Hebrews Chapter 5 - | Early Church Bible

1: For every [G3956] chief priest from among [G1537] men being taken [G2983], for [G5228] men is established] in [G2525] the [things] [G3588] for [G4314] the [G3588] God '[G2316], that [G2443] he should offer [G4374] both gift [offerings [G1435][G5037] and [G2532] sacrifices [G2378] for [G5228] sin [offerings ;
2: to moderate emotions [G3356] being able [G1410] with the [G3588] [ones] being ignorant and [G2532] erring [G4105]; since [G1893] also [G2532] he [G1473] is encompassed [G4029] with weakness .
3: And [G2532] on account of [G1223] this [G3778] he ought [G3784], as [G2531] concerning [G4012] the [G3588] people [G2992], so [G3779] also [G2532] concerning [G4012] himself [G1438] to offer [G4374] for [G5228] sins .
4: And [G2532] not [G3756] to himself [G1438] [does] anyone [G5100] take [G2983] the [G3588] honor [G5092], but the [G3588] [one] being called [G2564] by [G5259] the [G3588] God '[G2316], just as [G2509][G2532] Aaron.
5: Thus [G3779] also [G2532] the [G3588] [one] Anointed '[G5547] did not [G3756] glorify himself [G1438][G1392] to become [G1096] chief priest , but the [G3588] [one] saying [G2980] to [G4314] him [G1473], my son [G5207][G1473] You are [G1473], I [G1473] today [G4594] have engendered [G1080] you [G1473].

9: And [G2532] having been perfected [G5048], he became [G1096] the [G3588] [ones] obeying [G5219] him [G1473] to all [G3956] reason deliverance [G4991] of the term (age) ';
10: having been addressed [G4316] by [G5259] the [G3588] God '[G2316] [as] chief priest according to [G2596] the [G3588] order [G5010] of Melchisedek.
11: Concerning [G4012] of whom [G3739] [is] much [G4183] our [G1473] the [G3588] word [G3056] and [G2532] difficult in interpretation [G1421] to speak [G3004], since [G1893] dull [G3576] you have become [G1096] in the [G3588] hearings .
12: For though [G2532][G1063] [you] ought [G3784] to be teachers [G1320] because of [G1223] the [G3588] time [G5550], again [G3825] need [G5532] you have [G2192] [of one the [G3588] to teach [G1321] you [G1473] what [are [G5100] the [G3588] elements [G4747] of the [G3588] beginning of the [G3588] oracles [G3051] of the [G3588] God '[G2316]; and [G2532] you have become [G1096] need [G5532] having [G2192] of milk [G1051], and [G2532] not [G3756] of solid [G4731] nourishment [G5160].
13: For every [one [G3956][G1063] the [G3588] partaking of [G3348] milk [G1051] [is] inexperienced of word [G3056] of righteousness [G1343]; an infant [G3516] for [G1063] he is .
14: for full grown [G5046] But [G1161] is the [G3588] solid [G4731] nourishment [G5160], of the [G3588] [ones] through [G1223] the [G3588] manner [G1838] the [G3588] senses exercised [G1128] of having [G2192] for [G4314] distinction [G1253] of both good [G2570][G5037] and [G2532] evil [G2556].
