Exodus Chapter 24 - | Early Church Bible

1: And [G2532] to Moses he said [G2036], go up to [G4314] Boss '[G2962], you [G1473] and [G2532] Aaron and [G2532] Nadab and [G2532] Abihu, and [G2532] seventy [G1440] of the [G3588] elders [G4245] of Israel! And [G2532] they will do obeisance [G4352] far off [G3113] to the [G3588] Boss '[G2962].
2: And [G2532] Moses will approach [G1448] alone [G3441] to [G4314] the [G3588] God '[G2316], but they [G1473][G1161] will not [G3756] approach [G1448], and the [G3588][G1161] people [G2992] will not [G3756] go up together [G4872] with [G3326] them [G1473].
3: entered [G1525] And [G1161] Moses] and [G2532] described [G1334] to the [G3588] people [G2992] all [G3956] the [G3588] words [G4487] of the [G3588] God '[G2316], and [G2532] the [G3588] ordinances [G1345]. answered And [G1161] all [G3956] the [G3588] people [G2992] voice [G5456] in one [G1520], saying [G3004], All [G3956] the [G3588] words [G3056] which [G3739] spoke [G2980] Boss '[G2962], we will do [G4160], and [G2532] we will hearken .
4: And [G2532] Moses wrote down [G1125] all [G3956] the [G3588] words [G4487] of Boss '[G2962]. rising early [G3719] And [G1161] Moses] in the morning [G4404] built [G3618] an altar [G2379] by [G5259] the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735], and [with [G2532] twelve [G1427] stones [G3037] for [G1519] the [G3588] twelve [G1427] tribes [G5443] of the [G3588] Israel.
5: And [G2532] he sent out [G1821] the [G3588] young men [G3495] of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel, and [G2532] they offered whole burnt-offerings [G3646], and [G2532] they sacrificed [G2380] a sacrifice [G2378] of deliverance [G4992] the [G3588] to God '[G2316] -- of young calves .
6: taking [G2983] And [G1161] Moses the [G3588] half [G2255] of the [G3588] blood , poured [it into [G1519] a basin ; and the [G3588][G1161] [other] half [G2255] of the [G3588] blood he poured upon [G1909] the [G3588] altar [G2379].
7: And [G2532] taking [G2983] the [G3588] scroll of the [G3588] covenant [G1242], he read into [G1519] the [G3588] ears [G3775] of the [G3588] people [G2992]. And [G2532] they said [G2036], All [G3956] as much as [G3745] spoke [G2980] Boss '[G2962] we will do [G4160], and [G2532] we will hearken to .
8: taking [G2983] And [G1161] Moses] the [G3588] blood , he scattered it upon the [G3588] people [G2992], and [G2532] said [G2036], look [G2400], the [G3588] blood of the [G3588] covenant [G1242] of which [G3739] BOSS ordained [G1303][G2962] for [G4314] you [G1473] concerning [G4012] all [G3956] the [G3588] words [G3056] these [G3778].
9: And [G2532] Moses went up and [G2532] Aaron and [G2532] Nadab and [G2532] Abihu, and [G2532] seventy [G1440] of the [G3588] elders [G4245] of Israel.
10: And [G2532] they saw [G1492] the [G3588] place [G5117] where [G3739] stood [G2476] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of the [G3588] Israel]. And [G2532] the [things] [G3588] under [G5259] the [G3588] feet [G4228] of him [G1473] [were] as [G5616] work [G2041] a brick of sapphire [G4552]; and [G2532] as [G5618] form [G1491] of structure [G4733] of the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772] in the [G3588] cleanliness .
11: And [G2532] of the [G3588] chosen ones of the [G3588] Israel, none [G3756] dissented -- not [G3761] one [G1520]. And [G2532] they appeared [G3708] in [G1722] the [G3588] place [G5117] of the [G3588] God '[G2316], and [G2532] ate [G2068] and [G2532] drank [G4095].
12: And [G2532] BOSS said [G2036][G2962] to [G4314] Moses, go up to [G4314] me [G1473] unto [G1519] the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735], and [G2532] you be there [G1563]! And [G2532] I will give [G1325] to you [G1473] the [G3588] writing-tablets the [G3588] stone [G3035] of the [G3588] law [G3551], and [G2532] the [G3588] commandments [G1785] which [G3739] I wrote [G1125] to establish law [G3549] to them [G1473].
13: And [G2532] Moses rising up , and [G2532] Joshua the [one] the [G3588] standing beside [G3936] him [G1473], they went up into [G1519] the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] of the [G3588] God '[G2316].
14: And [G2532] to the [G3588] elders [G4245] they said [G2036], Be still [G2270] here until [G2193] we return to [G4314] you [G1473]! And [G2532] look [G2400], Aaron and [G2532] Hur [are] with [G3326] you [G1473]. If [G1437] anyone [G5100] should come [G4819] for a judgment [G2920], let them go [G4365] to them [G1473]!
15: And [G2532] Moses went up into [G1519] the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735], and [G2532] covered [G2572] the [G3588] cloud [G3507] the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735].
16: And [G2532] came down [G2597] the [G3588] glory [G1391] of the [G3588] God '[G2316] upon [G1909] the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] the [G3588] Sinai, and [G2532] covered [G2572] it [G1473] the [G3588] cloud [G3507] six [G1803] days [G2250]. And [G2532] BOSS called [G2564][G2962] the [G3588] Moses on the [G3588] day [G2250] the [G3588] seventh [G1442] from out of [G1537] midst [G3319] of the [G3588] cloud [G3507].
17: And the [G3588][G1161] look [G1491] of the [G3588] glory [G1391] of Boss '[G2962] [was] as [G5616] fire [G4442] blazing upon [G1909] the [G3588] top of the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] before [G1726] the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel.
18: And [G2532] Moses entered [G1525] in [G1519] the [G3588] midst [G3319] of the [G3588] cloud [G3507], and [G2532] went up unto [G1519] the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735], and [G2532] was there [G1563] in [G1722] the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] forty [G5062] days [G2250] and [G2532] forty [G5062] nights [G3571].
