4: Knowing [G1492] brothers , O ones being loved by [G5259] God '[G2316], the [G3588] of your selection [G1589][G1473],
5: that [G3754] the [G3588] our a good-word-conveyed (good message) '[G2098][G1473] did not [G3756] take place [G1096] in [G1519] you [G1473] in [G1722] word [G3056] only [G3440], but also [G2532] in [G1722] power [G1411], and [G2532] in [G1722] wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151] pure ', and [G2532] in [G1722] full assurance [G4136] much [G4183]; as [G2531] you know [G1492] what [G3634] we became [G1096] among [G1722] you [G1473] for [G1223] you [G1473].
6: And [G2532] you [G1473] imitators [G3402] of us [G1473] became [G1096], and [G2532] of the [G3588] Boss '[G2962], having received [G1209] the [G3588] word [G3056] in [G1722] affliction [G2347] much [G4183], with [G3326] joy [G5479] wind/spirit/breathing '[G4151] of pure ',
7: so that [G5620] you became [G1096][G1473] models [G5179] to all [G3956] the [G3588] [ones] trusting '[G4100] in [G1722] the [G3588] Macedonia and [G2532] the [G3588] Achaia.
8: from you [G1473] For [G1063] has resounded [G1837] the [G3588] word [G3056] of the [G3588] Boss '[G2962], not [G3756] only [G3440] in [G1722] the [G3588] Macedonia but [G2532] in [G1722] Achaia. But also [G2532] in [G1722] every [G3956] place [G5117] the [G3588] trust '[G4102] of yours [G1473], the [G3588] [one] towards [G4314] the [G3588] God '[G2316], has gone forth [G1831], so as [G5620] no [G3361] need [G5532] for us [G1473][G2192] to have [G2192] to say [G2980] anything [G5100].
9: For they themselves [G1473][G1063] concerning [G4012] us [G1473] report as to like what [G3697] introduction [G1529] we had [G2192] towards [G4314] you [G1473], and [G2532] how [G4459] you turned [G1994] to [G4314] the [G3588] God '[G2316] from the [G3588] idols [G1497], to serve [G1398] God '[G2316] a living [G2198] and [G2532] true ,
10: and [G2532] to await the [G3588] son [G5207] of him [G1473] from out of [G1537] the [G3588] raised-places-above (skies) '[G3772], whom [G3739] he raised [G1453] from [G1537] dead [G3498] -- Jesus [G2424] ("I AM Salvation, successor to Moses" [H3091]), the [G3588] [one] rescuing [G4506] us [G1473] from the [G3588] wrath [G3709] the [G3588] coming [G2064].
