2: (though indeed [G2544] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) himself [G1473] did not [G3756] submerge ', but the [G3588] trainees '[G3101] of him [G1473],
3: he left the [G3588] Judea, and [G2532] went forth into [G1519] the [G3588] Galilee.
4: But it was necessary [G1163][G1161] for him [G1473] to go [G1330] through [G1223] the [G3588] Samaria.
5: He comes [G2064] then [G3767] into [G1519] a city [G4172] of the [G3588] Samaria being called [G3004] Sychar, neighboring [G4139] the [G3588] place [G5564] which [G3739] Jacob gave [G1325] to Joseph the [G3588] son [G5207] of him [G1473].
6: was And [G1161] there [G1563] spring [G4077] of the [G3588] Jacob]. the [G3588]n [G3767] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) being tired [G2872] from [G1537] the [G3588] journey [G3597], sat [G2516] thus [G3779] at [G1909] the [G3588] spring [G4077]; hour [G5610] it was about [G5616] sixth [G1622].
7: There comes [G2064] a woman [G1135] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] Samaria to draw water [G5204]. says [G3004] to her [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), Give [G1325] to me [G1473] to drink [G4095]!
8: For the [G3588][G1063] his trainees '[G3101][G1473] went forth into [G1519] the [G3588] city [G4172], that [G2443] provisions [G5160] they should buy .
9: says [G3004] Then [G3767] to him [G1473] the [G3588] woman [G1135] the [G3588] Samaritan], How [G4459] do you [G1473], being a Jew , from [G3844] me [G1473] to drink [G4095] ask , being a Samaritan woman [G1135]? do not [G3756] For [G1063] have dealings with [G4798] Jews] Samaritans.
10: Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) answered and [G2532] said [G2036] to her [G1473], If [G1487] you knew [G1492] the [G3588] gift [G1431] of the [G3588] God '[G2316], and [G2532] who [G5100] is the [G3588] [one] saying [G3004] to you [G1473], Give [G1325] to me [G1473] to drink [G4095]! you [G1473] would have asked him [G1473], and [G2532] he would have given [G1325] to you [G1473] water [G5204] living [G2198].
11: says [G3004] to him [G1473] the [G3588] woman [G1135], O boss [G2962], neither [G3777] a bucket do you have [G2192], and [G2532] the [G3588] well [G5421] is deep ; from what place [G4159] then [G3767] have you [G2192] the [G3588] water [G5204] the [G3588] living [G2198]?
12: [G3361] you [G1473] greater than [G3173] Are the [G3588] father [G3962] of us [G1473] Jacob, who [G3739] gave [G1325] to us [G1473] the [G3588] well [G5421], and [G2532] himself [G1473] from [G1537] it [G1473] drank [G4095], and [G2532] the [G3588] his sons [G5207][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] his livestock [G2353][G1473]?
13: Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) answered the [G3588] and [G2532] said [G2036] to her [G1473], Every [one [G3956] the [G3588] drinking [G4095] of [G1537] the [G3588] this water [G5204][G3778] thirsts [G1372] again [G3825];
14: but whoever [G3739][G1161] should drink [G4095] of [G1537] the [G3588] water [G5204] which [G3739] I [G1473] give [G1325] to him [G1473], in no way should he thirst [G1372] into [G1519] the [G3588] age (term) `; but the [G3588] water [G5204] which [G3739] I will give [G1325] to him [G1473] will become [G1096] in [G1722] him [G1473] a spring [G4077] of water [G5204] leaping up into [G1519] life [G2222] of the term (age) '.
15: Says [G3004] to [G4314] him [G1473] the [G3588] woman [G1135], O boss [G2962], give [G1325] to me [G1473] this [G3778] the [G3588] water [G5204]! that [G2443] I should not thirst [G3361][G1372], nor [G3366] should come [G2064] here [G1759] to draw .
16: says [G3004] to her [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), Go [G5217], call [G5455] the [G3588] your husband [G1473], and [G2532] come [G2064] here [G1759]!
17: answered the [G3588] woman [G1135] and [G2532] said [G2036], I do not [G3756] have [G2192] a husband . says [G3004] to her [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), Well [G2573] you said [G2036] that [G3754], a husband I do not [G3756] have [G2192];
18: for five [G4002][G1063] husbands you had [G2192], and [G2532] now [G3568] the one whom [G3739] you have [G2192] not [G3756] is your [G1473] husband ; this [G3778] truly you have said [G2046].
19: says [G3004] to him [G1473] the [G3588] woman [G1135], O boss [G2962], I view [G2334] that [G3754] a prophet [G4396] you are [G1473].
20: the [G3588] Our fathers [G3962][G1473] in [G1722] the [G3588] this raised-place (mountain) '[G3735][G3778] did obeisance [G4352], and [G2532] you [G1473] say [G3004] that [G3754] in [G1722] Jerusalem is the [G3588] place [G5117] where [G3699] it is necessary [G1163] to do obeisance [G4352].
21: says [G3004] to her [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), O woman [G1135], trust '[G4100] me [G1473], that [G3754] there comes [G2064] an hour [G5610], when [G3753] neither [G3777] in [G1722] the [G3588] this raised-place (mountain) '[G3735][G3778], nor [G3777] in [G1722] Jerusalem, will you do obeisance to [G4352] the [G3588] father [G3962].
22: You [G1473] do obeisance to [G4352] whom [G3739] you know not [G3756][G1492]; we [G1473] do obeisance to [G4352] whom [G3739] we know [G1492]; for [G3754] the [G3588] deliverance [G4991] of [G1537] the [G3588] Jews is .
23: But comes [G2064] hour [G5610], and [G2532] now [G3568] is , when [G3753] the [G3588] true [ones doing obeisance [G4353] will do obeisance to [G4352] the [G3588] father [G3962] in [G1722] wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151] and [G2532] truth ; for also [G2532][G1063] the [G3588] father [G3962] such [G5108] seeks [G2212] the [G3588] to do obeisance to [G4352] him [G1473].
24: God [is] wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151] the [G3588][G2316], and [G2532] the [G3588] [ones] doing obeisance to [G4352] him [G1473] in [G1722] wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151] and [G2532] truth must [G1163] do obeisance [G4352].
25: says [G3004] to him [G1473] the [G3588] woman [G1135], I know [G1492] that [G3754] Messiah [G3323] comes [G2064], the [G3588] [one] being called [G3004] Anointed "'[G5547]; whenever [G3752] he should come [G2064], that one [G1565] will announce to us [G1473] all [things] [G3956].
26: says [G3004] to her [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), I [G1473] am [he , the [G3588] [one] speaking [G2980] to you [G1473].
27: And [G2532] upon [G1909] this [G3778] came [G2064] the [G3588] trainees '[G3101] of him [G1473], and [G2532] they marvelled [G2296] that [G3754] with [G3326] a woman [G1135] he spoke [G2980]; no one [G3762] however [G3305] said [G2036], What [G5100] do you seek [G2212]? or [G2228], Why [G5100] do you speak [G2980] with [G3326] her [G1473]?
28: then left [G3767] the [G3588] her water-pitcher [G5201][G1473] the [G3588] woman [G1135], and [G2532] she went forth into [G1519] the [G3588] city [G4172], and [G2532] says [G3004] to the [G3588] men ,
29: Come [G1205], see [G1492] a man who [G3739] told [G2036] to me [G1473] all [things] [G3956] as much as [G3745] I did [G4160]! Maybe [G3385] this [G3778] is the [G3588] [one] Anointed '[G5547]?
30: They came forth [G1831] then [G3767] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] city [G4172], and [G2532] came [G2064] to [G4314] him [G1473].
31: But in [G1722][G1161] the [G3588] between [G3342] asked [G2065] him [G1473] the [G3588] disciples [G3101], saying [G3004], Rabbi [G4461] ["Teacher [G1320]" John 1:38], eat [G2068]!
32: And the [G3588][G1161] he said [G2036] to them [G1473], I [G1473] food [G1035] have [G2192] to eat [G2068] which [G3739] you [G1473] know not [G3756][G1492].
33: said [G3004] Then [G3767] the [G3588] trainees '[G3101] to [G4314] one another , Did anyone [G3385] bring [anything [G5342] to him [G1473] to eat [G2068]?
34: says [G3004] to them [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), My [G1699] food [G1033] is that [G2443] I do [G4160] the [G3588] will [G2307] of the [G3588] [one] having sent [G3992] me [G1473], and [G2532] I should perfect [G5048] of him '[G1473] the [G3588] work [G2041].
35: Do you not [G3756][G1473] say [G3004] that [G3754], still [G2089] four months [G5072] It is and [G2532] the [G3588] harvest [G2326] comes [G2064]? look [G2400], I say [G3004] to you [G1473], Lift up [G1869] the [G3588] eyes [G3788] of you [G1473], and [G2532] see [G2300] the [G3588] places [G5561]! for [G3754] they are white [G3022] for [G4314] harvest [G2326] already [G2235].
36: And [G2532] the [G3588] [one] harvesting [G2325] a wage [G3408] receives [G2983], and [G2532] gathers [G4863] fruit [G2590] unto [G1519] life [G2222] of the term (age) '; that [G2443] also [G2532] the [G3588] [one] sowing [G4687] together [G3674] should rejoice [G5463] also [G2532] [with] the [G3588] [one] harvesting [G2325].
37: For in [G1722][G1063] this [G3778] the [G3588] word [G3056] is the [G3588] true that [G3754], Another is the [G3588] [one] sowing [G4687], and [G2532] another [is] the [G3588] [one] harvesting [G2325].
38: I [G1473] sent you [G1473] to harvest [G2325] what [G3739] you have not [G3756][G1473] tired in [G2872]; others have tired [G2872], and [G2532] you [G1473] into [G1519] the [G3588]ir toil [G2873][G1473] have entered [G1525].
39: And from [G1537][G1161] the [G3588] that city [G4172][G1565] many [G4183] trusted '[G4100] in [G1519] him [G1473] of the [G3588] Samaritans, because of [G1223] the [G3588] word [G3056] of the [G3588] woman [G1135] witnessing [G3140] that [G3754], He told [G2036] to me [G1473] all [things] [G3956] as much as [G3745] I did [G4160].
40: Then as [G5613][G3767] they came [G2064] to [G4314] him [G1473], the [G3588] Samaritans asked [G2065] him [G1473] to stay [G3306] with [G3844] them [G1473]; and [G2532] he stayed [G3306] there [G1563] two [G1417] days [G2250].
41: And [G2532] many [G4183] more [G4183] trusted '[G4100] because of [G1223] the [G3588] word [G3056] of him [G1473];
42: also to the [G3588][G5037] woman [G1135] they said [G3004] that [G3754], No longer [G3765] because of [G1223] the [G3588] your [G4674] speech [G2981] do we trust '[G4100]; for ourselves [G1473][G1063] we have heard , and [G2532] we know [G1492] that [G3754] this [G3778] is truly the [G3588] deliverer [G4990] of the [G3588] arrangement '[G2889], the [G3588] [one] Anointed '[G5547].
43: And after [G3326][G1161] the [G3588] two [G1417] days [G2250] he came forth [G1831] from there [G1564], and [G2532] he went forth into [G1519] the [G3588] Galilee.
44: himself [G1473] For [G1063] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) testified [G3140] that [G3754] a prophet [G4396] in [G1722] the [G3588] his own [G2398] fatherland [G3968] value [G5092] has no [G3756][G2192].
45: When [G3753] then [G3767] he came [G2064] into [G1519] the [G3588] Galilee, received [G1209] him [G1473] the [G3588] Galileans], having seen all the [things] [G3956][G3708] which [G3739] he did [G4160] in [G1722] Jerusalem during [G1722] the [G3588] holiday [feast [G1859]; also [G2532] they [G1473] for [G1063] went [G2064] to [G1519] the [G3588] holiday [feast [G1859].
46: Then came [G2064][G3767] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) again [G3825] into [G1519] the [G3588] Cana the [G3588] of Galilee, where [G3699] he made [G4160] the [G3588] water [G5204] wine [G3631]. And [G2532] there was a certain [G5100] royal [official whose [G3739] the [G3588] son [G5207] was weak in [G1722] Capernaum].
47: He [G3778] having heard that [G3754] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) is come [G2240] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] Judea into [G1519] the [G3588] Galilee, went forth to [G4314] him [G1473], and [G2532] asked [G2065] him [G1473] that [G2443] he should come down [G2597] and [G2532] heal [G2390] of him '[G1473] the [G3588] son [G5207]; for he was about [G3195][G1063] to die .
48: said [G2036] Then [G3767] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) to [G4314] him [G1473], If [G1437] not [G3361] signs [G4592] and [G2532] miracles [G5059] you should look at [G1492], in no way should you trust '[G4100].
49: says [G3004] to [G4314] him [G1473] the [G3588] royal [official , O Boss '[G2962], come down [G2597] before [G4250] dies the [G3588] my child [G3813][G1473]!
50: says [G3004] to him [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), Go [G4198]! the [G3588] son [G5207] of you [G1473] lives [G2198]. And [G2532] trusted '[G4100] the [G3588] man in the [G3588] word [G3056] which [G3739] said [G2036] to him [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), and [G2532] he went [G4198].
51: And already [G2235][G1161] as he was going down [G1473][G2597], the [G3588] his servants [G1401][G1473] met him [G1473], and [G2532] reported , saying [G3004] that [G3754], the [G3588] Your child [G3816][G1473] lives [G2198].
52: He inquired [G4441] then [G3767] of [G3844] them [G1473] the [G3588] hour [G5610] in [G1722] which [G3739] much better [G2866] he sufficed [G2192]. And [G2532] they said [G2036] to him [G1473] that [G3754], Yesterday [G5504] hour [G5610] seventh [G1442] left him [G1473] the [G3588] fever [G4446].
53: knew [G1097] Then [G3767] the [G3588] father [G3962] that [G3754] [it was] in [G1722] that [G1565] the [G3588] hour [G5610] in [G1722] which [G3739] said [G2036] to him [G1473] the [G3588] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) that [G3754], the [G3588] son [G5207] of you [G1473] lives [G2198]. And [G2532] he trusted '[G4100] him [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] family [G3614] of him [G1473] entire [G3650].
54: This [G3778] again [G3825] [was] a second [G1208] sign [G4592] Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]) did [G4160] the [G3588], coming [G2064] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] Judea into [G1519] the [G3588] Galilee.
