Genesis Chapter 15 - | Early Church Bible

1: And after [G3326][G1161] the [G3588]se words [G4487][G3778] came [G1096] word [G4487] of Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] Abram in [G1722] a vision [G3705], saying [G3004], Do not [G3361] fear [G5399] Abram, I [G1473] will shield you [G1473]. the [G3588] Your wage [G3408][G1473] much [G4183] will be exceedingly [G4970].
2: says [G3004] And [G1161] Abram], Boss [G1203], O Boss '[G2962], what [G5100] will you give to me [G1473][G1325], for I [G1473][G1161] am wasting away childless , but the [G3588][G1161] son [G5207] of Masek the [G3588] of my native-born maid servant [G1473], this [G3778] Damascus Eliezer [is heir]?
3: And [G2532] Abram said [G2036], Since [G1894] to me [G1473] you gave not [G3756][G1325] a seed [G4690], the [G3588]n [G1161] my native-born servant [G1473] will be heir [G2816] to me [G1473].
4: And [G2532] straightly voice [G5456] of Boss '[G2962] came [G1096] to [G4314] him [G1473], saying [G3004], will not [G3756] be heir [G2816] to you [G1473] This one [G3778], another will come forth [G1831] from [G1537] you [G1473], this [one [G3778] will be heir [G2816] to you [G1473].
5: And he led [G1806][G1161] him [G1473] outside [G1854], and [G2532] said [G2036] to him [G1473], Look up indeed [G1211] into [G1519] the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772], and [G2532] count out the [G3588] stars , if [G1487] you are able [G1410] to count them [G1473]! And [G2532] he said [G2036], Thus [G3779] will be the [G3588] your seed [G4690][G1473].
6: And [G2532] Abram trusted '[G4100] the [G3588] in God '[G2316], and [G2532] it was imputed [G3049] to him [G1473] for [G1519] righteousness [G1343].
7: And he said [G2036][G1161] to [G4314] him [G1473], I [am [G1473] the [G3588] God '[G2316] the [G3588] leading [G1806] you [G1473] from out of [G1537] place [G5561] of Chaldeans, so as [G5620] to give [G1325] to you [G1473] the [G3588] this land '[G1093][G3778] to inherit [G2816].
8: And he said [G2036][G1161], Boss [G1203], O Boss '[G2962], how [G2596][G5100] will I know [G1097] that [G3754] I will inherit [G2816] it [G1473]?
9: And he said [G2036][G1161] to him [G1473], Take [G2983] for me [G1473] a heifer [G1151] being three years old , and [G2532] a goat being three years old , and [G2532] a ram being three years old , and [G2532] a turtle-dove [G5167], and [G2532] a pigeon [G4058]!
10: And he took [G2983][G1161] to himself [G1473] all [G3956] these [G3778], and [G2532] he divided [G1244] them [G1473] in the middle [G3319], and [G2532] put [G5087] them [G1473] facing one another ; but the [G3588][G1161] birds [G3732] he did not [G3756] divide [G1244].
11: came down [G2597] And [G1161] birds [G3732] upon [G1909] the [G3588] bodies [G4983] the [G3588] pieces of their [G1473], and [G2532] sat down [G4776] with them [G1473] Abram].
12: And about [G4012][G1161] of sun [G2246] descent [G1424] a change of state [G1611] fell upon [G1968] the [G3588] Abram. And [G2532] look [G2400], fear [G5401] dark [G4652] a great [G3173] fell upon [G1968] him [G1473].
13: And [G2532] it was said [G2046] to [G4314] Abram, [In] knowing [G1097] you will know [G1097] that [G3754] a sojourner [G3941] will be the [G3588] your seed [G4690][G1473] in [G1722] a land '[G1093] not [G3756] [their] own [G2398], and [G2532] they will enslave [G1402] them [G1473], and [G2532] will afflict [G2559] them [G1473], and [G2532] humble [G5013] them [G1473] four hundred [G5071] years [G2094].
14: But the [G3588][G1161] tradition-people (ethnic) '[G1484] which [G3739] ever they may be slave to [G1398], I will judge [G2919][G1473]. And after [G3326][G1161] these [things] [G3778] they will come forth [G1831] here [G5602] with [G3326] belongings much [G4183].
15: But you [G1473][G1161] will go forth to [G4314] the [G3588] your fathers [G3962][G1473] with [G3326] peace [G1515], being entombed [G2290] in [G1722] old age [G1094] a good [G2570].
16: And fourth [G5067][G1161] generation [G1074] will return here [G5602], for not yet [G3768][G1063] have been filled up the [G3588] sins of the [G3588] Amorites] unto [G2193] the [G3588] present [G3568].
17: And when [G1893][G1161] the [G3588] sun [G2246] was [G1096] in [G4314] descent [G1424], a flame [G5395] came [G1096], and [G2532] look [G2400], [there was] an oven [G2823] smoking ; and [G2532] [there were] lamps [G2985] of fire [G4442] which [G3739] went through [G1330] in the midst of the [G3588]se pieces [G3778].
18: In [G1722] the [G3588] that day [G2250][G1565] BOSS ordained [G1303][G2962] a covenant [G1242] the [G3588] with Abram, saying [G3004], [To the [G3588] your seed [G4690][G1473] I will give [G1325] the [G3588] this land '[G1093][G3778], from the [G3588] river [G4215] of Egypt unto [G2193] the [G3588] river [G4215] of the [G3588] great [G3173] Euphrates,
19: the the [G3588] Kenites, and [G2532] the [G3588] Kenizites, and [G2532] the [G3588] Kadmonites,
20: and [G2532] the [G3588] Hittites, and [G2532] the [G3588] Perizzites, and [G2532] the [G3588] Raphaim,
21: and [G2532] the [G3588] Amorites, and [G2532] the [G3588] Canaanites, and [G2532] the [G3588] Girgashites, and [G2532] the [G3588] Jebusites.
