1: Amen , amen , I say [G3004] to you [G1473], the [G3588] [one] not [G3361] entering [G1525] through [G1223] the [G3588] door [G2374] into [G1519] the [G3588] courtyard of the [G3588] sheep [G4263], but going up from elsewhere , that one [G1565] is a thief [G2812] and [G2532] robber [G3027].
2: But the [G3588][G1161] one entering [G1525] through [G1223] the [G3588] door [G2374] is shepherd [G4166] of the [G3588] sheep [G4263].
3: To this one [G3778] the [G3588] doorkeeper [G2377] opens ; and [G2532] the [G3588] sheep [G4263] the [G3588] his voice [G5456][G1473] hear ; and [G2532] the [G3588] [ones] of his own [G2398] sheep [G4263] he calls [G2564] by [G2596] name [G3686], and [G2532] leads them out [G1806][G1473].
4: And [G2532] whenever [G3752] the [G3588] [ones] of his own [G2398] sheep [G4263] should come forth [G1544], in front of [G1715] them [G1473] he goes [G4198], and [G2532] the [G3588] sheep [G4263] follow him [G1473]; for [G3754] they know [G1492] the [G3588] his voice [G5456][G1473].
5: But a stranger [G1161] in no way will they follow , but they will flee [G5343] from him [G1473]; for [G3754] they do not know [G3756][G1492] the [G3588] stranger's the [G3588] voice [G5456].
6: This [G3778] the [G3588] proverb [G3942] spoke [G2036] to them [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]); but those [G1565][G1161] did not [G3756] know [G1097] what [G5100] it was which [G3739] he spoke [G2980] to them [G1473].
7: said [G2036] then [G3767] again [G3825] to them [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), Amen , amen , I say [G3004] to you [G1473] that [G3754], I [G1473] am the [G3588] door [G2374] of the [G3588] sheep [G4263].
8: All [G3956] as many as [G3745] came [G2064] are thieves [G2812] and [G2532] robbers [G3027]; but did not [G3756] hear them [G1473] the [G3588] sheep [G4263].
9: I [G1473] am the [G3588] door [G2374]; through [G1223] me [G1473] if [G1437] anyone [G5100] should enter [G1525], he will be delivered [G4982], and [G2532] will enter [G1525] and [G2532] will go forth [G1831], and [G2532] pasture [G3542] will find [G2147].
10: The [G3588] thief [G2812] comes not [G3756][G2064], except [G1508] that [G2443] he should steal [G2813], and [G2532] should sacrifice [G2380], and [G2532] should destroy ; I [G1473] came [G2064] that [G2443] life [G2222] one should have [G2192], and [G2532] extra [G4053] should have [G2192].
11: I [G1473] am the [G3588] shepherd [G4166] the [G3588] good [G2570]. the [G3588] shepherd [G4166] the [G3588] good [G2570] the [G3588] his life [G5590][G1473] renders [G5087] for [G5228] the [G3588] sheep [G4263].
12: the the [G3588] hireling [G3411] But [G1161] (and [G2532] not [G3756] being shepherd, [G4166]) of which [G3739] not [G3756] are the [G3588] sheep [G4263] his own [G2398], views [G2334] the [G3588] wolf [G3074] coming [G2064], and [G2532] leaves the [G3588] sheep [G4263], and [G2532] flees [G5343]; and [G2532] the [G3588] wolf [G3074] seizes them by force [G1473], and [G2532] disperses [G4650] the [G3588] sheep [G4263].
13: And the [G3588][G1161] hireling [G3411] flees [G5343], for [G3754] he is a hireling [G3411], and [G2532] there is no [G3756] care [G3199] to him [G1473] concerning [G4012] the [G3588] sheep [G4263].
14: I [G1473] am the [G3588] shepherd [G4166] the [G3588] good [G2570], and [G2532] I know [G1097] the ones mine the [G3588][G1699], and [G2532] I am known [G1097] by [G5259] the [G3588] [ones] of mine [G1699].
15: As [G2531] knows [G1097] me [G1473] the [G3588] father [G3962], I also [G2504] know [G1097] the [G3588] father [G3962]; and [G2532] the [G3588] life [G5590] of me [G1473] I place [G5087] for [G5228] the [G3588] sheep [G4263].
16: And [G2532] other sheep [G4263] I have [G2192] which [G3739] are not [G3756] of [G1537] the [G3588] this yard [G3778]; and those [G2548] it is necessary for me [G1473][G1163] to convey ', and [G2532] the [G3588] my voice [G5456][G1473] they will hear ; and [G2532] there will be [G1096] one [G1520] flock [G4167], one [G1520] shepherd [G4166].
17: On account of [G1223] this [G3778] the [G3588] father [G3962] loves me [G1473], for [G3754] I [G1473] place [G5087] the [G3588] life [G5590] of me [G1473], that [G2443] again [G3825] I should take [G2983] it [G1473].
18: No one [G3762] takes it [G1473] from me [G1473], but I [G1473] place it [G5087][G1473] off myself [G1683]. authority [G1849] I have [G2192] to place it [G5087][G1473], and [G2532] authority [G1849] I have [G2192] again [G3825] to take [G2983] it [G1473]. This [G3778] the [G3588] commandment [G1785] I received [G2983] from [G3844] the [G3588] father [G3962] of me [G1473].
19: Then a split [G4978][G3767] again [G3825] took place [G1096] among [G1722] the [G3588] Jews on account of [G1223] the [G3588] words [G3056] these [G3778].
20: said [G3004] And [G1161] many [G4183] of [G1537] them [G1473], a demon [G1140] He has [G2192], and [G2532] is maniacal [G3105]; why [G5100] listen to him [G1473]?
21: Others said [G3004], These [G3778] the [G3588] sayings [G4487] are not [G3756] of one being demon-possessed [G1139]. Is [G3361] a demon [G1140] able [G1410] of blind ones [G5185] eyes [G3788] to open ?
22: And took place [G1096][G1161] the [G3588] holiday of rededication [G1456] in [G1722] Jerusalem, and [G2532] it was winter [G5494].
23: And [G2532] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) was walking [G4043] the [G3588] in [G1722] the [G3588] temple [G2413], in [G1722] the [G3588] stoa [G4745] of Solomon.
24: encircled [G2944] Then [G3767] him [G1473] the [G3588] Jews], and [G2532] said [G3004] to him [G1473], For how long [G2193][G4219] the [G3588] our soul [G5590][G1473] do you carry ? If [G1487] you [G1473] are the [G3588] [one] Anointed '[G5547], tell [G2036] us [G1473] in an open manner [G3954]!
25: answered them [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), I told [G2036] to you [G1473], and [G2532] you believe not [G3756][G4100]. the [G3588] works [G2041] which [G3739] I [G1473] do [G4160] in [G1722] the [G3588] name [G3686] of the [G3588] father [G3962] of me [G1473], these [G3778] testify [G3140] concerning [G4012] me [G1473].
26: But you [G1473] believe not [G3756][G4100], not [G3756] for [G1063] you are of [G1537] the [G3588] sheep [G4263] the [G3588] my [G1699], as [G2531] I said [G2036] to you [G1473].
27: the [G3588] sheep [G4263] the [G3588] My [G1699] the [G3588] my voice [G5456][G1473] hear , and I [G2504] know [G1097] them [G1473], and [G2532] they follow me [G1473].
28: And I [G2504] life [G2222] of the term (age) ' give [G1325] to them [G1473], and [G2532] in no way will they perish into [G1519] the [G3588] age (term) `; and [G2532] not [G3756] will any seize them by force [G5100] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] my hand [G5495][G1473].
29: the [G3588] Father [G3962] of me [G1473], who [G3739] has given [G1325] to me [G1473], greater than [G3173] of all [G3956] is ; and [G2532] no one [G3762] is able [G1410] to seize them by force from out of [G1537] the [G3588] hand [G5495] of the [G3588] father [G3962] of me [G1473].
30: I [G1473] and [G2532] the [G3588] father [G3962] -- we are one [G1520].
31: bore Then [G3767] again [G3825] stones [G3037] the [G3588] Jews] that [G2443] they should stone [G3034] him [G1473].
32: responded to them [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), Many [G4183] good [G2570] works [G2041] I showed [G1166] to you [G1473] from [G1537] the [G3588] father [G3962] of me [G1473]; for [G1223] what [G4169] work of them [G1473][G2041] do you stone [G3034] me [G1473]?
33: answered to him [G1473] the [G3588] Jews], saying [G3004], Concerning [G4012] a good [G2570] work [G2041] we do not [G3756] stone [G3034] you [G1473]; but concerning [G4012] blasphemy , and [G2532] that [G3754] you [G1473], being a man , make [G4160] yourself [G4572] God '[G2316].
34: responded to them [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), Is it not [G3756] written [G1125] in [G1722] the [G3588] your law [G3551][G1473], I [G1473] said [G2036], You are gods '[G2316]?
35: If [G1487] those [G1565] he said [G2036] of gods '[G2316], to [G4314] whom [G3739] the [G3588] word [G3056] of the [G3588] God '[G2316] came [G1096], (and [G2532] is not [G3756] able [G1410] to be untied [G3089] the [G3588] scripture]) [G1124],
36: the one whom [G3739] the [G3588] father [G3962] sanctified and [G2532] sent into [G1519] the [G3588] arrangement '[G2889], you [G1473] say [G3004] that [G3754], You blaspheme ; for [G3754] I said [G2036], the son [G5207] of the [G3588] God '[G2316] I am ?
37: If [G1487] I do not [G3756] do [G4160] the [G3588] works [G2041] of the [G3588] father [G3962] of me [G1473], do not [G3361] trust '[G4100] me [G1473]!
38: But if [G1487][G1161] I do [G4160], and if [G2579] me [G1473] you should not [G3361] trust '[G4100], the [G3588] works [G2041] trust '[G4100]; that [G2443] you should know [G1097], and [G2532] should trust '[G4100], that [G3754] [is] in [G1722] me [G1473] the [G3588] father [G3962], and I [G2504] in [G1722] him [G1473]!
39: They sought [G2212] then [G3767] again [G3825] to lay hold of him [G1473][G4084]; and [G2532] he went forth [G1831] from out of [G1537] the [G3588]ir hand [G5495][G1473].
40: And [G2532] he went forth again [G3825] on the other side [G4008] of the [G3588] Jordan, unto [G1519] the [G3588] place [G5117] where [G3699] John was the [G3588] first [G4412] submerging ; and [G2532] he stayed [G3306] there [G1563].
41: And [G2532] many [G4183] came [G2064] to [G4314] him [G1473], and [G2532] said [G3004] that [G3754], John indeed [G3303] sign [G4592] did [G4160] no [G3762]; but all [G3956][G1161] as much as [G3745] John said [G2036] concerning [G4012] this one [G3778] was true .
42: And [G2532] trusted '[G4100] many [G4183] there [G1563] in [G1519] him [G1473].
