Ezekiel Chapter 29 - | Early Church Bible

1: In [G1722] the [G3588] year [G2094] the [G3588] tenth [G1181], in [G1722] the [G3588] tenth [G1181] month [G3376], [day] one [G1520] of the [G3588] month [G3376], came [G1096] word [G3056] [of the] Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] me [G1473] saying [G3004],
2: O son [G5207] of man , firmly fix [G4741] the [G3588] face [G4383] of you [G1473] against [G1909] Pharaoh king of Egypt, and [G2532] prophesy [G4395] against [G1909] him [G1473], and [G2532] against [G1909] entire Egypt [G3650]!
3: Speak [G2980] and [G2532] say [G2036]! Thus [G3592] says [G3004] Adonai Boss '[G2962]; look [G2400], I [am [G1473] against [G1909] you [G1473], O Pharaoh king of Egypt, the [G3588] dragon [G1404] the [G3588] great [G3173], the [G3588] [one] lying in wait in [G1722] midst [G3319] of the [G3588] his rivers [G4215][G1473]. the [G3588] [one] saying [G3004], are mine [G1699] the [G3588] rivers [G4215], and [G2532] I [G1473] made [G4160] them [G1473].
4: And [G2532] I [G1473] will put [G1325] snares [G3803] into [G1519] the [G3588] your jaws [G4600][G1473], and [G2532] I will cleave [G4347] the [G3588] fishes [G2486] of the [G3588] your river [G4215][G1473] to [G4314] the [G3588] your wings [G4420][G1473]. And [G2532] I will lead you [G1473] from out of [G1537] midst [G3319] of the [G3588] your river [G4215][G1473], and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] fishes [G2486] of the [G3588] river [G4215] [to the [G3588] your scales [G3013][G1473] I will cleave [G4347].
5: And [G2532] I will throw you down [G2598][G1473][G1722] quickly [G5034], and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] fishes [G2486] of the [G3588] your river [G4215][G1473]. Upon [G1909] face [G4383] of the [G3588] plain you will fall [G4098], and [G2532] no way will you be brought together [G4863]; and [G2532] no way will you be screened . To the [G3588] wild beasts [G2342] of the [G3588] land '[G1093], and [G2532] to the [G3588] winged creatures [G4071] of the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772] I have given [G1325] you [G1473] for [G1519] a thing [to be] devoured .
6: And [G2532] will know [G1097] all [G3956] the [G3588] [ones] dwelling [G2730] Egypt] that [G3754] I [G1473] am Boss '[G2962], because you became [G1096] a rod [G4464] of reed to the [G3588] house [G3624] of Israel.
7: When [G3753] they took hold of [G1949] you [G1473] [with] the [G3588]ir hand [G5495][G1473], then [G2532] you were fractured ; and [G2532] when [G3753] prevailed against [G1909] them [G1473] every [G3956] hand [G5495]. And [G2532] when [G3753] they rested [G1879] upon [G1909] you [G1473], you were broken [G4937], and [G2532] you broke of them [G1473] of all [G3956] loin [G3751].
8: On account of [G1223] this [G3778], thus [G3592] says [G3004] Adonai Boss '[G2962]; look [G2400], I [G1473] bring [G1863] upon [G1909] you [G1473] broadsword [G4501]; and [G2532] I will destroy men from you [G1473], and [G2532] beasts [G2934].
9: And [G2532] will be the [G3588] land '[G1093] of Egypt] [for] destruction and [G2532] desolation [G2048]. And [G2532] they will know [G1097] that [G3754] I [G1473] am Boss '[G2962], because of the [G3588] your saying [G3004][G1473], the [G3588] rivers [G4215] are mine [G1699] and [G2532] I [G1473] made [G4160] them [G1473].
10: On account of [G1223] this [G3778], look [G2400], I [am [G1473] against [G1909] you [G1473], and [G2532] against [G1909] all [G3956] the [G3588] your rivers [G4215][G1473]. And [G2532] I will give [G1325] the [G3588] land '[G1093] of Egypt unto [G1519] desolation [G2048], broadsword [G4501], and [G2532] destruction , from Migdol and [G2532] Syene even [G2532] unto [G2193] borders [G3725] of Ethiopians.
11: In no way will there go through [G1330] by [G1722] it [G1473] foot [G4228] of a man ; and [G2532] foot [G4228] of a beast [G2934] in no way will go through [G1330] it [G1473], and [G2532] it will not [G3756] be inhabited [G2730] forty [G5062] years [G2094].
12: And [G2532] I will appoint [G1325] the [G3588] her land '[G1093][G1473] for [G1519] destruction in [G1722] midst [G3319] of a land '[G1093] being made desolated [G2049], and [G2532] the [G3588] her cities [G4172][G1473] in [G1722] midst [G3319] of cities [G4172] being made desolated [G2049] will be for extinction forty [G5062] years [G2094]. And [G2532] I will scatter [G1289] Egypt among [G1722] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484], and [G2532] I will winnow [G3039] them [G1473] among [G1722] the [G3588] places [G5561].
13: Thus [G3592] says [G3004] Adonai Boss '[G2962]; After [G3326] forty [G5062] years [G2094] I will gather [G4863] Egyptians from the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] of which [G3739] they were dispersed [G1287] there [G1563].
14: And [G2532] I will return the [G3588] captivity of the [G3588] Egyptians, and [G2532] I will settle them [G1473] in [G1722] land '[G1093] of Phathros, in [G1722] the [G3588] land '[G1093] from where [G3606] they were taken [G2983]; and [G2532] it will be rule a humble [G5011] there [G1563],
15: more than [G3844] all [G3956] the [G3588] rules , [G2532] it will be least [G5011] the [G3588] to not be raised up high [G3361][G5312] any more [G2089] over [G1909] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484]. And [G2532] very few them [G1473] I will make [G4160], [so as for the [G3588] to not be [G3361] them [G1473] many [G4183] among [G1722] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484].
16: And [G2532] no longer [G3765] will they be any more [G2089] to the [G3588] house [G3624] of Israel for [G1519] a hope [G1680], calling to mind lawlessness in [G1722] the [G3588]ir following [G1473] after [G3694] them [G1473]. And [G2532] they will know [G1097] that [G3754] I [G1473] am Adonai Boss '[G2962].
17: And [G2532] it came to pass [G1096] in [G1722] the [G3588] seventh [G1442] and [G2532] twentieth year [G2094], [day] one [G1520] of the [G3588] month [G3376] the [G3588] first [G4413], came [G1096] word [G3056] of Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] me [G1473], saying [G3004],
18: O son [G5207] of man , Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon reduced to slavery [G2615] the [G3588] his force [G1411][G1473] service [G1397] for a great [G3173] against [G1909] Tyre. Every [G3956] head [G2776] [was] bald and [G2532] every [G3956] shoulder [G5606] loose of hair . And [G2532] a wage [G3408] did not [G3756] exist [G1096] to him [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] his force [G1411][G1473] [was] against [G1909] Tyre, for [G1223] the [G3588] service [G1397] of which [G3739] they served [G1398] against [G1909] it [G1473].
19: On account of [G1223] this [G3778], thus [G3592] says [G3004] Adonai Boss '[G2962]; look [G2400], I give [G1325] [to the [G3588] Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon the [G3588] land '[G1093] of Egypt; and [G2532] he will despoil the [G3588] her spoils [G4661][G1473], and [G2532] he will plunder the [G3588] her plunder [G1473]; and [G2532] it will be wage [G3408] for the [G3588] his force [G1411][G1473].
20: In return for the [G3588] his ministration [G3009][G1473] of which [G3739] he served [G1398] against [G1909] Tyre, I have given [G1325] to him [G1473] land '[G1093] of Egypt, because of as much as [G3745] he worked [G2038] to me [G1473], says [G3004] Adonai Boss '[G2962].
21: In [G1722] the [G3588] that day [G2250][G1565] there will rise up a horn [G2768] to all [G3956] the [G3588] house [G3624] of Israel, and [G2532] I will give [G1325] to you [G1473] a mouth [G4750] being opened in [G1722] midst [G3319] of them [G1473]; and [G2532] they will know [G1097] that [G3754] I [G1473] am Boss '[G2962].
