Ezekiel Chapter 8 - | Early Church Bible

1: And [G2532] it came to pass [G1096] in [G1722] the [G3588] sixth [G1622] year [G2094], in [G1722] the [G3588] sixth [G1622] month [G3376], fifth [G3991] of the [G3588] month [G3376], I [G1473] was sitting [G2521] in [G1722] the [G3588] my house [G3624][G1473], and [G2532] the [G3588] elders [G4245] of Judah were sitting down [G2521] before [G1799] me [G1473]. And [G2532] came [G1096] upon [G1909] me [G1473] hand [G5495] of Adonai Boss '[G2962].
2: And [G2532] I looked [at] [G1492], and [G2532] look [G2400], a likeness [G3667] of a man ; from the [G3588] his loin [G3751][G1473], and [G2532] unto [G2193] below [G2736] [as] fire [G4442]; and [G2532] from the [G3588] his loin [G3751][G1473] and [G2532] above [G5231] him [G1473] as [G5613] vision [G3706] of brightness [G5338], as [G5613] an appearance [G1491] of the [G3588] molten bronze .
3: And [G2532] he stretched out [G1614] a likeness [G3667] of a hand [G5495], and [G2532] he took me up [G1473] by [G1909] the [G3588] decorative hem [G2899] of the [G3588] my top [G1473]. And [G2532] took me [G1473] wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151] in between the [G3588] land '[G1093] and [G2532] between the [G3588] raised-place-above (sky) '[G3772], and [G2532] conveyed ' me [G1473] unto [G1519] Jerusalem in [G1722] a vision [G3706] of God '[G2316], unto [G1909] the [G3588] thresholds of the [G3588] gate [G4439] the [G3588] inner [G2082] the [G3588] looking to [G4314] north [G1005] of which [G3739] was the [G3588] monument of the [G3588] acquirer [G2932].
4: And [G2532] look [G2400], was there [G1563] glory [G1391] [of the] Boss '[G2962] God '[G2316] of Israel], according to [G2596] the [G3588] vision [G3706] which [G3739] I looked [at] [G1492] in [G1722] the [G3588] plain .
5: And [G2532] he said [G2036] to [G4314] me [G1473], O son [G5207] of man , look up [with] the [G3588] eyes [G3788] of you [G1473] towards [G4314] north [G1005]. And [G2532] I looked up the [G3588] with my eyes [G3788][G1473] towards [G4314] north [G1005]. And [G2532] look [G2400], from north [G1005] at [G1909] the [G3588] gate [G4439], the [G3588] [one] towards [G4314] east of the [G3588] altar [G2379], [was] the [G3588] image [G1504] of the [G3588] jealousy [G2205]; this [was [G3778] in [G1722] the [G3588] entering [G1531] it [G1473].
6: And [G2532] he said [G2036] to [G4314] me [G1473], O son [G5207] of man , do you see [G3708] what [G5100] these [G3778] do [G4160]? lawless deeds great [G3173] which [G3739] the [G3588] house [G3624] of Israel does [G4160] here [G5602] the [G3588] to keep at a distance from the [G3588] my holy places [G1473]? And [G2532] still [G2089] you will see [G3708] lawless deeds greater [G3173].
7: And [G2532] he brought [G1521] me [G1473] unto [G1909] the [G3588] thresholds of the [G3588] courtyard . And [G2532] I saw [G1492], and [G2532] look [G2400], opening [G3692] one [G1520] in [G1722] the [G3588] wall [G5109].
8: And [G2532] he said [G2036] to [G4314] me [G1473], O son [G5207] of man , dig [G3736] in [G1722] the [G3588] wall [G5109]! And [G2532] I dug [G3736] in [G1722] the [G3588] wall [G5109]. And [G2532] look [G2400], a door [G2374].
9: And [G2532] he said [G2036] to [G4314] me [G1473], Enter [G1525], and [G2532] see [G1492] the [G3588] lawless deeds the [G3588] evil [G4190] which [G3739] these [G3778] do [G4160] here [G5602]!
10: And [G2532] I entered [G1525] and [G2532] I saw [G1492]. And [G2532] look [G2400], every [G3956] likeness [G3669] of a crawling thing [G2062] and [G2532] a beast [G2934], vain [G3152] abominations , and [G2532] all [G3956] the [G3588] idols [G1497] of house [G3624] of Israel, being diagramed upon [G1909] the [G3588] wall [G5109] round about [G2945] wholly .
11: And [G2532] seventy [G1440] men of [G1537] the [G3588] elders [G4245] of house [G3624] of Israel, and [G2532] Jaazaniah the [G3588] [son of the [G3588] Shaphan standing [G2476] before [G4253] their face [G4383][G1473]; and [G2532] each [G1538] the [G3588] his incense pan [G2369][G1473] had [G2192] in [G1722] the [G3588] hand [G5495]; and [G2532] the [G3588] vapor of the [G3588] incense [G2368] went up .
12: And [G2532] he said [G2036] to [G4314] me [G1473], You have seen [G3708], O son [G5207] of man , what [G3739] the [G3588] elders [G4245] of the [G3588] house [G3624] of Israel do [G4160] in [G1722] darkness [G4655], each [G1538] of them [G1473] in [G1722] the [G3588] room [G2846] the [G3588] hidden [G2927] their [G1473]; because [G1360] they said [G2036], does not [G3756] see [G3708] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962]; BOSS has abandoned [G1459][G2962] the [G3588] land '[G1093].
13: And [G2532] he said [G2036] to [G4314] me [G1473], Still [G2089] you will see [G3708] lawless deeds greater [G3173] which [G3739] these [G3778] do [G4160].
14: And [G2532] he brought me [G1521][G1473] unto [G1909] the [G3588] thresholds of the [G3588] gate [G4439] of house [G3624] of Boss '[G2962], of the [G3588] [one] looking to [G4314] north [G1005]. And [G2532] look [G2400], there [G1563] women [G1135] [were] sitting down [G2521] wailing [G2354] the [G3588] Tammuz.
15: And [G2532] he said [G2036] to [G4314] me [G1473], You have seen [G3708], O son [G5207] of man , and [G2532] still [G2089] you will see [G3708] practices greater [G3173] [than] these [G3778].
16: And [G2532] he brought me [G1521][G1473] into [G1519] the [G3588] courtyard of house [G3624] of Boss '[G2962], the [G3588] inner [courtyard [G2082]. And [G2532] upon [G1909] the [G3588] thresholds of the [G3588] temple [G3485] of Boss '[G2962] between the [G3588] columned porch and [G2532] between the [G3588] altar [G2379] [were] about [G5613] twenty [G1501] and [G2532] five [G4002] men the [G3588] [with] their posteriors [G1473] towards [G4314] the [G3588] temple [G3485] of the [G3588] Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] the [G3588]ir faces [G4383][G1473] before east . And [G2532] these [G3778] did obeisance [G4352] according to [G2596] east to the [G3588] sun [G2246].
17: And [G2532] he said [G2036] to [G4314] me [G1473], You have seen [G3708], O son [G5207] of man , is it [G3361] a small [thing] [G3397] to the [G3588] house [G3624] of Judah the [G3588] to commit [G4160] the [G3588] lawless deeds which [G3739] they have done [G4160] here [G5602]? For [G1360] they filled [G4130] the [G3588] land '[G1093] of lawlessness , and [G2532] returned [G1994] the [G3588] to provoke me to anger [G3949][G1473]. And [G2532] look [G2400], these [G1473] stretch out [G1614] the [G3588] vine branch [G2814] as [G5613] ones sneering [G3456].
18: And [G2532] I [G1473] will deal [G4160] with them [G1473] with [G3326] rage [G2372]. will not [G3756] spare [G5339] the [G3588] My eye [G3788][G1473], nor will I show compassion [G1653], and [G2532] should they call [G2564] in [G1722] the [G3588] my ears [G3775][G1473] voice [G5456] with a great [G3173], even [G2532] I will not listen to [G3756][G1522] them [G1473].
