1: In [G1722] the [G3588] that time [G2540][G1565] was ill Abijah son [G5207] of Jeroboam].
2: And [G2532] [to the [G3588] his wife [G1135][G1473] said [G2036] Jeroboam], Rise up and [G2532] change that [G2532] they will not know [G3756][G1097] that [G3754] you [are [G1473] wife [G1135] of Jeroboam, and [G2532] go [G4198] unto [G1519] Shiloh! look [G2400], [is] there [G1563] Ahijah the [G3588] prophet [G4396], he [G1473] spoke [G2980] unto [G1909] me [G1473] the [G3588] to reign over [G1909] the [G3588] this people [G2992][G3778].
3: And [G2532] take [G2983] in [G1519] the [G3588] your hand [G5495][G1473] ten [G1176] bread loaves , and [G2532] small cakes [G2854], and [G2532] a jar [G4713] of honey [G3192], and [G2532] you will go [G2064] to [G4314] him [G1473]. He [G1473] will announce to you [G1473] what [G5100] will be to the [G3588] child [G3813].
4: And [G2532] did [G4160] thus [G3779] the [G3588] wife [G1135] of Jeroboam]. And [G2532] she rose up , and [G2532] went [G4198] to [G1519] Shiloh, and [G2532] she entered [G1525] into [G1519] the [G3588] house [G3624] of Ahijah. And [G2532] the [G3588] man [was] old [G4245] for the [G3588] seeing [G1492], and [G2532] were blunted the [G3588] his eyes [G3788][G1473] from the [G3588] his old age [G1094][G1473].
5: And [G2532] BOSS said [G2036][G2962] to [G4314] Ahijah, look [G2400], the [G3588] wife [G1135] of Jeroboam enters [G1525] the [G3588] to seek [G1567] an utterance [G4487] from [G3844] you [G1473] concerning [G5228] her son [G5207][G1473], for [G3754] he is ill . According to [G2596] this [G3778] and [G2532] according to [G2596] that [G3778] you will speak [G2980] to [G4314] her [G1473]. And [G2532] it came to pass [G1096] in [G1722] the [G3588] her entering [G1525][G1473] that [G2532] she was as a stranger .
6: And [G2532] it came to pass [G1096] as [G5613] Ahijah heard the [G3588] sound [G5456] of her feet [G4228][G1473] of her entering [G1525][G1473] in [G1722] the [G3588] passage , that [G2532] he said [G2036], Enter [G1525], O wife [G1135] of Jeroboam! why [G2444] [is] this [G3778] you [G1473] are as a stranger , and [G2532] I [G1473] am envoy to [G4314] you [G1473] a harsh [G4642]?
7: In going [G4198], say [G2036] [to the [G3588] Jeroboam, Thus [G3592] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of Israel, Because as much as [G3745] I exalted [G5312] you [G1473] from midst [G3319] of the [G3588] people [G2992], and [G2532] appointed [G1325] you [G1473] leading [G2233] over [G1909] the [G3588] people [G2992] of Israel,
8: and [G2532] tore [G4486] the [G3588] crown of state from house [G3624] of David, and [G2532] gave [G1325] it [G1473] to you [G1473]; and [yet [G2532] you have not become [G3756][G1096] as [G5613] the [G3588] my servant [G1401][G1473] David, who [G3739] kept [G5442] the [G3588] my commandments [G1785][G1473], and [G2532] who [G3739] went [G4198] after [G3694] me [G1473] with [G1722] all [G3956] his heart [G2588][G1473], the [G3588] to do [G4160] the [G3588] upright [thing] in [G1722] my eyes [G3788][G1473].

10: On account of [G1223] this [G3778] look [G2400], I [G1473] convey ' evil [G2549] to [G4314] house [G3624] of Jeroboam, and [G2532] I will utterly destroy [G1842] of Jeroboam one urinating against [G4314] a wall [G5109], one coming [G1904] and [G2532] one being left behind [G2641] in [G1722] Israel. And [G2532] I will choose [G1951] over [G1909] house [G3624] of Jeroboam as [G2531] one chooses [G1951] the [G3588] dung unto [G2193] finishing [G5048] it [G1473].
11: the [one] [G3588] having died [G2348] of the [G3588] Jeroboam in [G1722] the [G3588] city [G4172] will devour [G2719] the [G3588] dogs [G2965]. And [G2532] the [G3588] [one] having died [G2348] in [G1722] the [G3588] field will devour [G2719] the [G3588] birds [G4071] of the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772]; for [G3754] Boss '[G2962] spoke [G2980].
12: And [G2532] you [G1473], rising up , go [G4198] unto [G1519] your house [G3624][G1473]! In [G1722] the [G3588] entering [G1525] feet [G4228] of your [G1473] in the [G3588] city [G4172] will die the [G3588] child [G3808].
13: And [G2532] will lament [G2875] him [G1473] all [G3956] Israel], and [G2532] entomb [G2290] him [G1473], for [G3754] this one [G3779] only [G3441] will enter [G1525] of the [G3588] Jeroboam to [G4314] tomb [G5028], for [G3756] there will be found [G2147] in [G1722] him [G1473] word [G4487] a good [G2570] concerning [G4012] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] God '[G2316] of Israel among [G1722] house [G3624] of Jeroboam.
14: And [G2532] BOSS will raise up [G2962] for himself [G1438] a king over [G1909] Israel who [G3739] will strike [G4141] the [G3588] house [G3624] of Jeroboam this [G3778] the [G3588] day [G2250], and [G2532] yet [G2089] also [G2532] indeed [G1065] now [G3568].
15: And [G2532] BOSS will strike [G4141][G2962] the [G3588] Israel as [G2505] shaken [G2795] the [G3588] a reed [G2563] in [G1722] the [G3588] water [G5204]. And [G2532] he will pluck out the [G3588] Israel upward the [G3588] soil the [G3588] good of this [G3778] of which [G3739] he gave [G1325] [to the [G3588]ir fathers [G3962][G1473]. And [G2532] he will winnow [G3039] them [G1473] on the other side [G4008] of the [G3588] river [G4215], because of as many [G3745] they made [G4160] of the [G3588]ir sacred groves [G1473], provoking to anger [G3949] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962].
16: And [G2532] BOSS gave [G1325][G2962] the [G3588] Israel favor [G5484] [from the] sins of Jeroboam, who [G3739] sinned and [G2532] who [G3739] led Israel into sin .
17: And [G2532] rose up the [G3588] wife [G1135] of Jeroboam], and [G2532] went [G4198] unto [G1519] Tizrah. And [G2532] it came to pass [G1096] as [G5613] she entered [G1525] in [G1722] the [G3588] threshold of the [G3588] house [G3624], that [G2532] the [G3588] child [G3808] died .
18: And [G2532] they entombed [G2290] it [G1473], and [G2532] lamented [G2875] it [G1473] all [G3956] Israel], according to [G2596] the [G3588] word [G4487] of Boss '[G2962], the [word the [G3588] he spoke [G2980] by [G1722] hand [G5495] of his servant [G1401][G1473] Ahijah the [G3588] prophet [G4396].
19: And [G2532] extra [G4053] things [G4487] of Jeroboam, as much as [G3745] he waged war [G4170], and [G2532] as much as [G3745] he reigned , look [G2400], they [G1473] are written [G1125] in [G1909] scroll of words [G4487] of the [G3588] days [G2250] of the [G3588] kings of Israel.
20: And [G2532] the [G3588] days [G2250] which [G3739] Jeroboam reigned [were] twenty [G1501] and [G2532] two [G1417] years [G2094]. And [G2532] he slept [G2837] with [G3326] the [G3588] his fathers [G3962][G1473], and [G2532] reigned Nadab son [G5207] of him [G1473] instead of him [G1473].
21: And [G2532] Rehoboam son [G5207] of Solomon reigned over [G1909] Judah. a son [G5207] [being] forty [G5062] and [G2532] one [G1520] years [old [G1763] Rehoboam [was]] in [G1722] the [G3588] his being given reign [G1473]. And [G2532] seventeen years [G2094] he reigned in [G1722] Jerusalem, in the [G3588] city [G4172] in [G1722] which [G3739] BOSS chose [G1586][G2962] to put [G5087] the [G3588] name [G3686] of him [G1473] there [G1563] from [G1537] all [G3956] of tribes [G5443] of the [G3588] Israel. And [G2532] the [G3588] name [G3686] of the [G3588] his mother [G3384][G1473] [was] Naamah the [G3588] Ammonitess.
22: And [G2532] Judah acted [G4160] the [G3588] wickedly [G4190] before [G1799] Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] provoked him to jealousy [G3863][G1473] in [G1722] all [G3956] the [things] which [G3739] did [G4160] the [G3588] his fathers [G3962][G1473] in [G1722] the [G3588]ir sins [G1473] which [G3739] they sinned .

24: And [G2532] bonding together [G4886] took place [G1096] in [G1722] the [G3588] land '[G1093], and [G2532] they did [G4160] from all [G3956] the [G3588] abominations of the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] which [G3739] BOSS removed [G1808][G2962] in front [G4383] [of the] sons [G5207] of Israel.
25: And [G2532] it came to pass [G1096] in [G1722] the [G3588] year [G1763] the [G3588] fifth [G3991] of reigning of Rehoboam, went up Shishak king of Egypt] against [G1909] Jerusalem.
26: And [G2532] he took [G2983] all [G3956] the [G3588] treasures [G2344] of house [G3624] of Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] the [G3588] treasures [G2344] of house [G3624] of the [G3588] king , even [G2532] the [G3588] whole [G3956] he took [G2983], and [G2532] the [G3588] shields [G3696] of the [G3588] gold [G5552] which [G3739] Solomon made [G4160].
27: And [G2532] made [G4160] Rehoboam the [G3588] king shields [G3696] of brass [G5470] instead of them [G1473], and [G2532] were set in place [G2007] by [G1909] him [G1473] the [G3588] leaders [G2233] of the [G3588] bodyguards , the [G3588] [ones] guarding [G5442] the [G3588] vestibule [G4440] of house [G3624] of the [G3588] king .
28: And [G2532] it came to pass [G1096] when [G3753] entered [G1531] the [G3588] king into [G1519] house [G3624] of Boss '[G2962], that [G2532] lifted them [G1473] the [G3588] bodyguards , and [G2532] fastened them [G1473] in [G1519] the [G3588] vestibule of the [G3588] bodyguards .
29: And [G2532] the [G3588] rest [G3062] of the [G3588] words [G3056] of Rehoboam, and [G2532] all [G3956] the things which [G3745] he did [G4160], not [G3756] look [G2400] these [G3778] are] written [G1125] upon [G1722] scroll of words [G3056] of the [G3588] days [G2250] of the [G3588] kings of Judah?
30: And [G2532] there was war [G4171] between Rehoboam and [G2532] Jeroboam all [G3956] the [G3588] days [G2250].
31: And [G2532] Rehoboam slept [G2837] with [G3326] the [G3588] his fathers [G3962][G1473]. And [G2532] they entombed [him [G2290] with [G3326] the [G3588] his fathers [G3962][G1473] in [G1722] city [G4172] of David. And [G2532] name [G3686] of the [G3588] his mother [G3384][G1473] [was] Naamah the [G3588] Ammonitess. And [G2532] reigned Abijam son [G5207] of him [G1473] instead of him [G1473].
