G2036] Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of Israel, I [G1473] ordained [G1303] a covenant [G1242] with [G4314] the [G3588] your fathers [G3962][G1473] in [G1722] the [G3588] day [G2250] in which [G3739] I rescued [G1807] them [G1473] from out of [G1537] land '[G1093] of Egypt, from out of [G1537] house [G3624] of slavery [G1397], saying [G3004],
14: Whenever [G3752] should be fulfilled [G4137] six [G1803] years [G2094], you will send [free the [G3588] brother your [G1473] the [G3588] Hebrew], who [G3739] will be sold [G4097] to you [G1473]; and [G2532] he will work [G2038] for you [G1473] six [G1803] years [G2094], and [then [G2532] you will send him out [G1821][G1473] free [G1658]. And [G2532] they did not [G3756] hear me [G1473], and [G2532] did not [G3756] lean [G2827] the [G3588]ir ear [G3775][G1473].
15: And [G2532] they turned [G1994] today [G4594] to do [G4160] the [G3588] right [thing] before [G4253] my eyes [G3788][G1473], the [G3588] to call [G2564] for a release for each [G1538] for the [G3588] his neighbor [G4139][G1473]; and [G2532] they completed [G4931] a covenant [G1242] in front [G2596][G4383] of me [G1473], in [G1722] the [G3588] house [G3624] of which [G3739] is called [G1941] the [G3588] name [G3686] my [G1473] upon [G1909] in it [G1473].
16: And [G2532] you turned [G1994] and [G2532] profaned the [G3588] my covenant [G1242][G1473], the [G3588] to return [G1994] each [G1538] the [G3588] his manservant [G3816][G1473], and [G2532] each [G1538] the [G3588] his maidservant [G3814][G1473], whom [G3739] you sent out [G1821] as ones free [G1658] the [G3588] in their soul [G5590][G1473], and [G2532] you subjected [G5293] them [again [G1473] the [G3588] to be to you [G1473] for [G1519] manservants [G3816] and [G2532] maidservants [G3814].
17: On account of [G1223] this [G3778], thus [G3779] said [G2036] Boss '[G2962], You [G1473] hearkened not to [G3756] me [G1473] the [G3588] to call [G2564] a release -- each [G1538] for [G4314] the [G3588] brother of him [G1473], and [G2532] each [G1538] for [G4314] the [G3588] neighbor [G4139] of him [G1473]. Look [G2400], I [G1473] call [G2564] a release to you [G1473] -- to [G1519] sword [G3162], and [G2532] to [G1519] the [G3588] plague [G2288], and [G2532] to [G1519] the [G3588] famine [G3042]; and [G2532] I will give [G1325] you [G1473] for [G1519] dispersion [G1290] unto all [G3956] the [G3588] kingdoms of the [G3588] land '[G1093].
18: And [G2532] I will give [G1325] the [G3588] men , the [G3588] [ones] passing [G3928] the [G3588] my covenant [G1242][G1473], the [G3588] [ones] not [G3361] establishing [G2476] the [G3588] my covenant [G1242][G1473], which [G3739] they made [G4160] in front of me [G2596][G4383][G1473], the [G3588] calf [G3448] which [G3739] they cut [G2875] in [G1519] two [G1417] parts [G3313], and [G2532] I went through [G1330] in [G1722] midst [G3319] of the [G3588] its parts [G3313][G1473],
19: of the [G3588] rulers of Judah, and [G2532] rulers of Jerusalem, and [G2532] mighty ones [G1413], and [G2532] priests [G2409], and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] people [G2992] of the [G3588] land '[G1093];
20: and [G2532] I will give [G1325] them [G1473] to the [G3588]ir enemies [G2190][G1473], and [G2532] into [G1519] hand [G5495] of ones seeking [G2212] the [G3588]ir life [G5590][G1473]. And [G2532] will be the [G3588]ir decaying flesh [G1473] food [G1035] to the [G3588] winged creatures [G4071] of the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772], and [G2532] to the [G3588] wild beasts [G2342] of the [G3588] land '[G1093].
21: And [G2532] the [G3588] Zedekiah king of the [G3588] Judea, and [G2532] the [G3588] his rulers [G1473] I will give [G1325] into [G1519] hands [G5495] of their enemies [G2190][G1473], and [G2532] into [G1519] hands [G5495] of ones seeking [G2212] the [G3588]ir life [G5590][G1473], and [G2532] into [G1519] hands [G5495] of force [G1411] of king of Babylon -- to the [G3588] [ones] running from them [G1473].
22: look [G2400], I [G1473] order it [G4929], says [G5346] Boss '[G2962]; and [G2532] I will return [G1994] them [G1473] into [G1519] the [G3588] this city [G4172][G3778]. And [G2532] they will wage war [G4170] against [G1909] her [G1473], and [G2532] will take [G2983] her [G1473], and [G2532] will incinerate [G2618] her [G1473] in [G1722] fire [G4442]; and [G2532] the [G3588] cities [G4172] of Judah -- I will make [G1325] them [G1473] for [G1519] untrodden off ones dwelling [G2730].
