1: The [G3588] word [G3056] the [G3588] coming [G1096] to [G4314] Jeremiah from [G3844] Boss '[G2962], saying [G3004],
2: Rise up and [G2532] go down [G2597] unto [G1519] house [G3624] of the [G3588] potter [G2763]! and [G2532] there [G1563] you will hear the [G3588] my words [G3056][G1473].
3: And [G2532] I went down [G2597] unto [G1519] the [G3588] house [G3624] of the [G3588] potter [G2763]. And [G2532] look [G2400], he [G1473] was making [G4160] a work [G2041] upon [G1909] the [G3588] stones [G3037].
4: And [G2532] failed the [G3588] vessel which [G3739] he [G1473] was making [G4160] with [G1722] the [G3588] his hands [G5495][G1473]. And [G2532] again [G3825] he made [G4160] it [G1473] vessel [into] another [G2087] as [G2531] was pleasing before [G1726] him [G1473] the [G3588] to make [G4160].
5: And [G2532] came to pass [G1096] word [G3056] of Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] me [G1473], saying [G3004],
6: will [G1487] as [G2531] the [G3588] this potter [G2763][G3778] I not [G3756] be able [G1410] the [G3588] to make [G4160] you [G1473], O house [G3624] of Israel, says [G3004] Boss '[G2962]? look [G2400], as [G5613] the [G3588] mortar [G4081] in [G1722] the [G3588] hand [G5495] of the [G3588] potter [G2763], [so] are you [G1473] in [G1722] the [G3588] my hands [G5495][G1473], O house [G3624] of Israel.

8: But [G2532] should turn [G1994] the [G3588] that tradition-people (ethnic) '[G1484][G1565] from the [G3588]ir evils [G2556][G1473], then [G2532] I will change my mind [G3340] concerning [G4012] the [G3588] bad [things] [G2556] which [G3739] I devised [G3049] the [G3588] to do [G4160] to them [G1473].

11: And [G2532] now [G3568] say [G2036] to [G4314] men of Judah, and [G2532] to [G4314] the [G3588] [ones] dwelling [G2730] in Jerusalem! 12: And [G2532] they said [G2036], We will be manly , for [G3754] after [G3694] the [G3588] our turning [G1473], we will go [G4198] and [G2532] each [G1538] the [things] [G3588] pleasing the [G3588] heart [G2588] of him '[G1473] the [G3588] evil [G4190] will do [G4160].
13: On account of [G1223] this [G3778], Thus [G3592] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], Ask [G2065] indeed [G1211] among [G1722] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484]! who [G5100] heard such [G5108] causes for shuddering which [G3739] did [G4160] exceedingly [G4970] virgin [G3933] Israel]?
14: will [G3361] fail [G1587] from rock [G4073] nipples [G3149], or [G2228] snow [G5510] from the [G3588] Lebanon range? Will [G3361] turn aside [G1578] water [G5204] forcibly by a wind being brought [G5342]?
15: For [G3754] forgot [G1950] me [G1473] my people [G2992][G1473]. in [G1519] vain [G2756] They burned incense [G2370], and [G2532] they will weaken in [G1722] the [G3588]ir ways [G3598][G1473] -- roads [G5147] of the term (age) '; the [G3588] to mount [G1910] roads [G5147] not [G3756] having [G2192] a way [G3598] for [G1519] going [G4197];
16: the [G3588] to order up [G5021] the [G3588]ir land '[G1093][G1473] for [G1519] extinction , and [G2532] hissing of the [G3588] term (age) '. All [G3956] the [G3588] [ones] traveling [G1279] through [G1223] it [G1473] will be amazed [G1839], and [G2532] will shake [G2795] the [G3588]ir head [G2776][G1473].
17: As [G5613] wind a burning [G2742] I will scatter [G1289] them [G1473] in front [G2596][G4383] of their enemies [G2190][G1473]. back [G3577] and [G2532] not [G3361] front [G4383] I will show [G1166] to them [G1473] in [G1722] a day [G2250] of their destruction [G1473].
18: And [G2532] they said [G2036], Come [G1205], we should devise [G3049] against [G1909] Jeremiah a device [G3053], for [G3754] will not [G3756] perish law [G3551] from priest [G2409], nor [G2532] counsel [G1012] from discerning [G4908], nor [G2532] word [G3056] from prophet [G4396]. Come [G1205], for [G2532] we should strike [G3960] him [G1473] in the [G1722] tongue [G1100], and [G2532] we will not hear [G3756] all [G3956] the [G3588] his words [G3056][G1473].
19: Hear [G1522] me [G1473], O Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] hear [G1522] the [G3588] voice [G5456] of the [G3588] my right action [G1345][G1473]!
20: will [G1487] be recompensed for good [things] evils], [no [G2556]. For [G3754] they conversed together [G4814] things [G4487] against [G2596] the [G3588] soul [G5590] of me [G1473]. Remember [G3403] my standing [G2476][G1473] in front [G2596][G4383] of you [G1473]! the [G3588] to speak [G2980] for [G5228] them [G1473] good , the [G3588] to turn the [G3588] your rage [G2372][G1473] from them [G1473].
21: On account of [G1223] this [G3778], give [G1325] the [G3588]ir sons [G5207][G1473] to [G1519] famine [G3042], and [G2532] gather them [G1473] into [G1519] hands [G5495] of swords [G3162]! Let become [G1096] the [G3588]ir women [G1135][G1473] childless and [G2532] widows [G5503], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir men [G1473] let] become [G1096] men being done away with in death [G2288], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir young men [G3495][G1473] falling [G4098] by sword [G3162] in [G1722] war [G4171]!
22: Let there become [G1096] a cry [G2906] in [G1722] the [G3588]ir houses [G3614][G1473]! You will bring [G1863] upon [G1909] them [G1473] robbers [G3027] suddenly ; for [G3754] they took in hand a word [G3056] to [G1519] seize me [G1473], and [G2532] snares [G3803] they hid [G2928] against [G1909] me [G1473].
23: And [G2532] you [G1473], O Boss '[G2962], knew [G1097] all together the [G3588]ir plan [G1012][G1473] against [G1909] me [G1473] for [G1519] death [G2288]. You should not [G3361] acquit the [G3588]ir iniquities [G1473]; and [G2532] the [G3588]ir sins [G1473] from in front [G4383] of you [G1473] you should not [G3361] wipe away [G1813]. Let come [G1096] the [G3588]ir weakness [G1473] before [G1726] you [G1473]! In [G1722] time [G2540] of your rage [G2372][G1473] deal [G4160] with [G1722] them [G1473]!
