1: Woe [G3759] city [G4172] of Ariel, which [G3739] David waged war [G4170]. Gather together [G4863] produce [G1081] year [G1763] by [G1909] year [G1763]! for you will eat [G2068][G1063] with [G4862] Moab.
2: For I will squeeze [G1063] Ariel, and [G2532] will be her [G1473] the [G3588] strength [G2479] and [G2532] the [G3588] riches [G4149] mine [G1473].
3: And [G2532] I will encircle [G2944] as [G5613] David upon [G1909] you [G1473], and [G2532] I will throw up around [G4012] you [G1473] a siege mound [G5482], and [G2532] I will build [G3618], and [G2532] I will set [G5087] around [G4012] you [G1473] towers [G4444].
4: And [G2532] will be abased [G5013] the [G3588] your words [G3056][G1473] unto [G1519] the [G3588] land '[G1093]. And [G2532] unto [G1519] the [G3588] land '[G1093] the [G3588] your words [G3056][G1473] will go down [G1416]. And [G2532] will be as [G5613] the [G3588] [ones] speaking out loud [G5455] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] land '[G1093] the [G3588] your voice [G5456][G1473]; and [G2532] to [G4314] the [G3588] ground [G1475] the [G3588] your voice [G5456][G1473] will weaken .
5: And [G2532] will be as [G5613] a cloud of dust [G2868] from a wheel [G5164] the [G3588] riches [G4149] of the [G3588] impious ; and [G2532] [will be] as [G5613] dust being borne about [G5342] the [G3588] multitude [G4128] of the [G3588] [ones] afflicting [G2346] you [G1473]; and [G2532] it will be as [G5613] a moment [G4743] immediate [G3916],
6: by [G3844] Boss '[G2962] of Hosts [G4519]; a visitation [G1984] for [G1063] there will be with [G3326] thunder [G1027], and [G2532] earthquake [G4578], and [G2532] sound [G5456] a great [G3173], a blast being borne about [G5342], and [G2532] a flame [G5395] of fire [G4442] devouring [G2719].
7: And [G2532] will be as [G5613] ones dreaming [G1797] in [G1722] 10> sleep [G5258] the [G3588] riches [G4149] of all [G3956] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484], as many as [G3745] march against [G1909] Ariel, and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] [ones] soldiering [G4754] against [G1909] Jerusalem, and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] [ones] gathering together [G4863] against [G1909] her [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] [ones] afflicting [G2346] her [G1473].
8: And [G2532] it will be as [G5613] the [G3588] [ones] in [G1722] sleep [G5258] drinking [G4095] and [G2532] eating [G2068] and [G2532] rising up [G1817]. [is] vain [G3152] of them [G1473] the [G3588] dream [G1798], and [G2532] in which [G3739] manner [G5158] will dream [G1797] the [G3588] [one] thirsting [G1372] and [G2532] drinking [G4095], and [G2532] rising up [G1817] they still [G2089] thirst [G1372], the [G3588] and [G1161] his soul [G5590][G1473] in [G1519] vain [G2756] hoped [G1679], so [G3779] will be the [G3588] riches [G4149] of all [G3956] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484], as many as [G3745] marched against [G1909] the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] Zion.
9: Be loosened [G1590]! Be amazed [G1839] and [G2532] be dizzy ! Not [G3756] from liquor [G4608] nor [G3761] from wine [G3631].
10: For [G3754] has given you to drink [G4222][G1473] Boss '[G2962] a wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151] of vexation [G2659]. And [G2532] he will close the eyelids [G2576] of the [G3588]ir eyes [G3788][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir prophets [G4396][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir rulers , the [G3588] [ones] seeing [G3708] the [G3588] hidden [things] [G2927].
11: And [G2532] will be to you [G1473] all [G3956] the [G3588] sayings [G4487] these [G3778] as [G5613] the [G3588] words [G3056] the [G3588] scroll the [G3588] having a seal set upon it [G4972] of this [G3778]; which [G3739] if [G1437] they should give [G1325] it [G1473] to a man having knowledge of [G1987] letters [G1121], saying [G3004], Read these [things] [G3778]! Then [G2532] he will say [G2046], I am not [G3756] able [G1410] to read , for it is sealed [G4972][G1063].
12: And [G2532] will be given [G1325] the [G3588] scroll this [G3778] into [G1519] hands [G5495] of a man not [G3361] having knowledge of [G1987] letters [G1121]. And [G2532] [one] will say [G2046] to him [G1473], Read this [G3778]! And [G2532] he will say [G2046], I do not [G3756] have knowledge of [G1987] letters [G1121].
13: And [G2532] BOSS said [G2036][G2962], approach [G1448] unto me [G1473] the [G3588] this people [G2992][G3778] with [G1722] the [G3588] [their] mouth [G4750][G1473], and [G2532] by [G1722] the [G3588]ir lips [G5491][G1473] they esteem [G5091] me [G1473], the [G3588] but [G1161] their heart [G2588][G1473] is far off [G4206] at a distance from me [G1473]; and in vain [G3155][G1161] they worship [G4576] me [G1473], teaching [G1321] precepts [G1778] of men and [G2532] instructions [G1319].
14: On account of [G1223] this [G3778], look [G2400], I [G1473] will proceed [G4369] the [G3588] to transpose [G3346] the [G3588] this people [G2992][G3778]; and [G2532] I will transpose [G3346] them [G1473], and [G2532] I will destroy the [G3588] wisdom [G4678] of the [G3588] wise [G4680]; and [G2532] the [G3588] understanding [G4907] of the [G3588] discerning [G4908] I will hide [G2928].
15: Woe to [G3759] the [G3588] [ones] deeply plans [G1012] making [G4160], and [G2532] not [G3756] according to [G1223] Boss '[G2962]. Woe [G3759] to the [G3588] [ones] in [G1722] secret [G2931] plans [G1012] making [G4160]. And [G2532] will be in [G1722] darkness [G4655] the [G3588]ir works [G2041][G1473], and [G2532] they will say [G2046], Who [G5100] has seen [G3708] us [G1473], and [G2532] who [G5100] will know us [G1473][G1097] or [G2228] what [G3739] we [G1473] do [G4160]?
16: not [G3756] as [G5613] clay [G4081] for the [G3588] potter [G2763] will you be considered [G3049]? will [G3361] say [G2046] the [G3588] thing shaped [G4110] to the [G3588] [one] shaping [G4111], You did not [G3756][G1473] shape me [G1473][G4111]. Or [G2228] the [G3588] thing made [G4161] by the [G3588] [one] making it [G4160], not [G3756] expertly You did] make me [G1473][G4160]?
17: No longer [G3765] a little [while [G3397] and [G2532] will be transposed [G3346] the [G3588] Lebanon] as [G5613] the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] of the [G3588] fruitful field; and [G2532] the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] of fruitful field as [G1519] a forest will be considered [G3049].
18: And [G2532] will hear in [G1722] the [G3588] that day [G2250][G1565] deaf-mutes [G2974] words [G3056] of scroll ; and [G2532] the [G3588] [ones] in [G1722] the [G3588] darkness [G4655], and [G2532] the [G3588] [ones] in [G1722] the [G3588] fog -- eyes [G3788] of blind [G5185] will see [G3708],
19: and [G2532] will jump much ones begging [G4434] because of [G1223] Boss '[G2962] with [G1722] gladness [G2167], and [G2532] the [G3588] [ones] despairing of the [G3588] men will be filled up [G1705] with gladness [G2167].
20: failed [G1587] lawless one , and [G2532] is destroyed proud one [G5244], and [G2532] will be utterly destroyed [G1842] the [G3588] [ones] acting lawlessly concerning [G1909] evil [G2549],
21: even [G2532] the [G3588] [ones] causing [G4160] to sin men by [G1722] a word [G3056]. all [G3956][G1161] And [G1161] the [G3588] [ones] reproving [G1651] at [G1722] gates [G4439] to be considered for stumbling [G4348] men will make [G5087], for [G3754] they bent away by [G1909] unjust [acts just one [G1342].
22: On account of [G1223] this [G3778], thus [G3592] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962] concerning [G1909] the [G3588] house [G3624] of Jacob, whom [G3739] he separated from [G1537] Abraham, not [G3756] now [G3568] will be ashamed Jacob], nor [G3761] now [G3568] the [G3588] countenance [G4383] will Israel change [G3328].
23: But whenever [G3752] will look [at] [G1492] the [G3588]ir children [G5043][G1473] the [G3588] my works [G2041][G1473], because of [G1223] me [G1473] they will sanctify the [G3588] name [G3686] of me [G1473], and [G2532] they will sanctify the [G3588] holy one of Jacob, and [G2532] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of the [G3588] Israel they will fear [G5399].
24: And [G2532] will know [G1097] the [G3588] [ones] wandering [G4105] in the [G3588] wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151] understanding [G4907], and the [G3588] [ones] [G1161] grumbling [G1111] will learn [G3129] to obey [G5219], and [G2532] the [G3588] tongues [G1100] the [G3588] stuttering will learn [G3129] to speak [G2980] peace [G1515].
