1: Thus [G3592] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], look [G2400], I [G1473] awaken [G1825] against [G1909] Babylon, and [G2532] against [G1909] the [G3588] Chaldeans dwelling [there [G2730] wind burning [G2742] an utterly destroying [G1311].
2: And [G2532] I will send [G1821] against [G1909] Babylon arrogant ones [G5197]. And [G2532] they will insult her [G1473], and [G2532] lay waste [G3075] the [G3588] her land '[G1093][G1473]. Woe [G3759] upon [G1909] Babylon round about [G2943] in [G1722] day [G2250] of her affliction [G2561][G1473].
3: Upon [G1909] her [let [G1473] stretch the [G3588] [one] stretching the [G3588] his bow [G5115][G1473], and [G2532] put on [G4060] what [G3739] is his weapons [G3696][G1473]! And [G2532] spare not [G3361][G5339] against [G1909] the [G3588] her young men [G3495][G1473], and [G2532] obliterate all [G3956] the [G3588] her force [G1411][G1473]!
4: And [G2532] will fall [G4098] slain in [G1722] land '[G1093] of Chaldeans, and [G2532] men being pierced through [will fall] from outside [G1855] of her [G1473].
5: For [G1360] have not [G3756] been widowed Israel and [G2532] Judah] from their God '[G2316][G1473], from Boss '[G2962] almighty [G3841]. For [G3754] the [G3588]ir land '[G1093][G1473] was filled [G4130] with injustice from the [G3588] holy [things] of Israel.
6: Flee [G5343] from out of [G1537] midst [G3319] of Babylon, and [G2532] let rescue each [G1538] the [G3588] his life [G5590][G1473]! You should not [G3361] be reeling in [G1722] the [G3588] her iniquity [G1473], for [G3754] time [G2540] of her punishment [G1557][G1473] it is by [G3844] Boss '[G2962]; a recompense he [G1473] will recompense to her [G1473].

We should abandon [G1459] her [G1473], and [G2532] go forth each [G1538] unto [G1519] the [G3588] his land '[G1093][G1473], for [G3754] has approached [G1448] unto [G1519] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772] the [G3588] her judgment [G2917][G1473]. You lifted [G1808] unto [G2193] the [G3588] stars .
10: BOSS brought forth [G1627][G2962] the [G3588] his judgment [G2917][G1473]. Come [G1205], for [G2532] we should announce in [G1722] Zion the [G3588] works [G2041] of Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] our God '[G2316][G1473].

13: O ones encamping [G2681] upon [G1909] waters [G5204] many [G4183], and [G2532] upon [G1909] multitude [G4128] of her treasures [G2344][G1473], is come [G2240] the [G3588] your limit [G4009][G1473] truly into [G1519] the [G3588] your intestines [G4698][G1473].
14: For [G3754] BOSS swore by an oath [G3660][G2962] according to [G2596] the [G3588] his arm, [saying [G1023][G1473], For [G1360] I will fill [G4137] you [G1473] of men as [G5616] locusts , and [G2532] will utter a sound [G5350] against [G1909] you [G1473] the [G3588] [ones] going down [G2597];

17: has acted moronish [G3471] Every [G3956] man because off knowledge [G1108]; was disgraced [G2617] every [G3956] goldsmith because off the [G3588]ir carved [images [G1473]. For [G3754] false [gods [G5571] they cast ; there is no [G3756] wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151] in [G1722] them [G1473].
18: They are vain [G3152] works [G2041], being scorned . In [G1722] time [G2540] of their visitation [G1473] they will be destroyed .
19: Not [G3756] such [G5108] [is the] portion [G3310] the [G3588] to Jacob; for [G3754] the [one] the [G3588] shaping [G4111] the [G3588] all [things] [G3956], he [G1473] is his inheritance [G2817][G1473]; Boss '[G2962] of for the [G3588]ces [G1411] [is] name [G3686] of him [G1473].

22: And [G2532] I will scatter [G1287] by [G1722] you [G1473] husband and [G2532] wife [G1135]. And [G2532] I will scatter [G1287] by [G1722] you [G1473] old man [G4246] and [G2532] child [G3813]. And [G2532] I will scatter [G1287] by [G1722] you [G1473] young man [G3495] and [G2532] virgin [G3933].
23: And [G2532] I will scatter [G1287] by [G1722] you [G1473] shepherd [G4166] and [G2532] the [G3588] his flock [G4168][G1473]. And [G2532] I will scatter [G1287] by [G1722] you [G1473] farmer [G1092] and [G2532] the [G3588] his farm [G1091][G1473]. And [G2532] I will scatter [G1287] by [G1722] you [G1473] governors [G2232] and [G2532] your commandants [G4755][G1473].
24: And [G2532] I will recompense [to the [G3588] Babylon and [G2532] to all [G3956] the [G3588] Chaldeans dwelling [there [G2730] all [G3956] the [G3588]ir evils [G2549][G1473] which [G3739] they did [G4160] against [G1909] Zion before [G2596] eyes [G3788] of you [G1473], says [G3004] Boss '[G2962].
25: look [G2400], I [am [G1473] against [G4314] you [G1473], the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] the [G3588] O corrupting [G1311], the [G3588] corrupting [G1311] all [G3956] the [G3588] land '[G1093]. 26: And [G2532] in no way will they take [G2983] from you [G1473] a stone [G3037] for [G1519] a corner [G1137], and [G2532] a stone [G3037] for [G1519] a foundation [G2310]. For [G3754] into [G1519] extinction of the term (age) ' you will be , says [G3004] Boss '[G2962].
27: Lift up a sign [G4592] upon [G1909] the [G3588] land '[G1093]! Trump [G4537] among [G1722] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] with a trumpet [G4536]! Sanctify against [G1909] her [G1473] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484]! Exhort [G3853] against [G1909] her [G1473] kingdoms -- Ararat by [G3844] me [G1473], and [G2532] to the [G3588] Ashchenazi! Set [G2186] against [G1909] her [G1473] a range of weapons ! Haul against [G1909] her [G1473] horses [G2462] as [G5613] of locusts a multitude [G4128]!
28: Haul up against [G1909] her [G1473] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484]! the [G3588] king of the [G3588] Medes and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] land '[G1093]; the [G3588] his leaders [G2233][G1473], and [G2532] all [G3956] of the [G3588] his commandants [G4755][G1473].
29: was shaken [G4579] the [G3588] land '[G1093], and [G2532] toiled because [G1360] rose up [G1817] against [G1909] Babylon device [G3053] [of the] Boss '[G2962], the [G3588] to appoint [G5087] the [G3588] land '[G1093] of Babylon for [G1519] extinction , and [G2532] to not [G3361] inhabit [G2730] it [G1473].
30: failed [G1587] warrior of Babylon the [G3588] to wage war [G4170], they will sit [G2521] there [G1563] in [G1722] citadel [G4042]. was enfeebled [G2352] the [G3588]ir domination [G1473]; they became [G1096] as [G5616] women [G1135]; he set on fire the [G3588] her tents [G4638][G1473]; were broken [G4937] the [G3588] her bars [G1473].

35: pushed [G1856] me [G1473] the [G3588] My troubles [G3449][G1473] and [G2532] the [G3588] my miseries [G5004][G1473] into [G1519] Babylon, will say [G2046] one dwelling [G2730] Zion]; and [G2532], the [G3588] My blood [G1473] [is] upon [G1909] the [G3588] dwelling [there [G2730] Chaldeans], will say [G2046] Jerusalem].
36: On account of [G1223] this [G3778] thus [G3592] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], look [G2400], I [G1473] will judge [G2919] the [G3588] your opponent [G1473], and [G2532] I will avenge [G1556] the [G3588] your punishment [G1557][G1473], and [G2532] I will make desolate [G2049] the [G3588] her sea [G2281][G1473], and [G2532] dry up [G3583] the [G3588] her spring [G4077][G1473].
37: And [G2532] Babylon will be for [G1519] extinction , a dwelling [G2731] of dragons [G1404], an extinction hissing , and [G2532] it will not be inhabited [G3756][G2730].
38: As [G5613] lions [G3023] they were aroused [G1825] together , and [G2532] as [G5613] cubs of lions [G3023].
39: In [G1722] the [G3588]ir heat [G1473] I will give [G1325] to them a drink [G1473], and [G2532] I will intoxicate [G3184] them [G1473] so that [G3704] they should be stupefied , and [G2532] should sleep sleep [G5258] an of the term (age) ', and [G2532] no way should they be roused [G1453], says [G3004] Boss '[G2962].
40: I will bring them down [G2601][G1473] as [G5613] lambs to [G1519] slaughter [G4967], and [G2532] as [G5613] rams with [G3326] kids [G2056].
41: O how [G4459] Sheshach [is] captured , and [G2532] is hunted [G2340] the [G3588] boasting [G2745] of all [G3956] the [G3588] land '[G1093]. O how [G4459] Babylon became [G1096] for [G1519] extinction among [G1722] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484].
42: went up upon [G1909] Babylon the [G3588] sea [G2281] with [G1722] sound [G2279] of its waves [G2949][G1473], and [G2532] she was covered up [G2619].
43: became [G1096] the [G3588] Her cities [G4172][G1473] for [G1519] extinction , land '[G1093] a waterless and [G2532] untrodden . There will not dwell [G3756][G2730] in [G1722] her [G1473] not one [thing] [G3762], nor should there rest up [G2647] in [G1722] her [G1473] a son [G5207] of man .
44: And [G2532] I will take vengeance [G1556] against [G1909] Babylon, and [G2532] I will bring forth [G1627] what [G3739] she swallowed down [G2666] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] her mouth [G4750][G1473]; and [G2532] in no way should gather [G4863] to [G4314] her [G1473] any more [G2089] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484]. And [G2532] even [G1065] wall [G5038] of Babylon will fall [G4098].
45: Come forth [G1831] from his midst [G3319][G1473] my people [G2992][G1699], and [G2532] let each deliver [G4982] the [G3588] his own [G1438] life [G5590] from anger [G3709] of rage [G2372] of Boss '[G2962]!
46: Lest at any time [G3379] should be consumed the [G3588] your heart [G2588][G1473], and [G2532] you should be afraid [G5399] on account of [G1223] the [G3588] report which [G3739] will be heard in [G1722] the [G3588] land '[G1093], and [G2532] will come [G2240] in [G1722] a year [G1763] report , and [G2532] after [G3326] the [G3588] year [G1763] [another] report ; misery [G5004] and [G2532] iniquity over [G1909] the [G3588] land '[G1093], and [G2532] one dominating [G2961] over [G1909] one dominating [G2961].
47: On account of [G1223] this [G3778], look [G2400], days [G2250] come [G2064], and [G2532] I will take vengeance [G1556] upon [G1909] the [G3588] carvings of Babylon, and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588]ir land '[G1093][G1473] will be made ashamed , all [G3956] her slain [G1473] will fall [G4098] in [G1722] midst [G3319] of her [G1473].
48: And [G2532] will be glad [G2165] over [G1909] Babylon the [G3588] raised-places-above (skies) '[G3772] and [G2532] the [G3588] land '[G1093], and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] [ones] in [G1722] them [G1473]. For [G3754] from north [G1005] comes [G2064] to [G4314] him [G1473] ones utterly destroying [G1842], says [G3004] Boss '[G2962].
49: And [G2532] even [as [G1065] Babylon to fall [G4098] acted [G4160] of the [G3588] [ones] slain of Israel, also [G2532] in [G1722] Babylon will fall [G4098] slain of all [G3956] the [G3588] land '[G1093].
50: O ones being rescued from broadsword [G4501], go [G4198] and [G2532] do not stand [G3361][G2476]! Make mention [G3403], O ones the [G3588] far off [G3113], of the [G3588] Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] let Jerusalem go up upon [G1909] the [G3588] your heart [G2588][G1473]!
51: We were ashamed for [G3754] we heard our scorning [G3680][G1473]. covered up [G2619] Dishonor the [G3588] our face [G4383][G1473]. For [G3754] entered [G1525] foreigners into [G1519] the [G3588] our holy places [G1473], into [G1519] house [G3624] of Boss '[G2962].
52: On account of [G1223] this [G3778], look [G2400], days [G2250] come [G2064], says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] I will take vengeance [G1556] against [G1909] the [G3588] her carved [images [G1473]. And [G2532] in [G1722] all [G3956] the [G3588] her land '[G1093][G1473] will fall [G4098] slain .
53: For [G3754] though [G1437] Babylon should go up as [G5613] the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772], and [G2532] though [G3754][G1437] she should fortify height [G5311] of her strength [G2479][G1473]; from [G3844] me [G1473] will come [G2240] ones utterly destroying [G1842] her [G1473], says [G3004] Boss '[G2962].
54: sound [G5456] of a cry [G2906] in [G1722] Babylon, and [G2532] destruction great [G3173] in [G1722] land '[G1093] of Chaldeans.
55: For [G3754] BOSS utterly destroyed [G1842][G2962] the [G3588] Babylon. And [G2532] he destroyed from her [G1473] voice [G5456] a great [G3173] sounding [G2278] as [G5613] waters [G5204] many [G4183]; he gave [G1325] for [G1519] ruin [G3639] her voice [G5456][G1473].
56: For [G3754] came [G2064] upon [G1909] Babylon misery [G5004]; captured the [G3588] her warriors [G1473]; was terrified [G4422] their bow [G5115][G1473]; for [G3754] the [G3588] God '[G2316] recompenses to them [G1473].
57: Boss '[G2962] recompenses to her [G1473] the [G3588] recompense , and [G2532] he will intoxicate [G3184] by intoxication [G3178] the [G3588] her governors [G2232][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] her wise men [G4680][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] her commandants [G4755][G1473], says [G3004] the [G3588] king -- Boss '[G2962] almighty [G3841] [is] name [G3686] of him [G1473].
58: Thus [G3592] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962] almighty [G3841], wall [G5038] of Babylon was widened [G4115]; by razing [G2679] it will be razed [G2679], and [G2532] the [G3588] gates [G4439] her [G1473] the [G3588] high [G5308] by [G1722] fire [G4442] will be set on fire ; and [G2532] will tire [G2872] peoples [G2992] in [G1519] vanity [G2756], and [G2532] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] in [G1722] [their] rule will fail [G1587].
59: The [G3588] word [G3056] which [G3739] BOSS gave charge [G1781][G2962] to Jeremiah the [G3588] prophet [G4396] to say [G2036] [to the [G3588] Seraiah son [G5207] of Neriah, son [G5207] of Maaseiah when [G3753] he went [G4198] with [G3844] Zedekiah king of Judah into [G1519] Babylon in [G1722] the [G3588] year [G2094] the [G3588] fourth [G5067] the [G3588] of his government '[G1473]. And [G2532] Seraiah [was] ruler of gifts [G1435].
60: And [G2532] Jeremiah wrote [G1125] all [G3956] the [G3588] evils [G2556] which [G3739] will come [G2240] upon [G1909] Babylon in [G1722] a scroll ; all [G3956] the [G3588] words [G3056] these [G3778] the [G3588] being written [G1125] against [G1909] Babylon.
61: And [G2532] Jeremiah said [G2036] to [G4314] Seraiah, Whenever [G3752] you should come [G2064] into [G1519] Babylon, and [G2532] will see [G3708], and [G2532] will read all [G3956] the [G3588] words [G3056] these [G3778];
62: then [G2532] you will say [G2046], O Boss '[G2962], you [G1473] spoke [G2980] against [G1909] the [G3588] this place [G5117][G3778], the [G3588] to utterly destroy [G1842] it [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] to not be [G3361] in [G1722] it [G1473] [any] dwelling [G2730] from man unto [G2193] beast [G2934], for [G3754] an extinction into [G1519] the [G3588] age (term) ` it will be .
63: And [G2532] it will be whenever [G3752] you will cease [G3973] the [G3588] to read the [G3588] this scroll [G3778], that [G2532] you will fasten upon [G1909] it [G1473] a stone [G3037], and [G2532] will toss [G4495] it [G1473] into [G1519] midst [G3319] of the [G3588] Euphrates,
64: and [G2532] will say [G2046], So [G3779] will Babylon descend , and [G2532] in no way will she rise up from in front [G4383] of the [G3588] evils [G2556] which [G3739] I [G1473] bring [G1863] upon [G1909] her [G1473], and [G2532] it will vanish [G1587]. Until [G2193] this [G3778] [are] the [G3588] words [G4487] of the [G3588] Jeremiah.
