1 Corinthians Chapter 15 - | Early Church Bible

1: But I make known [G1107][G1161] to you [G1473], brothers , the [G3588] good-word-conveyed (good message) '[G2098] which [G3739] I good-word-conveyed '[G2097] to you [G1473], which [G3739] also [G2532] you received [G3880], in [G1722] which [G3739] also [G2532] you stand [G2476],
2: through [G1223] which [G3739] also [G2532] you are being delivered [G4982], what [G5100] word [G3056] I good-word-conveyed '[G2097] to you [G1473] if [G1487] you take control [G2722], outside of [G1623] unless [G1508] in vain [G1500] you trusted '[G4100].
3: Because I delivered up [G3860][G1063] to you [G1473] at [G1722] first [G4413] which [G3739] also [G2532] I received [G3880]; that [G3754] Anointed "'[G5547] died for [G5228] the [G3588] sins of us [G1473] according to [G2596] the [G3588] scriptures [G1124];
4: and [G2532] that [G3754] he was entombed [G2290], and [G2532] that [G3754] he was raised [G1453] the [G3588] third [G5154] day [G2250], according to [G2596] the [G3588] scriptures [G1124];
5: and [G2532] that [G3754] he appeared [G3708] to Cephas, then [G1534] to the [G3588] twelve [G1427].
6: Thereupon [G1899] he appeared [G3708] to above [G1883] five hundred [G4001] brothers at once [G2178], of [G1537] whom [G3739] the [G3588] most [G4183] remain [G3306] until [G2193] now , but some [G5100][G1161] also [G2532] are fallen asleep [G2837].
7: Thereupon [G1899] he appeared [G3708] to James, then [G1534] to the [G3588] sent ones (apostles) ' all [G3956].
8: And last [G2078][G1161] of all [G3956], just as if [G5619] to the [G3588] [one] miscarriage [G1626], he appeared [G3708] also to me [G2504].
9: Because I [G1473][G1063] am the [G3588] least [G1646] of the [G3588] sent ones (apostles) ', who [G3739] I am not [G3756] fit [G2425] to be called [G2564] a sent one (apostle) ', because [G1360] I pursued [G1377] the [G3588] assembly [G1577] of the [G3588] God '[G2316].
10: But by favor [G5484][G1161] of God '[G2316] I am what [G3739] I am , and [G2532] the [G3588] favor [G5484] of him [G1473] which was the [G3588] towards [G1519] me [G1473] has not [G3756] empty [G2756] become [G1096]; but more extra than [G4053] them [G1473] all [G3956] I tire in labor [G2872]; not [G3756] I [G1473] but [G1161], but the favor [G5484] of the [G3588] God '[G2316] the [G3588] [one] with [G4862] me [G1473].
11: Whether [G1535] then [G3767] I [G1473], [or] whether [G1535] they [G1565], so [G3779] we proclaim [G2784] and [G2532] so [G3779] you trusted '[G4100].
12: And if [G1487][G1161] Anointed "'[G5547] is proclaimed [G2784], that [G3754] from [G1537] dead [G3498] he has been raised [G1453], how [G4459] say [G3004] some [G5100] among [G1722] you [G1473] that [G3754] a resurrection of dead [G3498] there not [G3756] is ?
13: And if [G1487][G1161] a resurrection of dead [G3498] there not [G3756] is , not even [G3761] Anointed "'[G5547] has been raised [G1453].
14: And if [G1487][G1161] Anointed "'[G5547] has not been raised [G3756][G1453], [is] empty [G2756] then the [G3588] our proclamation [G2782][G1473], and empty [G2756][G1161] also [G2532] [is] the [G3588] trust '[G4102] of yours [G1473].
15: And we are found [G2147][G1161] even [G2532] as lying witnesses [G5575] of the [G3588] God '[G2316], for [G3754] we witnessed [G3140] concerning [G2596] the [G3588] God '[G2316] that [G3754] he raised [G1453] the [G3588] [one] Anointed '[G5547]; whom [G3739] he raised not [G3756][G1453], if indeed [G1512] it is so dead [G3498] are not raised [G3756][G1473].
16: For if [G1487][G1063] dead [G3498] [are] not raised [G3756][G1453], not even [G3761] Anointed "'[G5547] has been raised [G1453].
17: And if [G1487][G1161] Anointed "'[G5547] has not [G3756] been raised [G1453], [is] in vain [G3152] the [G3588] trust '[G4102] of yours [G1473]; you are still [G2089] in [G1722] the [G3588] sins of you [G1473].
18: And then [G2532] the [G3588] [ones] having been fallen asleep [G2837] in [G1722] Anointed "'[G5547] perished .
19: If [G1487] in [G1722] the [G3588] this life [G2222][G3778] hoping [G1679] we are in [G1722] Anointed "'[G5547] only [G3440], more pitiable [G1652] than all [G3956] men are we .
20: But now [G3568][G1161] Anointed "'[G5547] has been raised [G1453] from [G1537] dead [G3498], first-fruit of the [G3588] [ones] sleeping [G2837] he became [G1096].
21: For since [G1894][G1063] through [G1223] man the [G3588] death [came [G2288], and [G2532] through [G1223] man [there is] resurrection of dead [G3498].
22: For as [G5618][G1063] in [G1722] the [G3588] Adam ' ["Red-Blood-Land-Man" ] all [G3956] die , so [G3779] also [G2532] in [G1722] the [G3588] [one] Anointed '[G5547] all [G3956] will be restored to life [G2227].
23: But each [G1538][G1161] in [G1722] the [G3588] his own [G2398] order [G5001]; first-fruit [is] Anointed "'[G5547], thereupon [G1899] the [G3588] [ones] of the [G3588] [one] Anointed '[G5547] at [G1722] the [G3588] his arrival [G3952][G1473].
24: Then [G1534] the [G3588] end [G5056], whenever [G3752] he should have delivered up [G3860] the [G3588] government ' to the [G3588] God '[G2316] and [G2532] father [G3962]; whenever [G3752] he should clear away [G2673] all [G3956] rule , and [G2532] all [G3956] authority [G1849], and [G2532] power [G1411].
25: For it is necessary [G1163][G1063] for him [G1473] to reign until of which [G3739] ever [time] he should have put [G5087] all [G3956] the [G3588] enemies [G2190] under [G5259] the [G3588] feet [G4228] of him [G1473].
26: last [G2078] enemy [G2190] cleared away [G2673] the [G3588] [is] death [G2288].
27: For all [things] [G3956][G1063] he subjected [G5293] under [G5259] the [G3588] feet [G4228] of him [G1473]. But whenever [G3752][G1161] it should say [G2036] that [G3754] all [things] [G3956] have been subjected [G5293], [it is] manifest [G1212] that [G3754] [it is] outside [G1623] of the [G3588] [one] subjecting [G5293] to him [G1473] all [things] the [G3588][G3956].
28: And whenever [G3752][G1161] should be subjected [G5293] to him [G1473] all [things] the [G3588][G3956], then [G5119] also [G2532] he himself [G1473], the [G3588] son [G5207], will be subjected [G5293] to the [G3588] [one] having subjected [G5293] to him [G1473] all [the things the [G3588][G3956], that [G2443] God should be the [G3588][G2316] the [G3588] all [G3956] in [G1722] all [G3956].
29: Since [G1893] what [G5100] will do [G4160] the [G3588] [ones] being submerged for [G5228] the [G3588] dead [G3498] if [G1487] wholly [G3654] dead [G3498] are not [G3756] raised [G1453]? Why [G5100] also [G2532] are they submerged for [G5228] the [G3588] dead [G3498]?
30: Why [G5100] also [G2532] are we [G1473] exposed to danger [G2793] every [G3956] hour [G5610]?
31: Daily [G2596][G2250] I die by [G3513] the [G3588] your [G5212] boasting [G2746], which [G3739] I have [G2192] in [G1722] Anointed [G5547] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] of us [G1473].
32: If [G1487] according to [G2596] man I fought with wild beasts [G2341] in [G1722] Ephesus, what [G5100] [is it] to me [G1473] the [G3588] benefit [G3786] if [G1487] dead [G3498] are not [G3756] raised [G1453]? We should eat [G2068] and [G2532] drink [G4095], for tomorrow [G1063] we die ?
33: Be not [G3361] misled [G4105]; corrupt [G5351] morals [G2239] gracious [G5543] companionships [G3657] evil [G2556].
34: Sober up [G1594] righteously [G1346], and [G2532] do not [G3361] sin ! an ignorance for [G1063] of God '[G2316] some [G5100] have [G2192] -- to [G4314] your shame [G1791][G1473] I speak [G3004].
35: But someone will say [G2046][G5100], How [are [G4459] raised [G1453] the [G3588] dead [G3498]? and with what kind [G4169][G1161] of body [G4983] [do] they come [G2064]?
36: Fool , what you [G1473] the [G3588] sow [G4687] [is] not [G3756] restored to life [G2227] unless [G1437][G3361] it should die .
37: And [G2532] what [G3739] you sowed [G4687] [is] not [G3756] the [G3588] body [G4983] the [G3588] coming to pass [G1096] you sowed [G4687], but a bare [G1131] kernel [G2848]; if [G1487] by chance [G5177] grain [G4621] or [G2228] some [G5100] of the [G3588] rest [G3062];
38: the [G3588] and [G1161] God '[G2316] to it [G1473] gives [G1325] a body [G4983] as [G2531] he wants [G2309], and [G2532] to each [G1538] of the [G3588] seeds [G4690] its own the [G3588][G2398] body [G4983].
39: Not [G3756] every [G3956] flesh [G4561] [is] the [G3588] same [G1473] flesh [G4561], but indeed other [G3303] flesh [G4561] [is] of men , and another [G1161] flesh [G4561] of cattle [G2934], and another [G1161] of fishes [G2486], and another [G1161] of birds [G4421],
40: and [G2532] bodies [G4983] up-in-the-raised-place-above (up-in-the-sky) '[G2032], and [G2532] bodies [G4983] upon-the-land '[G1919]. But another [G2087] indeed [G3303] [is] of the [G3588] [ones] [G3588] up-in-the-raised-place-above (up-in-the-sky) '[G2032] glory [G1391], and another [G2087][G1161] [is] of the [G3588] [ones] [G3588] upon-the-land '[G1919].
41: Another glory [G1391] of sun [G2246], and [G2532] another glory [G1391] of moon [G4582], and [G2532] another glory [G1391] of stars ; for star [G1063] [from] star differs [G1308] in [G1722] glory [G1391].
42: So [G3779] also [G2532] the [G3588] resurrection of the [G3588] dead [G3498]. It is sown [G4687] in [G1722] corruption [G5356], it is raised [G1453] in [G1722] incorruptibility .
43: It is sown [G4687] in [G1722] dishonor , it is raised [G1453] in [G1722] glory [G1391]; it is sown [G4687] in [G1722] weakness , it is raised [G1453] in [G1722] power [G1411].
44: It is sown [G4687] a body [G4983] physical [G5591], it is raised [G1453] a body [G4983] of wind/spirit/breathing '[G4152]. There is a body [G4983] physical [G5591], and [G2532] there is a body [G4983] of wind/spirit/breathing '[G4152].
45: So [G3779] also [G2532] it has been written [G1125], became [G1096] the [G3588] first [G4413] man Adam ' ["Red-Blood-Land-Man" ] [G1519] soul [G5590] a living [G2198]; the [G3588] last [G2078] Adam ' ["Red-Blood-Land-Man" ] into [G1519] a wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151] being restored to life [G2227].
46: But [was] not [G3756] first [G4412] the [G3588] [one] of wind/spirit/breathing '[G4152], but the [G3588] physical [G5591]; thereupon [G1899] the [G3588] of wind/spirit/breathing '[G4152].
47: The [G3588] first [G4413] man [was] from out of [G1537] land '[G1093], of dirt [G5517]; the [G3588] second [G1208] man , the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] of [G1537] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772].
48: Such as [G3634] the [G3588] [one] of dirt [G5517], such [G5108] also [G2532] the [G3588] [ones] of dirt [G5517]; and [G2532] such as [G3634] the [one] the [G3588] up-in-the-raised-place-above (up-in-the-sky) '[G2032], such [G5108] also [G2532] the [ones] the [G3588] up-in-the-raised-place-above (up-in-the-sky) '[G2032].
49: And [G2532] as [G2531] we wore [G5409] the [G3588] image [G1504] of the [G3588] [one] of dirt [G5517], we will wear [G5409] also [G2532] the [G3588] image [G1504] of the [G3588] [one] up-in-the-raised-place-above (up-in-the-sky) '[G2032].
50: But this [G3778][G1161] I say [G5346], brothers , that [G3754] flesh [G4561] and [G2532] blood government ' of God '[G2316] to inherit [G2816] are not [G3756] able [G1410], nor [G3761] the [G3588] [can] corruption [G5356] the [G3588] incorruptibility inherit [G2816].
51: look [G2400], a mystery [G3466] to you [G1473] I speak [G3004]; all [G3956] indeed [G3303] not [G3756] we will] sleep [G2837], but all [G3956][G1161] will be changed ,
52: in [G1722] an instant , in [G1722] blink [G4493] of an eye [G3788], at [G1722] the [G3588] last [G2078] trumpet [G4536]. For it will trump [G4537][G1063], and [G2532] the [G3588] dead [G3498] will be raised [G1453] incorruptible , and [G2532] we [G1473] will be changed .
53: For it is necessary [G1163][G1063] the [G3588] this corruption [G5349][G3778] to put on [G1746] incorruptibility , and [G2532] the [G3588] this mortal [G2349][G3778] to put on [G1746] immortality .
54: But whenever [G3752][G1161] the [G3588] this corruptible [G5349][G3778] should have put on [G1746] incorruptibility , and [G2532] the [G3588] this mortal [G2349][G3778] should have put on [G1746] immortality , then [G5119] will come to pass [G1096] the [G3588] word [G3056] the [G3588] having been written [G1125], was swallowed down [G2666] the [G3588] Death [G2288] in [G1519] victory [G3534].
55: Where [G4226] [is] your [G1473] O death [G2288] the [G3588] sting [G2759]? Where [G4226] [is] your [G1473] O Hades the [G3588] victory [G3534]?
56: And the [G3588][G1161] sting [G2759] of the [G3588] death [G2288] the [G3588] [is] sin ; and the [G3588][G1161] power [G1411] of the [G3588] sin [is] the [G3588] law [G3551].
57: the [G3588] But [G1161] to God '[G2316] be favor [G5484], to the [G3588] [one] giving [G1325] to us [G1473] the [G3588] victory [G3534] through [G1223]the the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] of us [G1473] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) Anointed [G5547].
58: So that [G5620], brothers my [G1473] beloved , settled [G1476] be [G1096], immovable , abounding [G4052] in [G1722] the [G3588] work [G2041] of the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] at all times [G3842]! knowing [G1492] that [G3754] the [G3588] toil [G2873] of you [G1473] not [G3756] is in vain [G2756] in [G1722] Boss '[G2962].
