Let avenge [G1556] the [G3588] with punishment [G1557] the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel] on [G1537] the [G3588] Midianites; and [G2532] at last [G2078] you will be added [G4369] to [G4314] the [G3588] your people [G2992][G1473].

And [G2532] Moses spoke [G2980] to [G4314] the [G3588] people [G2992] saying [G3004], Completely arm [G1537] your [G1473] men , and [G2532] deploy before [G1725] Boss '[G2962] against [G1909] Midian, to render punishment [G1557] by [G3844] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] on Midian.

A thousand [G5507] from [G1537] a tribe [G5443]; even [G2532] a thousand [G5507] from [G1537] a tribe [G5443] from [G1537] all [G3956] [of the] tribes [G5443] of sons [G5207] of Israel you send to deploy !

And [G2532] they counted out from [G1537] the [G3588] thousands [G5505] of Israel, a thousand [G5507] from [G1537] a tribe [G5443]. Twelve [G1427] thousand [G5505] being armed in [G1519] battle array .

And [G2532] sent them [G1473] Moses], a thousand [G5507] from out of [G1537] a tribe [G5443]; even [G2532] a thousand [G5507] from out of [G1537] a tribe [G5443] with [G4862] their force [G1411][G1473]. And [G2532] Phinehas son [G5207] of Eleazar son [G5207] of Aaron the [G3588] priest [G2409]; and [G2532] the [G3588] items [G4632] the [G3588] pure ' and [G2532] the [G3588] trumpets [G4536] [were] in [G1722] the [G3588]ir hands [G5495][G1473] for the [G3588] signals .

And [G2532] they deployed against [G1909] Midian as [G2505] BOSS gave charge [G1781][G2962] to Moses. And [G2532] they killed every [G3956] male .

And [G2532] the [G3588] kings of Midian they killed together [with] the [G3588]ir slain [G1473] the [G3588] Evi, and [G2532] the [G3588] Rekem, and [G2532] the [G3588] Zur, and [G2532] the [G3588] Hur, and [G2532] the [G3588] Reba, five [G4002] kings of Midian; and [G2532] the [G3588] Balaam son [G5207] of Beor they killed by [G1722] broadsword [G4501] with [G4862] the [G3588]ir slain [G1473].

And [G2532] they despoiled the [G3588] women [G1135] of Midian, and [G2532] the [G3588]ir belongings [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir cattle [G2934][G1473], and [G2532] all [G3956] the [things] [G3588] procured by them [G1473]; and [G2532] the [G3588]ir force [G1411][G1473] they despoiled .

And [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588]ir cities [G4172][G1473], the [G3588] [ones] in [G1722] the [G3588]ir dwellings [G2733][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir properties [G1886][G1473] they burned [G1714] by [G1722] fire [G4442].

And [G2532] they took [G2983] all [G3956] the [G3588] plunder , and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588]ir spoils [G4661][G1473] -- from man unto [G2193] beast [G2934].

And [G2532] they conveyed ' to [G4314] Moses, and [G2532] to [G4314] Eleazar the [G3588] priest [G2409], and [G2532] to [G4314] all [G3956] sons [G5207] of Israel, the [G3588] captivity , and [G2532] the [G3588] spoils [G4661], and [G2532] the [G3588] plunder , into [G1519] the [G3588] camp [G3925] in [G1519] wilderness of Moab which [G3739] is upon [G1909] the [G3588] Jordan by [G2596] Jericho.

And [G2532] Moses came forth [G1831], and [G2532] Eleazar the [G3588] priest [G2409], and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] rulers of the [G3588] congregation [G4864] to [G1519] meet with [G4877] them [G1473] outside [G1854] the [G3588] camp [G3925].

And [G2532] Moses was provoked to anger [G3710] with [G1909] the [G3588] overseers [G1985] of for the [G3588]ce [G1411] -- commanders of thousands [G5506], and [G2532] commanders of hundreds [G1543], the [G3588] [ones] coming [G2064] from [G1537] the [G3588] battle array of the [G3588] war [G4171].

And [G2532] said [G2036] to them [G1473] Moses], why [G2444] did you take alive [G2221] every [G3956] female [G2338]?

For these [G3778][G1063] were [the occasion to the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel by [G2596] the [G3588] word [G4487] of Balaam of their the [G3588] leaving and [G2532] overlooking [G5237] the [G3588] word [G4487] of Boss '[G2962], because of [G1752] Peor, and [G2532] came to pass [G1096] the [G3588] calamity [G4127] in [G1722] the [G3588] congregation [G4864] of Boss '[G2962].

And [G2532] now [G3568] kill every [G3956] male among [G1722] all [G3956] the [G3588] chattel ! And [G2532] every [G3956] woman [G1135] who [G3748] knew [G1097] marriage-bed [G2845] of a man kill !

And [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] chattel of the [G3588] women [G1135] who [G3748] have not [G3756] known [G1492] marriage-bed [G2845] of a man , take them alive [G2221][G1473]!

And [G2532] you [G1473] camp outside [G1854] the [G3588] camp [G3925] seven [G2033] days [G2250], every one [G3956] the [G3588] doing away with a soul [G5590]! And [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] having touched the [G3588] [one] being pierced will be purified in the [G3588] third [G5154] day [G2250], and [G2532] in the [G3588] day [G2250] the [G3588] seventh [G1442] you [G1473] and [G2532] the [G3588] your captivity [G1473].

And [G2532] every [G3956] wrap-around garment , and [G2532] every [G3956] item [G4632] made of skin [G1193], and [G2532] every [G3956] work [G2039] of [G1537] goat [skin , and [G2532] every [G3956] item [G4632] wooden [G3585], you will purify .

And [G2532] said [G2036] Eleazar the [G3588] priest [G2409] to [G4314] the [G3588] men of for the [G3588]ce [G1411] of the [G3588] [ones] coming [G2064] from [G1537] the [G3588] battle array of the [G3588] war [G4171], This [G3778] [is] the [G3588] ordinance [G1345] of the [G3588] law [G3551] which [G3739] BOSS gave orders [G4929][G2962] [to the [G3588] Moses.

Besides [G4133] the [G3588] gold [G5553], and [G2532] the [G3588] silver , and [G2532] brass [G5475], and [G2532] iron [G4604], and [G2532] lead , and [G2532] tin ,

every [G3956] thing [G4229] which [G3739] will go through [G1330] in [G1722] fire [G4442] will be led through [G1236] in [G1722] fire [G4442], and [G2532] will be clean [G2511], but only with the [G3588] water [G5204] of the [G3588] purification will it be purified . And [G2532] all [G3956] as many as [G3745] should not [G3361] travel [G1279] through [G1223] fire [G4442], will go [G1330] through [G1223] water [G5204].

And [G2532] you will wash [G4150] the [G3588] garments [G2440] on the [G3588] day [G2250] the [G3588] seventh [G1442], and [G2532] you will be clean [G2511]. And [G2532] after [G3326] this [G3778] you will enter [G1525] into [G1519] the [G3588] camp [G3925].

And [G2532] spoke [G2980] Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] Moses, saying [G3004],

Take [G2983] the [G3588] total sum [G2774] of the [G3588] spoils [G4661] of the [G3588] captivity , from man unto [G2193] beast [G2934], you [G1473] and [G2532] Eleazar the [G3588] priest [G2409], and [G2532] the [G3588] rulers of the [G3588] patrimony [G3965] of the [G3588] congregation [G4864]!

And [G2532] you will divide [G1244] the [G3588] spoils [G4661] between the [G3588] warriors of the [G3588] [ones] going forth [G1607] into [G1519] the [G3588] battle array , and [G2532] between whole [G3956] congregation [G4864].

And [G2532] you will offer up the [G3588] tax [G5056] [to the] Boss '[G2962] from [G3844] the [G3588] men of the [G3588] warriors , of the [G3588] [ones] going forth [G1607] into [G1519] the [G3588] battle array , one [G1520] soul [G5590] from five hundred [G4001] off the [G3588] people , and [G2532] from the [G3588] cattle [G2934], and [G2532] from the [G3588] oxen [G1016], and [G2532] from the [G3588] sheep [G4263], and [G2532] from the [G3588] donkeys [G3688];

from the [G3588]ir half [G2255][G1473] you will take [G2983]. And [G2532] you will give [G1325] to Eleazar the [G3588] priest [G2409] the [G3588] first-fruits [for the] Boss '[G2962].

And [G2532] from the [G3588] half [G2255] of the [G3588] [ones] of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel, you will take [G2983] one [G1520] from fifty [G4004], from the [G3588] people , and [G2532] from the [G3588] oxen [G1016], and [G2532] from the [G3588] sheep [G4263], and [G2532] from the [G3588] donkeys [G3688], and [G2532] from all [G3956] the [G3588] cattle [G2934]. And [G2532] you will give [G1325] them [G1473] to the [G3588] Levites, to the [G3588] [ones] guarding [G5442] the [G3588] watches [G5438] in [G1722] the [G3588] tent [G4633] of Boss '[G2962].

And [G2532] did [G4160] Moses and [G2532] Eleazar the [G3588] priest [G2409] as [G2505] BOSS gave orders [G4929][G2962] to the [G3588] Moses.

And [G2532] came to pass [G1096] the [G3588] surplus of the [G3588] plunder which [G3739] despoiled the [G3588] men the [G3588] warrior from the [G3588] sheep [G4263] -- six hundred [G1812] thousand [G5505] and [G2532] seventy [G1440] thousand [G5505] and [G2532] five thousand [G4000];

and [G2532] oxen [G1016] -- two [G1417] and [G2532] seventy [G1440] thousand [G5505];

and [G2532] donkeys [G3688] -- one [G1520] and [G2532] sixty [G1835] thousand [G5505].

And [G2532] souls [G5590] of [people from the [G3588] women [G1135] who [G3739] did not [G3756] know [G1097] marriage-bed [G2845] of a male , all [G3956] souls [G5590] -- two [G1417] and [G2532] thirty [G5144] thousand [G5505].

And [G2532] came to pass [G1096] the [G3588] half the [G3588] portion [G3310] of the [G3588] [ones] going forth [G1607] into [G1519] the [G3588] war [G4171], of [G1537] the [G3588] number of the [G3588] sheep [G4263] -- three hundred [G5145] thousand [G5505] and [G2532] thirty [G5144] thousand [G5505] and [G2532] seven thousand [G2035] and [G2532] five hundred [G4001].

And [G2532] came to pass [G1096] the [G3588] tax [G5056] to the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] off the [G3588] sheep [G4263] -- six hundred [G1812] and [G2532] seventy [G1440] five [G4002];

and [G2532] oxen [G1016] -- six [G1803] and [G2532] thirty [G5144] thousand [G5505]; and [G2532] the [G3588]ir tax [G5056][G1473] [to the] Boss '[G2962] -- two [G1417] and [G2532] seventy [G1440];

and [G2532] donkeys [G3688] -- thirty [G5144] thousand [G5505] and [G2532] five hundred [G4001]; and [G2532] the [G3588]ir tax [G5056][G1473] [to the] Boss '[G2962] -- one [G1520] and [G2532] sixty [G1835].

And [G2532] souls [G5590] of people -- six [G1803] and [G2532] ten [G1176] thousand [G5505]; and [G2532] the [G3588]ir tax [G5056][G1473] to the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] -- two [G1417] and [G2532] thirty [G5144] souls [G5590].

And [G2532] Moses gave [G1325] the [G3588] tax [G5056] [to the] Boss '[G2962], the [G3588] cut-away portion of the [G3588] God '[G2316], to Eleazar the [G3588] priest [G2409] as [G2505] BOSS gave orders [G4929][G2962] [to the [G3588] Moses,

off the [G3588] half of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel whom [G3739] Moses divided [G1244][G1473] from the [G3588] men the [G3588] warrior .

And [G2532] came to pass [G1096] the [G3588] half from the [G3588] congregation [G4864], off the [G3588] sheep [G4263] -- three hundred [G5145] thousand [G5505] and [G2532] thirty [G5144] thousand [G5505] and [G2532] seven thousand [G2035] and [G2532] five hundred [G4001];

and [G2532] oxen [G1016] -- six [G1803] and [G2532] thirty [G5144] thousand [G5505];

donkeys [G3688] -- thirty [G5144] thousand [G5505] and [G2532] five hundred [G4001];

and [G2532] souls [G5590] of peoples -- six [G1803] and [G2532] ten [G1176] thousand [G5505].

And [G2532] Moses took [G2983] from the [G3588] half of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel, the [G3588] [one] [G1520] from [every the [G3588] fifty [G4004] off the [G3588] people , and [G2532] off the [G3588] cattle [G2934]; and [G2532] he gave [G1325] them [G1473] to the [G3588] Levites the [G3588] guarding [G5442] the [G3588] watches [G5438] of the [G3588] tent [G4633] of Boss '[G2962], in which [G3739] manner [G5158] BOSS gave orders [G4929][G2962] to the [G3588] Moses.

And [G2532] there came forward [G4334] to [G4314] Moses all [G3956] the [G3588] [ones] placed [G2525] as [G1519] the [G3588] commanders of for the [G3588]ce [G1411] -- commanders of thousands [G5506], and [G2532] commanders of hundreds [G1543]. And [G2532] they said [G2036] to [G4314] Moses,

the [G3588] Your servants [G3816][G1473] have taken [G2983] the [G3588] total sum [G2774] of the [G3588] men the [G3588] warrior , of the [ones] the [G3588] with [G3844] us [G1473], and [G2532] not [G3756] dissented off them [G1473] not even [G3761] one [G1520].

And [G2532] we have brought [G4374] the [G3588] gift [G1435] [to the] Boss '[G2962], [every] man who [G3739] found [G2147] an item [G4632] of gold [G5552], and [G2532] armlet , and [G2532] bracelet , and [G2532] ring [G1146], and [G2532] right armband , and [G2532] wreath , to atone for [G4012] us [G1473] before [G1725] Boss '[G2962].

And [G2532] took [G2983] Moses and [G2532] Eleazar the [G3588] priest [G2409] the [G3588] gold [G5553] from [G3844] them [G1473], every [G3956] item [G4632] being worked [G2038].

And [G2532] came to pass [G1096] all [G3956] the [G3588] gold [G5553] for the [G3588] cut-away portion which [G3739] they removed [to the] Boss '[G2962] -- sixteen thousand [G5505] and [G2532] seven hundred and [G2532] fifty [G4004] shekels from [G3844] the [G3588] commanders of thousands [G5506], and [G2532] from [G3844] the [G3588] commanders of hundreds [G1543].

And [G2532] the [G3588] men the [G3588] warrior despoiled each [G1538] unto himself [G1438].

And [G2532] took [G2983] Moses and [G2532] Eleazar the [G3588] priest [G2409] the [G3588] gold [G5553] from [G3844] the [G3588] commanders of a thousand [G5506], and [G2532] from [G3844] the [G3588] commanders of hundreds [G1543], and [G2532] carried [G1533] them [G1473] into [G1519] the [G3588] tent [G4633] of the [G3588] testimony [G3142], a memorial [G3422] of the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel before [G1725] Boss '[G2962].
