John Chapter 21 - | Early Church Bible

1: After [G3326] these [things] [G3778] manifested [G5319] himself [G1438] again [G3825] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) to the [G3588] trainees '[G3101] at [G1909] the [G3588] sea [G2281] of the [G3588] Tiberias. And he manifested [G5319][G1161] thus [G3779] --
2: were together [G3674] Simon Peter, and [G2532] Thomas, the [G3588] [one] being called [G3004] Didymus, and [G2532] Nathanael, the [G3588] [one] from Cana the [G3588] of Galilee, and [G2532] the [G3588] [sons of the [G3588] Zebedee, and [G2532] others of [G1537] the [G3588] his trainees '[G3101][G1473] two [G1417].
3: says [G3004] to them [G1473] Simon Peter], I go [G5217] to fish . They say [G3004] to him [G1473], go [G2064] also [G2532] We [G1473] with [G4862] you [G1473]. And they went forth [G1831][G2532], going up into [G1519] the [G3588] boat [G4143] straightly ; and [G2532] in [G1722] that [G1565] the [G3588] night [G3571] they laid hold [G4084] of nothing [G3762].
4: And morning [G4405][G1161] already [G2235] coming to pass [G1096], Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) stood [G2476] the [G3588] on [G1519] the [G3588] shore ; not [G3756] however [G3305] know [G1492] did the [G3588] trainees '[G3101] that [G3754] it is Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) .
5: then says [G3004][G3767] to them [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), Sons [G3813] anything [G3385] for eating [G4371] do you have [G2192]? They answered to him [G1473], No [G3756].
6: the [G3588] And [G1161] he said [G2036] to them [G1473], Cast unto [G1519] the [G3588] right [G1188] parts [G3313] of the [G3588] boat [G4143] [with] the [G3588] net [G1350] and [G2532] you will find [G2147]. They cast then [G3767], and [G2532] no longer [G3765] to draw [G1473][G1670] were they able [G2480] because off the [G3588] multitude [G4128] of the [G3588] fishes [G2486].
7: Says [G3004] then [G3767] the [G3588] that trainee '[G3101][G1565] whom [G3739] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) loved the [G3588]the [G3588] to Peter, the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] It is . Then Simon [G3767] Peter, having heard that [G3754] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] it is , the [G3588] outer garment [G1903] girded up [G1241], (for he was [G1063] naked, [G1131]) and [G2532] threw himself [G1438] into [G1519] the [G3588] sea [G2281].
8: And the [G3588][G1161] other trainees '[G3101] in the [G3588] boat [G4142] came [G2064], (not [G3756] for [G1063] they were far [G3112] from the [G3588] land '[G1093], but about [G5613] cubits [G4083] two hundred], [G1250]) dragging along [G4951] the [G3588] net [G1350] of the [G3588] fishes [G2486].
9: Then as [G5613][G3767] they disembarked onto [G1519] the [G3588] land '[G1093], they see a charcoal bed being situated [G2749], and [G2532] little fish [G3795] resting upon it [G1945], and [G2532] bread .
10: says [G3004] to them [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), bring [G5342] off the [G3588] little fish [G3795] which [G3739] you laid hold of [G4084] just now [G3568].
11: went up Simon Peter], and [G2532] he drew [G1670] the [G3588] net [G1350] upon [G1909] the [G3588] land '[G1093] full [G3324] fishes [G2486] of great [G3173], a hundred [G1540] [and] fifty-three ; and [G2532] being so great [G5118] [was] not [G3756] split [G4977] the [G3588] net [G1350].
12: says [G3004] to them [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), Come [G1205] dine ! But no one [G3762][G1161] dared [G5111] of the [G3588] trainees '[G3101] to diligently inquire of [G1833] him [G1473], you [G1473] Who [G5100] are ? knowing [G1492] that [G3754] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] it is .
13: Then comes [G2064][G3767] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), and [G2532] takes [G2983] the [G3588] bread , and [G2532] gives [G1325] to them [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] little fish [G3795] in like manner [G3668].
14: This [G3778] [is] already [G2235] third [time] [G5154] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) was manifested [G5319] the [G3588] to the [G3588] his trainees '[G3101][G1473], having been raised [G1453] from [G1537] dead [G3498].
15: When [G3753] therefore [G3767] they dined , says [G3004] the [G3588] to Simon Peter the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), Simon, [son of] Jonas, do you love me [G1473] more [G4183] than these [G3778]? He says [G3004] to him [G1473], Yes [G3483], O Boss '[G2962], you [G1473] know [G1492] that [G3754] I am fond of [G5368] you [G1473]. He says [G3004] to him [G1473], Graze [G1006] the [G3588] my little lambs [G1473]!
16: He says [G3004] to him [G1473] again [G3825] a second [time] [G1208], Simon, [son of] Jonas, do you love me [G1473]? He says [G3004] to him [G1473], Yes [G3483], O Boss '[G2962], you [G1473] know [G1492] that [G3754] I am fond of [G5368] you [G1473]. He says [G3004] to him [G1473], Tend [G4165] the [G3588] sheep [G4263] of me [G1473]!
17: He says [G3004] to him [G1473] the [G3588] third [time] [G5154], Simon, [son of] Jonas, are you fond of [G5368] me [G1473]? Peter fretted [G3076] the [G3588] that [G3754] he said [G2036] to him [G1473] the [G3588] third [time] [G5154], Are you fond of [G5368] me [G1473]? And [G2532] he said [G2036] to him [G1473], O Boss '[G2962], you [G1473] know all [things] [G3956][G1492], you [G1473] know [G1097] that [G3754] I am fond of [G5368] you [G1473]. says [G3004] to him [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), Graze [G1006] the [G3588] sheep [G4263] of me [G1473]!
18: Amen , amen , I say [G3004] to you [G1473], When [G3753] you were younger [G3501] you tied up [G2224] yourself [G4572], and [G2532] you walked [G4043] where [G3699] you wanted [G2309]; but whenever [G3752][G1161] you will grow old [G1095], you will stretch out [G1614] the [G3588] your hands [G5495][G1473], and [G2532] another will tie you up [G1473][G2224], and [G2532] will bring [you [G5342] where [G3699] you do not [G3756] want [G2309].
19: And this [G3778][G1161] he said [G2036], signifying [G4591] by what [G4169] death [G2288] he will glorify [G1392] the [G3588] God '[G2316]. And [G2532] this [G3778] having said [G2036], he says [G3004] to him [G1473], You follow me [G1473]!
20: turning [G1994] And [G1161] the [G3588] Peter], sees the [G3588] trainee '[G3101] whom [G3739] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) loved the [G3588] following ; the one who [G3739] also [G2532] reclined at [G1722] the [G3588] supper [G1173] upon [G1909] the [G3588] his breast [G4738][G1473] and [G2532] said [G2036], O Boss '[G2962], who [G5100] is the [G3588] [one] delivering you up [G3860][G1473]?
21: Seeing this one [G3778][G1492], the [G3588] Peter says [G3004] the [G3588] to Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), O Boss '[G2962], about this one [G3778] but [G1161] what [G5100]?
22: says [G3004] to him [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), If [G1437] I want him [G1473][G2309] to remain [G3306] until [G2193] I come [G2064], what [is it [G5100] to [G4314] you [G1473]? You [G1473] follow me [G1473]!
23: went forth [G1831] Then [G3767] the [G3588] this word [G3056][G3778] unto [G1519] the [G3588] brothers , that [G3754] the [G3588] that trainee '[G3101][G1565] does not die [G3756]. But [G2532] said not [G3756][G2036] to him [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) that [G3754] he does not [G3756] die ; but , If [G1437] I want him [G1473][G2309] to remain [G3306] until [G2193] I come [G2064], what [is it [G5100] to [G4314] you [G1473]?
24: This [G3778] is the [G3588] trainee '[G3101], the [G3588] [one] witnessing [G3140] concerning [G4012] these [things] [G3778], and [G2532] writing [G1125] these [things] [G3778]; and [G2532] we know [G1492] that [G3754] is true the [G3588] his witness [G3141][G1473].
25: And there are [G1161] also [G2532] other [things] many [G4183], as much as [G3745] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) did [G4160] the [G3588], which [G3748] if [G1437] they should be written [G1125] [one] by one [G1520][G1722], not even [G3761] itself [G1473] I imagine [G3633] the [G3588] arrangement '[G2889] to have space [G5562] for the [G3588] being written [G1125] scrolls . Amen .
