1: Thus [G3779] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], Of what kind [G4169] [is] this [G3778] scroll of the [G3588] certificate of divorce of the [G3588] your mother [G3384][G1473], by which [G3739] I sent her away [G1821][G1473]? or [G2228] to which [G5100] debtor of the [G3588] [ones] exacting [G4238] me [G1473] have I sold [G4097] you [G1473] to him [G1473]? look [G2400], for the [G3588] your sins [G1473] you were sold [G4097]; and [G2532] for the [G3588] your lawless deeds [G1473] I sent away [G1821] the [G3588] your mother [G3384][G1473].
2: Why [G5100] [is it] that [G3754] I came [G2064], and [G2532] no [G3756] there was man ? I called [G2564] and [G2532] there was none [G3756] the [G3588] hearkening [G5219]. Is not [G3378] strong [G2480] the [G3588] my hand [G5495][G1473] the [G3588] to rescue [G4506]? or [G2228] [am I] not [G3756] able [G2480] the [G3588] to rescue [G1807]? look [G2400], the [G3588] by my rebuke [G1473] I will make quite desolate the [G3588] sea [G2281], and [G2532] I will make [G5087] rivers [G4215] desolate [places [G2048]; and [G2532] will be dried up [G3583] the [G3588]ir fishes [G2486][G1473] from the [G3588]re not being [G3361] water [G5204]; and [G2532] they will die for [G1722] thirst [G1373].
3: I will clothe [G1746] the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772] [with] darkness [G4655], and [G2532] as [G5613] sackcloth [G4526] I will make [G5087] the [G3588] its wrap-around garment [G4018][G1473].
4: Boss '[G2962], Boss '[G2962] gives [G1325] to me [G1473] a tongue [G1100] of instruction [G3809] the [G3588] to know [G1097] when [G2259] it is necessary [G1163] to speak [G2036] a word [G3056]. On account of [G1223] this [G3778] I was not [G3756] ashamed [G1788], but I set [G5087] the [G3588] my face [G4383][G1473] as [G5613] a solid [G4731] rock [G4073]; and [G2532] I knew [G1097] that [G3754] in no way should I be ashamed .
8: For [G3754] approaches [G1448] the [G3588] [one] justifying [G1344] me [G1473]. Who [is [G5100] the [G3588] [one] judging [G2919] me [G1473]? Let him oppose me [G1473] at the same time ! Yes [G2532], who [is [G5100] the [G3588] [one] judging [G2919] me [G1473]? Let him approach [G1448] to me [G1473]!
9: look [G2400], Boss '[G2962] will help me [G1473]. Who [G5100] will inflict evil [G2559] on me [G1473]? look [G2400], all [G3956] you [G1473] as [G5613] a cloak [G2440] will become old [G3822], and [G2532] as [G5613] a moth [G4597] you will be devoured [G2719][G1473].
10: Who [G5100] among [G1722] you [G1473] [is] the [G3588] [one] fearing [G5399] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962]? let him obey [G5219] the [G3588] voice [G5456] of the [G3588] his servant [G3816][G1473]! [Let] the [G3588] [ones] going [G4198] in [G1722] darkness [G4655], and [G2532] there is no [G3756] light for them [G1473][G5457], yield [G3982] upon [G1909] the [G3588] name [G3686] of Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] support yourselves upon [G1909] the [G3588] God '[G2316]!
11: look [G2400], you all [G3956][G1473] a fire [G4442] kindle [G2545], and [G2532] you strengthen [G2729] flame [G5395]; you go [G4198] to the [G3588] light [G5457] of the [G3588] your fire [G4442][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] flame [G5395] which [G3739] you kindled [G1572]. On account of [G1223] me [G1473] came to pass [G1096] these [things] [G3778] to you [G1473]; in [G1722] distress [G3077] you will remain the night [G2837].
