1: The [G3588] word [G3056] the [G3588] coming [G1096] from [G3844] Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] Jeremiah, when [G3753] sent to [G4314] him [G1473] the [G3588] king Zedekiah the [G3588] Pashur son [G5207] of Melchiah, and [G2532] the [G3588] Zephaniah son [G5207] of Maaseiah the [G3588] priest [G2409], saying [G3004],
2: You ask [G1905] for [G4012] us [G1473] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962]! for [G3754] king of Babylon has set [G2186] by [G1909] us [G1473]; if [G1487] BOSS will do [G4160][G2962] according to [G2596] all [G3956] the [G3588] his wonders [G2297][G1473], and [G2532] [the king] will go forth from us [G1473].
3: And [G2532] said [G2036] to [G4314] them [G1473] Jeremiah], Thus [G3779] you will say [G2046] to [G4314] Zedekiah,
4: Thus [G3592] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], the [G3588] God '[G2316] of Israel, look [G2400], I [G1473] turn back [G3344] the [G3588] weapons [G3696] of the [G3588] warfare which [are [G3739] in [G1722] the [G3588] your hands [G5495][G1473], and [G2532] by [G1722] which [G3739] you [G1473] wage war [G4170] with [G1722] them [G1473] against [G4314] the [G3588] Chaldeans, the [G3588] [ones] hemming [G4788] you [in [G1473] [who are] outside [G1855] the [G3588] wall [G5038]; and [G2532] I will gather [G4863] them [G1473] into [G1519] the [G3588] midst [G3319] of the [G3588] this city [G4172][G3778].
5: And [G2532] I will wage war [G4170] myself [G1473] against you [G1473] with [G1722] a hand [G5495] being stretched out [G1614], and [G2532] with [G1722] arm [G1023] a fortified [G2900] with [G3326] rage [G2372] and [G2532] anger [G3709] great [G3173].
6: And [G2532] I will strike [G3960] all [G3956] the [G3588] [ones] dwelling [G2730] in [G1722] the [G3588] this city [G4172][G3778], men and [G2532] the [G3588] cattle [G2934]. By [G1722] death [G2288] a great [G3173] even [G2532] they will die .
7: And [G2532] after [G3326] these [things] [G3778], thus [G3779] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], I will deliver up [G3860] the [G3588] Zedekiah king of Judah, and [G2532] the [G3588] his servants [G3816][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] people [G2992], the [G3588] [one] surviving [G2641] in [G1722] the [G3588] this city [G4172][G3778] from the [G3588] death [G2288], and [G2532] from the [G3588] famine [G3042], and [G2532] from the [G3588] sword [G3162], into [G1519] hands [G5495] of their enemies [G2190][G1473], of the [G3588] [ones] seeking [G2212] the [G3588]ir lives [G5590][G1473]. And [G2532] they will cut them in pieces [G2629][G1473] by [G1722] mouth [G4750] of sword [G3162]; I will not [G3756] spare [G5339] against [G1909] them [G1473], and [G2532] in no way will I pity [G3627] them [G1473].
8: And [G2532] to [G4314] the [G3588] this people [G2992][G3778] you will say [G2046], Thus [G3592] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962], look [G2400], I [G1473] put [G1325] before [G4253] face [G4383] of you [G1473] the [G3588] way [G3598] of the [G3588] life [G2222], and [G2532] the [G3588] way [G3598] of the [G3588] death [G2288].
9: the [one] [G3588] being settled [G2521] in [G1722] the [G3588] this city [G4172][G3778] will die by [G1722] sword [G3162] and [G2532] by [G1722] famine [G3042]; and [G2532] the [G3588] [one] going forth [G1607] to join with [G4314] the [G3588] Chaldeans, the [G3588] [ones] hemming you in [G4788][G1473], will live [G2198]; and [G2532] will be the [G3588] his life [G5590][G1473] for [G1519] spoils [G4661], he will live [G2198].
10: For [G1360] I firmly fixed [G4741] the [G3588] my face [G4383][G1473] against [G1909] the [G3588] this city [G4172][G3778] for [G1519] bad [G2556], and [G2532] not [G3756] for [G1519] good , says [G3004] BOSS [G3962]. Into [G1519] hands [G5495] of king of Babylon it will be delivered up [G3860], and [G2532] he will incinerate [G2618] it [G1473] by [G1722] fire [G4442].
11: O the [G3588] house [G3624] of king of Judah, hear word [G3056] of Boss '[G2962]!
12: O house [G3624] of David, Thus [G3592] says [G3004] Boss '[G2962]; Arbitrate [G2919] in the morning [G4404] judgment [G2917], and [G2532] straighten out [G2720], and [G2532] rescue [G1807] the one being torn in pieces [G1283] from [G1537] hand [G5495] of the one wronging him [G1473]! so that [G3704] should not [G3361] be lit as [G5613] a fire [G4442] the [G3588] my anger [G3709][G1473], and [G2532] it should be kindled [G2545], and [G2532] there will not be [G3756] the [G3588] [one] extinguishing it [G4570].
13: look [G2400], I [am [G1473] against [G4314] you [G1473], O one the [G3588] dwelling [G2730] the [G3588] valley of Sor; the [G3588] plain [country [G3977] of the [G3588] [ones] saying [G3004], Who [G5100] will terrify [G4422] us [G1473]? Or [G2228] who [G5100] will enter [G1525] to [G4314] the [G3588] our home [G2732][G1473]?
14: And [G2532] I will look about upon [G1909] you [G1473], and [G2532] I will kindle a fire [G4442] in [G1722] the [G3588] her forest [G1473]. And [G2532] it will devour [G2068] all [G3956] the [things] [G3588] round about [G2945] her [G1473].
