1: the [G3588] But [G1161] Mordecai realizing [G1921] the [G3588] end [G4931], tore [G1284] the [G3588] his garments [G2440][G1473], and [G2532] put on [G1746] sackcloth [G4526], and [G2532] strewed ashes [G4700]; and [G2532] rushing through [G1223] the [G3588] square [G4113] of the [G3588] city [G4172], he yelled voice [G5456] with a great [G3173], [is going] to be taken away an tradition-people (ethnic) '[G1484] no one [G3367] having wronged .
2: And [G2532] he came [G2064] unto [G2193] the [G3588] gate [G4439] of the [G3588] king , and [G2532] stood [G2476]; not [G3756] for [G1063] it was for him [G1473] allowed [G1832] to enter [G1525] into [G1519] the [G3588] courtyard sackcloth [G4526] having on [G2192] and [G2532] ashes [G4700].
3: And [G2532] in [G1722] every [G3956] place [G5561] where [G3739] were displayed [G1620] the [G3588] letters [G1121] [there was] a cry [G2906], and [G2532] beating of the breast [G2870], and [G2532] mourning [G3997] great [G3173] among the [G3588] Jews; and [with [G2532] sackcloth [G4526] and [G2532] ashes [G4700] they made beds [G4766] for themselves [G1438].
4: And [G2532] entered [G1525] the [G3588] handmaidens and [G2532] the [G3588] eunuchs [G2135] of the [G3588] queen , and [G2532] they announced to her [G1473]. And [G2532] she was disturbed [G5015] hearing the [thing] [G3588] taking place [G1096]. And [G2532] she sent to robe the [G3588] Mordecai, and [G2532] to remove from him [G1473] the [G3588] sackcloth [G4526]; the [G3588] but [G1161] he did not [G3756] yield [G3982].
5: And then the [G3588][G1161] Esther called on [G4341] Hatach the [G3588] her eunuch [G2135][G1473] who [G3739] stood beside [G3936] her [G1473]. And [G2532] she sent to learn [G3129] for herself [G1473] from [G3844] the [G3588] Mordecai the [G3588] exact [situation .

7: the [G3588] And [G1161] Mordecai indicated [G5263] to him [G1473] the [thing] [G3588] taking place [G1096], and [G2532] the [G3588] promise [G1860] which [G3739] Haman promised [G1861] to the [G3588] king , for [G1519] to the [G3588] treasury [G1047] talents [to be paid [G5007] ten-thousand [G3463], that [G2443] he should destroy the [G3588] Jews.
8: And [G2532] the [G3588] copy , the [G3588] [one] in [G1722] Shushan being displayed [G1620] for [G5228] [purpose of the [G3588] destroying them [G1473], he gave [G1325] to him [G1473] to show [G1166] the [G3588] to Esther. And [G2532] he told [G2036] him [G1473] to give charge to [G1781] her [G1473] to enter [G1525] to ask pardon of [G3868] the [G3588] king , and [G2532] to be found worthy by him [G1473] for [G4012] the [G3588] people [G2992], remembering, [said he, [G3403] days [G2250] of your low estate [G5014][G1473], how [G5613] you were maintained [G5142] by [G1722] my hand [G5495][G1473]; because [G1360] Haman the [G3588] [one] being second to the [G3588] king speaks [G2980] against [G2596] us [G1473] for [G1519] death [G2288]. You call upon [G1941] the [G3588] Boss '[G2962], and [G2532] speak [G2980] to the [G3588] king concerning [G4012] us [G1473]! even [G2532] to rescue [G4506] us [G1473] from [G1537] death [G2288].
9: entered [G1525] And [G1161] the [G3588] Hatach] [and] spoke [G2980] to Esther all [G3956] the [G3588] words [G3056] these [G3778].
10: said [G2036] And [G1161] Esther] to [G4314] Hatach, You go [G4198] to [G4314] Mordecai, and [G2532] say [G2036]!
11: that [G3754], the [G3588] tradition-peoples (ethnics) '[G1484] All [G3956] of the [G3588] government ' know [G1097] that [G3754] every [G3956] man or [G2228] woman [G1135], who [G3739] will enter [G1525] to [G4314] the [G3588] king , into [G1519] the [G3588] courtyard the [G3588] inner [G2082] uncalled , there is no [G3756] deliverance to him [G1473][G4991], except [G4133] to whomever [G3739][G1437] stretches out [G1614] the [G3588] king the [G3588] golden [G5552] rod [G4464], this one [G3778] will be delivered [G4982]; and I [G2504] have not [G3756] been called [G2564] to enter [G1525] to [G4314] the [G3588] king -- they are these [G3778] days [G2250] thirty [G5144].
12: And [G2532] Hatach reported [to the [G3588] Mordecai all [G3956] the [G3588] words [G3056] of Esther.
13: And [G2532] Mordecai said [G2036] to [G4314] Hatach, Go [G4198] and [G2532] say [G2036] to her [G1473]! Esther, you should not [G3361] say [G2036] to yourself [G4572] that [G3754] you will be delivered [G4982] alone [G3441] in [G1722] the [G3588] government ' of [G3844] all [G3956] the [G3588] Jews.
14: So [G5613] that [G3754] if [G1437] you should disregard [G3878] at [G1722] this [G3778] the [G3588] time [G2540], from elsewhere help and [G2532] protection will be to the [G3588] Jews, but you [G1473][G1161] and [G2532] the [G3588] house [G3624] of the [G3588] father [G3962] of you [G1473] will be destroyed ; and [G2532] who [G5100] knows [G1492] if [it be [G1487] for [G1519] the [G3588] this occasion [G2540][G3778] you reigned .
15: And [G2532] Esther sent [G1821] the [G3588] [one] having come [G2240] to [G4314] her [G1473] to [G4314] Mordecai, saying [G3004],
16: In proceeding , you hold an assembly of the [G3588] Jews the [G3588] in [G1722] Shushan, and [G2532] you all fast [G3522] for [G1909] me [G1473]! And [G2532] you should not eat [G3361][G2068] nor [G3366] drink [G4095] for [G1909] days [G2250] three [G5140] -- night [G3571] and [G2532] day [G2250]. And I [G2504] and [G2532] the [G3588] handmaidens of mine [G1473] will go without food ; and [G2532] then [G5119] I will enter [G1525] to [G4314] the [G3588] king contrary to [G3844] the [G3588] law [G3551], even if [G1437][G2532] to perish for me [G1473] it is necessary [G1163].
17: And [G2532] proceeding , Mordecai did [G4160] as much as [G3745] gave charge [G1781] to him [G1473] Esther].
