Ezekiel Chapter 28 - | Early Church Bible

1: And [G2532] came [G1096] word [G3056] [of the] Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] me [G1473], saying [G3004],
2: And [G2532] you [G1473], O son [G5207] of man , say [G2036] to the [G3588] ruler of Tyre! Thus [G3592] says [G3004] Adonai Boss '[G2962]; because was raised up high [G5312] the [G3588] your heart [G2588][G1473], and [G2532] you said [G2036], the [G3588] God '[G2316] am I [G1473], dwelling [G2733] of God '[G2316] I inhabited [G2730] in [G1722] heart [G2588] of sea [G2281]. But you [G1473][G1161] are a man , and [G2532] not [G3756] God '[G2316], and [G2532] you made [G1325] the [G3588] your heart [G2588][G1473] as [G5613] heart [G2588] of God '[G2316].
3: [G3361] wiser than [G4680] Are you [G1473] the [G3588] Daniel, or [G2228] wise [G4680] did not] correct [G3756][G3811] you [G1473] [with] the [G3588]ir higher knowledge [G1473]?
4: Is it [G3361] by [G1722] the [G3588] your higher knowledge [G1473], or [G2228] in [G1722] the [G3588] your intelligence [G5428][G1473] you produced [G4160] for yourself [G4572] power [G1411], and [G2532] you procured [G4046] gold [G5553] and [G2532] silver among [G1722] the [G3588] your treasures [G2344][G1473]?
5: Or [G2228] by [G1722] the [G3588] much [G4183] higher knowledge your [G1473] and [G2532] [in the [G3588] your trade [G1711][G1473] did you multiply [G4129] your power [G1411][G1473], and [G2532] raise up high [G5312] the [G3588] your heart [G2588][G1473] by [G1722] the [G3588] power [G1411] of you [G1473]?
6: On account of [G1223] this [G3778], thus [G3592] says [G3004] Adonai Boss '[G2962]; Since [G1894] you imputed [G1325] the [G3588] your heart [G2588][G1473] as [G5613] heart [G2588] of God '[G2316];
7: for this [G3778], look [G2400], I [G1473] bring [G1863] upon [G1909] you [G1473] strange pestilent ones [G3061] from tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484]. And [G2532] they will empty out the [G3588]ir swords [G3162][G1473] against [G1909] you [G1473]; against [G1909] the [G3588] beauty of the [G3588] your higher knowledge [G1473]; and [G2532] they will spread [G4766] the [G3588] your beauty [G1473] unto [G1519] destruction .
8: And [G2532] they will bring you down [G2601][G1473], and [G2532] you will die by death [G2288] of slain in [G1722] heart [G2588] of sea [G2281].
9: In saying [G3361][G3004], will you say [G2046], God '[G2316] am I [G1473], in the presence of [G1799] the [G3588] [ones] doing away with you [G1473]? [G1473] But [G1161] you are a man , and [G2532] not [G3756] God '[G2316] in [G1722] hand [G5495] of ones piercing you [G1473].
10: In deaths [G2288] of uncircumcised you will die by [G1722] hands [G5495] of strangers ; for [G3754] I [G1473] spoke [G2980], says [G3004] Adonai Boss '[G2962].
11: And [G2532] came [G1096] word [G3056] of Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] me [G1473], saying [G3004],
12: O son [G5207] of man , take [G2983] a lamentation [G2355] over [G1909] the [G3588] ruler of Tyre, and [G2532] say [G2036] to him [G1473]! Thus [G3592] says [G3004] Adonai Boss '[G2962]; You [are [G1473] a seal of likeness [G3669] full [G4134] of wisdom [G4678], and [G2532] a crown [G4735] of beauty .
13: in [G1722] the [G3588] luxury [G5172] of the [G3588] paradise [G3857] of the [G3588] God '[G2316] You were [G1096]; every [G3956] stone [G3037] precious [G5543] you bound on -- sardius [G4556], and [G2532] topaz [G5116], and [G2532] emerald [G4665], and [G2532] carbuncle , and [G2532] sapphire [G4552], and [G2532] jasper [G2393], and [G2532] silver , and [G2532] gold [G5553], and [G2532] amber , and [G2532] agate , and [G2532] amethyst , and [G2532] chrysolite [G5555], and [G2532] beryl , and [G2532] onyx . And [G2532] with gold [G5553] you filled up [G1705] the [G3588] your treasuries [G2344][G1473] and [G2532] the [G3588] your storehouses [G1473] among [G1722] you [G1473].
14: From which day [G3739][G2250] you were created [G2936] and [G2532] were carefully prepared [G2680] with [G3326] the [G3588] cherub being anointed [G5548] by [G3844] God '[G2316], and [G2532] the [G3588] encamping [G2681] in [G1722] tent [G4638], even [G2532] I put [G5087] you [G1473] on [G1722] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] pure ' of God '[G2316]; you existed [G1096] among [G1722] midst [G3319] [of the] stones [G3037] of fire [G4447].
15: You were [G1096][G1473] unblemished in [G1722] the [G3588] your days [G2250][G1473] off which [G3739] day [G2250] you were created [G2936], until [G2193] of which [time] [G3739] were found [G2147] of the [G3588]fences in [G1722] you [G1473].
16: From abundance [G4128] of the [G3588] your trade [G1711][G1473] you filled [G4130] the [G3588] your storerooms [G5009][G1473] with lawlessness , and [G2532] sinned . And [G2532] you were wounded [G5135] from raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] of the [G3588] God '[G2316], and [G2532] conveyed ' you [G1473] the [G3588] cherub the [G3588] overshadowing from out of [G1537] midst [G3319] of stones [G3037] of fire [G4447].
17: was raised up high [G5312] the [G3588] Your heart [G2588][G1473] over [G1909] the [G3588] your beauty [G1473]; was corrupted [G1311] the [G3588] your higher knowledge [G1473] with [G3326] the [G3588] your beauty [G1473] because of [G1223] the [G3588] multitude [G4128] of the [G3588] your sins [G1473]. upon [G1909] the [G3588] land '[G1093] I tossed [G4495] you [G1473]; before [G1726] kings I put [G1325] you [G1473] to be made an example [G3856].
18: Because of [G1223] the [G3588] multitude [G4128] of the [G3588] your sins [G1473] and [G2532] the [G3588] iniquities of the [G3588] your trade [G1711][G1473] you profaned the [G3588] your temples [G2413][G1473]; and [G2532] I will lead [G1806] fire [G4442] from out of [G1537] your midst [G3319][G1473], this [G3778] will devour [G2719] you [G1473]; and [G2532] I will put [G1325] you [G1473] for [G1519] ashes [G4700] upon [G1909] the [G3588] land '[G1093] before [G1726] all [G3956] the [G3588] [ones] seeing [G3708] you [G1473].
19: And [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] [ones] knowing [G1987] you [G1473] among [G1722] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] will be gloomy [G4768] over [G1909] you [G1473]; for destruction you became [G1096], and [G2532] you will not [G3756] exist [G5224] any longer [G2089] into [G1519] the [G3588] age (term) `.
20: And [G2532] came [G1096] word [G3056] [of the] Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] me [G1473], saying [G3004],
21: O son [G5207] of man , firmly fix [G4741] the [G3588] face [G4383] of you [G1473] against [G1909] Sidon, and [G2532] prophesy [G4395] against [G1909] it [G1473]!
22: And [G2532] say [G2036]! Thus [G3592] says [G3004] Adonai Boss '[G2962]; look [G2400], I [am [G1473] against [G1909] you [G1473] Sidon; and [G2532] I will be glorified [G1740] in [G1722] you [G1473]. And [G2532] you will know [G1097] that [G3754] I [G1473] am Boss '[G2962], in [G1722] the [G3588] my executing [G4160][G1473] among [G1722] you [G1473] judgments [G2917]; and [G2532] I will be sanctified among [G1722] you [G1473].
23: And [G2532] I will send out [G1821] against [G1909] you [G1473] death [G2288] and [G2532] blood in [G1722] the [G3588] your squares [G4113][G1473]; and [G2532] there will fall [G4098] men being wounded [G5135] by [G1722] swords [G3162] among [G1722] you [G1473], surrounding you [G1473]; and [G2532] they will know [G1097] that [G3754] I [G1473] am Boss '[G2962].
24: And [G2532] there will not be [G3756] any longer [G3765] in [G1722] the [G3588] house [G3624] of Israel a barb [G4647] of bitterness [G4088], nor [G2532] a thorn of grief [G3601] from all [G3956] the [G3588] [ones] surrounding them [G1473], of the [G3588] [ones] dishonoring them [G1473]; and [G2532] they will know [G1097] that [G3754] I [G1473] am Adonai Boss '[G2962].
25: Thus [G3592] says [G3004] Adonai Boss '[G2962]; And [G2532] I will gather [G4863] the [G3588] house [G3624] of Israel from out of [G1537] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] of which [G3739] they were dispersed [G1287] there [G1563]. And [G2532] I will be sanctified among [G1722] them [G1473] before [G1799] the [G3588] peoples [G2992], and [G2532] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484]. And [G2532] they will dwell [G2730] upon [G1909] the [G3588]ir land '[G1093][G1473] which [G3739] I gave [G1325] [to the [G3588] my servant [G1401][G1473] Jacob.
26: And [G2532] they will dwell [G2730] upon [G1909] it [G1473] in [G1722] hope [G1680]. And [G2532] they will build [G3618] houses [G3614], and [G2532] will plant [G5452] vineyards , and [G2532] will dwell [G2730] in [G1722] hope [G1680], whenever [G3752] I execute [G4160] judgment [G2917] on [G1722] all [G3956] the [G3588] [ones] dishonoring them [G1473], among [G1722] the [G3588] [ones] round about [G2945] them [G1473]; and [G2532] they will know [G1097] that [G3754] I [G1473] am Boss '[G2962] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of them [G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] God '[G2316] of the [G3588]ir fathers [G3962][G1473].
