Exodus Chapter 33 - | Early Church Bible

1: And [G2532] BOSS said [G2036][G2962] to [G4314] Moses, Go forth [G4313], go up from here [G1782], you [G1473] and [G2532] the [G3588] your people [G2992][G1473]! whom [G3739] you led [G1806] from out of [G1537] land '[G1093] of Egypt, into [G1519] the [G3588] land '[G1093] which [G3739] I swore by an oath [G3660] [to the [G3588] Abraham, and [G2532] [to the [G3588] Isaac, and [G2532] [to the [G3588] Jacob, saying [G3004], To the [G3588] your seed [G4690][G1473] I will give [G1325] it [G1473].
2: And [G2532] I will send along [G4882] the [G3588] my word-conveyer (messenger) '[G1473] before [G4253] face [G4383] of you [G1473]; and [G2532] he will cast out [G1544] the [G3588] Amorite, and [G2532] Hittite, and [G2532] Perizzite, and [G2532] Gergesite, and [G2532] Hivite, and [G2532] Jebusite, and [G2532] Canaanite.
3: And [G2532] I will bring [G1521] you [G1473] into [G1519] a land '[G1093] flowing [G4482] milk [G1051] and [G2532] honey [G3192]. not [G3756] For [G1063] I will] go up together [G3361][G4872] with [G3326] you [G1473], because [G1223] the [G3588]the [G3588] people [G2992] a hard-necked [G4644] you [G1473] are , that [G2443] I should not completely consume [G3361] you [G1473] in [G1722] the [G3588] way [G3598].
4: And [G2532] hearing the [G3588] people [G2992] the [G3588] saying [G4487] the [G3588] this severe [G4190][G3778], mourned in [G1722] mourning .
5: And [G2532] BOSS said [G2036][G2962] to the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel, You [are [G1473] a people [G2992] hard-necked [G4644]; see that [G3708] do not [G3361] calamity [G4127] another I [G1473] bring [G1863] upon [G1909] you [G1473]! and [G2532] should completely consume you [G1473]. Now [G3568] then [G3767] remove the [G3588] apparels [G4749] the [G3588] your glorious [G1391][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] arrangement '[G2889]! and [G2532] I will show [G1166] to you [G1473] what [G3739] I will do [G4160] to you [G1473].
6: And [G2532] removed [G4014] the [G3588] sons [G5207] of Israel the [G3588]ir arrangement '[G2889][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] attire at the [G3588] raised-place (mountain) '[G3735] of the [G3588] Horeb.
7: And [G2532] Moses, taking [G2983] the [G3588] his tent [G4633][G1473], pitched [G4078] outside [G1854] the [G3588] camp [G3925] far [G3112] from the [G3588] camp [G3925]. And [G2532] it was called [G2564] -- Tent [G4633] of the [G3588] Testimony [G3142]. And [G2532] it came to pass [G1096], all [G3956] the [ones] the [G3588] seeking [G2212] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962] went forth [G1607] unto [G1519] the [G3588] tent [G4633] outside [G1854] the [G3588] camp [G3925].
8: And whenever [G2259][G1161] Moses entered [G1531] into [G1519] the [G3588] tent [G4633] outside [G1854] the [G3588] camp [G3925], stood [G2476] all [G3956] the [G3588] people [G2992] watching [G4648], each [one [G1538] by [G3844] the [G3588] door [G2374] of the [G3588] his tent [G4633][G1473]. And [G2532] they contemplated [G2657] Moses' going away unto [G2193] the [G3588] his entering [G1525][G1473] into [G1519] the [G3588] tent [G4633].
9: And as [G5613][G1161] Moses entered [G1525] into [G1519] the [G3588] tent [G4633], came down [G2597] the [G3588] column [G4769] of the [G3588] cloud [G3507] and [G2532] stood [G2476] at [G1909] the [G3588] door [G2374] of the [G3588] tent [G4633], and [G2532] he spoke [G2980] to Moses.
10: And [G2532] saw [G3708] all [G3956] the [G3588] people [G2992] the [G3588] column [G4769] of the [G3588] cloud [G3507] standing [G2476] by [G1909] the [G3588] door [G2374] of the [G3588] tent [G4633]. And [G2532] stood [G2476] all [G3956] the [G3588] people [G2992]. And [G2532] they did obeisance [G4352], each [G1538] from the [G3588] door [G2374] of the [G3588] his tent [G4633][G1473].
11: And [G2532] spoke [G2980] Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] Moses face to face , as [G5613] if any [G1536] might speak [G2980] to [G4314] the [G3588] his own [G1438] friend [G5384]. And [G2532] he retired into [G1519] the [G3588] camp [G3925]. And the [G3588][G1161] attendant [G2324] Joshua, the [G3588] son [G5207] of Nun, a young [man [G3501], did not [G3756] go forth [G1607] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] tent [G4633].
12: And [G2532] Moses said [G2036] to [G4314] Boss '[G2962], look [G2400], you [G1473] say to me [G1473][G3004], Lead the [G3588] this people [G2992][G3778]! But you [G1473][G1161] manifested not [G3756][G1213] to me [G1473] whom [G3739] you will send along [G4882] with [G3326] me [G1473]. But you [G1473][G1161] said to me [G1473][G2036], I know [G1492] you [G1473] above [G3844] all [G3956], and [G2532] favor [G5484] you have [G2192] with [G3844] me [G1473].
13: If [G1487] then [G3767] I have found [G2147] favor [G5484] before [G1726] you [G1473], reveal [G1718] to me [G1473] yourself [G4572] knowingly ! that [G2443] I might see [G1492] you [G1473], how [G3704] ever I should be found [G2147] in favor [G5484] before [G1726] you [G1473]; and [G2532] that [G2443] I might know [G1097], that [G3754] [is] your people [G2992][G1473] the [G3588] this tradition-people (ethnic) '[G1484][G3778].
14: And [G2532] he says [G3004], I myself [G1473] will go before [G4313] you [G1473], and [G2532] will rest [G2664] you [G1473].
15: And [G2532] he says [G3004] to [G4314] him [G1473], Unless [G1508] you [G1473] yourself [G1473] should go [G4198] with [G3326] us [G1473], not [G3361] me [G1473] you should lead from here [G1782].
16: And [G2532] how [G4459] be made known [G1110] will it truly that [G3754] I have found [G2147] favor [G5484] by [G3844] you [G1473] -- I [G1473] and also [G5037][G2532] the [G3588] your people [G2992][G1473], unless you [are] going [G4848][G1473] with [G3326] us [G1473], and [G2532] will be glorified [G1740] both I [G1473][G5037] and [G2532] the [G3588] your people [G2992][G1473] by [G3844] all [G3956] the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484], as many as [G3745] upon [G1909] the [G3588] land '[G1093] are ?
17: said [G2036] And [G1161] Boss '[G2962] to [G4314] Moses, And [G2532] this [G3778] to you [G1473] the [G3588] word [G3056] which [G3739] you have said [G2046] I will do [G4160], for you have found [G2147][G1063] favor [G5484] before [G1799] me [G1473], and [G2532] I know [G1492] you [G1473] above [G3844] all [G3956].
18: And [G2532] he says [G3004], Show [G1166] to me [G1473] the [G3588] your own [G4572] glory [G1391]!
19: And [G2532] he said [G2036], I [G1473] will go by [G3928] in front [G4387] of you [G1473] [in the [G3588] my glory [G1391][G1473]; and [G2532] I will call [G2564] the [G3588] name [G3686], Boss '[G2962], before [G1726] you [G1473]; and [G2532] I will show compassion [G1653] [on] whom [G3739] ever I should show compassion [G1653], and [G2532] I will pity [G3627] whom [G3739] ever I should pity [G3627].
20: And [G2532] he said [G2036], You will not be able [G3756][G1410] to see [G1492] the [G3588] my face [G4383][G1473], for not [G3756][G1063] in any way [G3361] may see [G1492] man the [G3588] my face [G4383][G1473], and [G2532] will live [G2198].
21: And [G2532] BOSS said [G2036][G2962], look [G2400], a place [G5117] by [G3844] me [G1473]. And [G2532] you will stand [G2476] upon [G1909] the [G3588] rock [G4073];
22: and when [G2259][G1161] ever should go by [G3928] the [G3588] my glory [G1391][G1473], even [G2532] I will put [G5087] you [G1473] into [G1519] an opening [G3692] in the [G3588] rock [G4073], and [G2532] I will shelter with the [G3588] my hand [G5495][G1473] upon [G1909] you [G1473] until [G2193] whenever I should go by [G3928].
23: And [G2532] I will remove the [G3588] hand [G5495], and [G2532] then [G5119] you will see [G3708] the [G3588] rear [G3694] of me [G1473], the [G3588] but [G1161] my face [G4383][G1473] will not [G3756] appear [G3708] to you [G1473].
