1: Speak [G2036] [to the [G3588] your brothers [G1473], My People [G2992][G1473], and [G2532] [to the [G3588] your sister [G1473], Being Shown compassion [G1653]!
2: Plead [G2919] with [G4314] the [G3588] your mother [G3384][G1473]! Plead [G2919]! for [G3754] she [G1473] [is] not [G3756] my wife [G1135][G1473], and [G2532] I [am [G1473] not [G3756] her husband [G1473]. And [G2532] I will lift away [G1808] the [G3588] her harlotry [G4202][G1473] from [G1537] in front [G4383] of me [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] her adultery [G3430][G1473] from [G1537] between [G3319] the [G3588] her breasts [G3149][G1473];
3: so [G3704] that I will strip [G1562] her [G1473] naked [G1131], and [G2532] restore her [G1473] as [G2531] day [G2250] of her birth [G1078][G1473]; and [G2532] I will set [G5087] her [G1473] as [G5613] desolate [G2048], and [G2532] I will arrange [G5021] her [G1473] as [G5613] land '[G1093] a waterless , and [G2532] I will kill her [G1473] by [G1722] thirst [G1373].
4: And [G2532] the [G3588] on her children [G5043][G1473] in no way will I show compassion [G1653], for [G3754] children [G5043] of harlotry [G4202] it is .
5: For [G3754] fornicated [G1608] the [G3588]ir mother [G3384][G1473]; disgraced [them [G2617] the [G3588] [one] bearing [G5088] them [G1473]. For [G3754] she said [G2036], I will go [G4198] after [G3694] the [G3588] my lovers [G1473], the [G3588] [ones] giving [G1325] to me [G1473] the [G3588] my bread loaves [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] my water [G5204][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] my garments [G2440][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] my linen bands [G3608][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] my olive oil [G1637][G1473], and [G2532] all [G3956] as much as [G3745] is fit for me [G1473][G2520].
6: On account of [G1223] this [G3778], look [G2400], I [G1473] shut up [G5420] the [G3588] her way [G3598][G1473] with [G1722] barbs [G4647], and [G2532] I will block the [G3588] her ways [G3598][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] her road [G5147][G1473] in no way should she find [G2147].
7: And [G2532] she will pursue [G2614] the [G3588] her lovers [G1473], and [G2532] in no way will she overtake [G2638] them [G1473]; and [G2532] she will seek [G2212] them [G1473], and [G2532] in no way will she find [them [G2147]. And [G2532] she will say [G2046], I will go [G4198] and [G2532] return [G1994] to [G4314] the [G3588] husband my [G1473] for the [G3588]mer [G4387], for [G3754] good [G2570] to me [G1473] it was then [G5119] [rather] than [G2228] now [G3568].
8: And [G2532] she [G1473] did not [G3756] know [G1097] that [G3754] I [G1473] gave [G1325] to her [G1473] the [G3588] grain [G4621], and [G2532] the [G3588] wine [G3631], and [G2532] the [G3588] olive oil [G1637], and [G2532] silver multiplied [G4129] to her [G1473]. But she [G1473][G1161] silver and [G2532] gold [things] [G5552] made [G4160] [to the [G3588] Baal.
9: On account of [G1223] this [G3778] I will return [G1994] and [G2532] carry [away [G2865] the [G3588] my grain [G4621][G1473] according to [G2596] its season [G5610][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] my wine [G3631][G1473] in [G1722] its time [G2540][G1473]; and [G2532] I will remove the [G3588] my garments [G2440][G1473] and [G2532] the [G3588] my linen bands [G3608][G1473] [so as the [G3588] to not [G3361] cover [G2572] the [G3588] her indecency [G1473].
10: And [G2532] now [G3568] I will uncover the [G3588] her uncleanness [G1473] before [G1799] the [G3588] her lovers [G1473], and [G2532] not one [G3367] will rescue [G1807] her [G1473] from out of [G1537] my hand [G5495][G1473].
11: And [G2532] I will turn away all [G3956] the [G3588] her gladness [G2167][G1473] of her holiday [feasts [G1859][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] her new moons [G3561][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] her Sabbaths [G4521][G1473], and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] her festivals [G3831][G1473].
12: And [G2532] I will remove her grapevine [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] her fig-trees [G4808][G1473] -- as much as [G3745] she said [G2036], my wages [G3410][G1473] These [G3778] are which [G3739] gave [G1325] to me [G1473] the [G3588] my lovers [G1473]. And [G2532] I will appoint [G5087] them [G1473] for [G1519] a testimony [G3142]. And [G2532] will devour [G2719] them [G1473] the [G3588] wild beasts [G2342] of the [G3588] field , and [G2532] the [G3588] birds [G4071] of the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772], and [G2532] the [G3588] reptiles [G2062] of the [G3588] land '[G1093].
13: And [G2532] I will take vengeance [G1556] upon [G1909] her [G1473] for the [G3588] days [G2250] of the [G3588] Baals, in [G1722] which [G3739] she sacrificed to them [G1473], and [G2532] put on [G4060] the [G3588] her ear-rings [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] her hanging necklaces [G1473], and [G2532] went [G4198] after [G3694] the [G3588] her lovers [G1473]; but me [G1473][G1161] she forgot [G1950], says [G3004] Boss '[G2962].
14: On account of [G1223] this [G3778], look [G2400], I will [G1473] wander [G4105] her [G1473], and [G2532] I will order [G5021] her [G1473] as [G5613] desolate [G2048], and [G2532] I will speak [G2980] unto [G1909] the [G3588] her heart [G2588][G1473].
15: And [G2532] I will give [G1325] to her [G1473] the [G3588] her possessions [G2933][G1473] from there [G1564], and [G2532] the [G3588] valley of Achor to open wide [G1272] her understanding [G4907][G1473]. And [G2532] she will be humbled [G5013] there [G1563] according to [G2596] the [G3588] days [G2250] of the [G3588] her infancy [G1473], and [G2532] according to [G2596] the [G3588] days [G2250] of her ascending [G1473] from out of [G1537] land '[G1093] of Egypt.
16: And [G2532] it will be in [G1722] that [G1565] the [G3588] day [G2250], says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], she will call [G2564] me [G1473], the [G3588] My husband [G1473], and [G2532] will not [G3756] call [G2564] me [G1473] any longer [G2089], Baalim.
17: And [G2532] I will lift away [G1808] the [G3588] names [G3686] of the [G3588] Baalim from [G1537] her mouth [G4750][G1473], and [G2532] in no way should be remembered [G3403] any longer [G3765] the [G3588]ir names [G3686][G1473].
18: And [G2532] I will ordain [G1303] to them [G1473] a covenant [G1242] in [G1722] the [G3588] that day [G2250][G1565] with [G3326] the [G3588] wild beasts [G2342] of the [G3588] field , and [G2532] with [G3326] the [G3588] birds [G4071] of the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772], and [G2532] the [G3588] reptiles [G2062] of the [G3588] land '[G1093]. And [G2532] bow [G5115] and [G2532] broadsword [G4501] and [G2532] war [G4171] I will break [G4937] from the [G3588] land '[G1093], and [G2532] I will settle upon [G1909] hope [G1680].
19: And [G2532] I will espouse [G3423] you [G1473] to myself [G1683] into [G1519] the [G3588] age (term) `; and [G2532] I will espouse [G3423] you [G1473] to myself [G1683] in [G1722] righteousness [G1343], and [G2532] in [G1722] equity [G2917], and [G2532] in [G1722] compassion [G1656], and [G2532] in [G1722] compassions [G3628].
20: And [G2532] I will espouse [G3423] you [G1473] to myself [G1683] in [G1722] trust '[G4102]. And [G2532] you will recognize [G1921] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962].
21: And [G2532] it will be in [G1722] that [G1565] the [G3588] day [G2250], says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], I will give heed [G1873] to the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772], and [G2532] the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772] will give heed [G1873] to the [G3588] land '[G1093].
22: And [G2532] the [G3588] land '[G1093] will heed [G1873] the [G3588] grain [G4621], and [G2532] the [G3588] wine [G3631], and [G2532] the [G3588] olive oil [G1637]; and [G2532] they [G1473] will [give] heed [G1873] the [G3588] to Jezreel.
23: And [G2532] I will sow [G4687] her [G1473] to myself [G1683] upon [G1909] the [G3588] land '[G1093]; and [G2532] I will love the [G3588] [one] not [G3756] being loved . And [G2532] I will say [G2046] to the [G3588] [one] not [G3756] my people [G2992][G1473], my people [G2992][G1473] You are [G1473]; and [G2532] he [G1473] will say [G2046], Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of me [G1473] You are [G1473].
