Ezekiel Chapter 19 - | Early Church Bible

1: And [G2532] you [G1473], take up [G2983] a lamentation [G2355] against [G1909] the [G3588] ruler of the [G3588] Israel!
2: And [G2532] you will say [G2046], Why [G5100] the [G3588] your mother [G3384][G1473] among [G1909] cubs in [G1722] midst [G3319] of lions [G3023] became [G1096]? In [G1722] midst [G3319] of lions [G3023] she multiplied [G4129] her cubs [G1473].
3: And [G2532] leaped one [G1520] of the [G3588] her cubs [G1473]; a lion [G3023] he became [G1096] and [G2532] learned [G3129] the [G3588] to seize by force ; prey of men he ate [G2068].
4: And [G2532] heard concerning [G4012] him [G1473] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484]; and [G2532] he was seized [G4815] in [G1722] the [G3588]ir corruption [G1312][G1473], and [G2532] they conveyed ' him [G1473] in [G1722] a wicker cage into [G1519] land '[G1093] of Egypt.
5: And [G2532] she looked [at] [G1492] that [G3754] he was thrust away from her [G1473], and [G2532] perished the [G3588] her support [G5287][G1473], and [G2532] she took [G2983] another from [G1537] the [G3588] her cubs [G1473]; [to be] a lion [G3023] she ordered [G5021] him [G1473].
6: And [G2532] he paced in [G1722] midst [G3319] of lions [G3023]; a lion [G3023] he became [G1096], and [G2532] learned [G3129] to seize prey , and [G2532] men he devoured [G2068].
7: And [G2532] he fed in [G1722] the [G3588] his boldness [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir cities [G4172][G1473] made] quite desolate ; and [G2532] he obliterated land '[G1093] and [G2532] the [G3588] fullness [G4138] of it [G1473] by voice [G5456] of his roaring .
8: And [G2532] assailed [G2007] against [G1909] him [G1473] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] round about [G2943] of [G1537] the [G3588] places [G5561]; and [G2532] they spread forth [G1600] upon [G1909] him [G1473] their nets [G1350][G1473]; and [G2532] in [G1722] the [G3588]ir corruption [G1312][G1473] he was seized [G4815].
9: And [G2532] they put [G5087] him [G1473] in [G1722] a cage , even [G2532] in [G1722] a wicker cage , and [G2532] they conveyed ' him [G1473] to [G4314] the [G3588] king of Babylon. And [G2532] they brought [G1521] him [G1473] into [G1519] prison [G5438], so that [G3704] should not [G3361] be heard the [G3588] his voice [G5456][G1473] any more [G2089] upon [G1909] the [G3588] raised-places (mountains) '[G3735] of the [G3588] Israel.
10: the [G3588] Your mother [G3384][G1473] [was] as [G5613] a vine , as [G5613] a flower of a pomegranate by [G1722] water [G5204] being planted [G5452]; the [G3588] her fruit [G2590][G1473] and [G2532] the [G3588] her bud [G1473] took place [G1096] because of [G1537] water [G5204] much [G4183].
11: And [G2532] she became [G1096][G1473] a rod [G4464] of strength [G2479] over [G1909] a tribe [G5443] of ones leading [G2233]; and [G2532] she was raised up high [G5312] in the [G3588] her greatness [G3174][G1473] in [G1722] midst [G3319] of trunks ; and [G2532] she looked [at] [G1492] the [G3588] her greatness [G3174][G1473] in [G1722] multitude [G4128] of her branches [G2814][G1473].
12: But [G2532] she was broken off in pieces [G2622] in [G1722] rage [G2372]; upon [G1909] the [G3588] land '[G1093] she was tossed [G4495], and [G2532] wind burning [G2742] dried [G3583] the [G3588] her choice [branches [G1588][G1473]. were punished [G1556] and [G2532] were dried [G3583] the [G3588] rods [G4464] of the [G3588] her strength [G2479][G1473]; fire [G4442] consumed her [G1473].
13: And [G2532] now [G3568] they have planted [G5452] her [G1473] in [G1722] the [G3588] wilderness [G2048], in [G1722] land '[G1093] a waterless and [G2532] one thirsting [G1372].
14: And [G2532] came forth [G1831] fire [G4442] from out of [G1537] a rod [G4464] choice [ones [G1588] of her [G1473] and [G2532] devoured [G2719] her [G1473]; and [G2532] was not [G3756] in [G1722] her [G1473] a rod [G4464] of strength [G2479]. a tribe [G5443] for [G1519] a paralell '[G3850] of lamentation [G2355] She is , and [G2532] will be for [G1519] a lamentation [G2355].
