1 Samuel Chapter 29 - | Early Church Bible

1: And [G2532] gathered [G4867] the [G3588] Philistines all [G3956] the [G3588]ir camps [G3925][G1473] unto [G1519] Aphek. And [G2532] Israel camped in [G1722] En-dor, the [G3588] [one] in [G1722] Jezreel.
2: And [G2532] the [G3588] satraps of the [G3588] Philistines came [G3899] by [G1519] hundreds and [G2532] thousands [G5505]. And [G2532] David and [G2532] the [G3588] his men [G1473] came near [G3899] at [G1909] last [G2078] with [G3326] Achish.
3: And [G2532] said [G2036] the [G3588] satraps of the [G3588] Philistines , Who are [G5100] the [G3588]se traveling [G1279]? And [G2532] Achish said [G2036] to [G4314] the [G3588] satraps of the [G3588] Philistines , [Is] not [G3756] this [G3778] David, the [G3588] servant [G1401] of Saul king of Israel, who [G3739] has been [G1096] with [G3326] me [G1473] [some] days [G2250] this [G3778] second [G1208] year [G2094]. And [G2532] I have not [G3756] found [G2147] in [G1722] him [G1473] any [fault [G3762] from which [G3739] days [G2250] he fell [G4098] in with [G4314] me [G1473] until [G2193] the [G3588] this day [G2250][G3778].
4: And [G2532] were enraged [G2373] over [G1909] him [G1473] the [G3588] satraps of the [G3588] Philistines , and [G2532] they say [G3004] to him [G1473], Return the [G3588] man ! and [G2532] let him return unto [G1519] the [G3588] his people [G5117][G1473] of which [G3739] you placed [G2525] him [G1473] there [G1563], and [G2532] do not [G3361] let him come [G2064] with [G3326] us [G1473] to [G1519] the [G3588] battle [G4171], and [G2532] let him not [G3361] become [G1096] a plotter in the [G3588] camp [G3925]! And [G2532] how will [G1722][G5100] he be reconciled [G1259][G3778] [to the [G3588] his boss [G2962][G1473]? Will it not [G3780] be [G1722] with the [G3588] heads [G2776] of the [G3588] those men [G1565]?
5: [Is] this not [G3756][G3778] David, which [G3739] they led in [G1722] dances [G5525], saying [G3004], Saul struck [G3960][G1722] his thousands [G5505][G1473], and [G2532] David [G1722] his ten-thousands [G3461][G1473]?
6: And [G2532] Achish called [G2564] the [G3588] David, and [G2532] said [G2036] to him [G1473], As BOSS lives [G2198][G2962], [know] that [G3754] you [are] upright [G1473] and [G2532] good in [G1722] my eyes [G3788][G1473], and [G2532] [so is the [G3588] your exiting [G1841][G1473] and [G2532] the [G3588] your entering [G1529][G1473] with [G3326] me [G1473] in [G1722] the [G3588] camp [G3925]. For [G3754] I did not [G3756] find [G2147] against [G2596] you [G1473] an evil [G2549] from which [G3739] day [G2250] you came [G2240] to [G4314] me [G1473] until [G2193] the [G3588] this day [G2250][G3778]. But [G2532] in [G1722] eyes [G3788] of the [G3588] satraps not [G3756] good you are [G1473].
7: And [G2532] now [G3568], return and [G2532] go [G4198] in [G1519] peace [G1515]! and [G2532] in no way will you do [G4160] evil [G2549] in [G1722] eyes [G3788] of the [G3588] satraps of the [G3588] Philistines .
8: And [G2532] David said [G2036] to [G4314] Achish, What [G5100] have I done [G4160] to you [G1473]? And [G2532] what did [G5100] you find [G2147] in [G1722] the [G3588] your servant [G1401][G1473] from which [G3739] day [G2250] I was before [G1799] you [G1473], and [G2532] until [G2193] this day [G2250][G3778], that [G3754] in no way I should come [G2064] to wage war against [G4170] the [G3588] enemies [G2190] of the [G3588] my boss [G2962][G1473] the [G3588] king ?
9: And [G2532] Achish answered and [G2532] said [G2036] to [G4314] David, I know [G1492] that [G3754] you are good [G1473] in [G1722] my eyes [G3788][G1473], as [G2531] a word-conveyer (messenger) ' of God '[G2316], but the [G3588] satraps of the [G3588] Philistines say [G3004], He will not [G3756] come [G2240] with [G3326] us [G1473] to [G1519] war [G4171].
10: And [G2532] now [G3568], rise early [G3719] in the morning [G4404], you [G1473] and [G2532] the [G3588] servants [G3816] of the [G3588] your boss [G2962][G1473], the [G3588] [ones] having come [G2240] with [G3326] you [G1473], and [G2532] go [G4198] to [G1519] the [G3588] place [G5117] where [G3739] I placed [G2525] you [G1473] there [G1563]! And [G2532] you rise early [G3719] in [G1722] the [G3588] journey [G3598], and [G2532] [when] it gives light [G5461] to you [G1473] then [G2532] go [G4198]!
11: And [G2532] David rose early [G3719], he [G1473] and [G2532] the [G3588] his men [G1473] the [G3588] to go forth in the morning [G4404], and [G2532] to guard [G5442] the [G3588] land '[G1093] of the [G3588] Philistines . And [G2532] the [G3588] Philistines went up to wage war [G4170] against [G1909] Israel.
